Dane: the word 'fan' makes it seem... obsessive. I am but a chronicler of time and reality. Someone writing down things as they happen. And, occasionally influencing the flow of time and reality, where needed. Thoughz with Time Line around, time is hqrdly a worry. Reality manipulation to dangerous degress, there is only I, and one other that watch that facet of existence.

Fair enough, but, back to that example. If I had to guess... you are the cloud, but not just a cloud, but a bundle of negative charges, just waiting to be set off. You point you finger, and boom, 'lighting'. Hell, you probably don't even need to do that, do you?

Lighting-typically-only happens when negative charges, typically from a cloud, are attracted to a positive charge, aka, the ground. In your case, I'd say you're an exception to that rule.
