Mierno: I believe it was more than 25%, given that the base itself was taken, despite it being one of the most protected spots in existence, at most given times. He owned the Territory it was in, with the base by proxy.

I don't have as much information as I would like, unfortunately. He's a tyrant that's reigned over his universe for a millennium and has some kind of ability to destroy anything he touches. He uses ADMIN, a system that allows him to synchronize with Path universes for his dimension. That's more or less a bunch of extra lives; it's also not worth trying to hunt down his home dimension—the locations are randomized.

....Prion. that's the ability. In the future, he calls it Prionize. I'm guessing it's an advancement in that metaphorical skilltree. That's part of the reason I want him dead.... I saw what he became. What he is capable of. Hes a monster that needs to be put down. Are you with me on that? If not.... he will succeed against us and become quite possibly the strongest being under the Balkan System.

Mierno: I havent spoken to him at all. From what I understand, he's in league with Tamerlaine and Dark Dynamo.

Mierno: oh?

Xero: we want Dark Dynamo dead. He is a threat to existence.

Mierno: well then, ol' nuts n' bolts has a little higher IQ than I thought. What's the plan?

Xero: we are gathering our forces and territories to combine them into an Alliance. We will then use our combined strengths to take Dark Dynamo down, and remove the Balkan System.
