Well, theoretically, they would need a lot of power and skill to obtain enough of existence to reign over it. Assuming they get even close ot that point, what they could achieve is unthinkable.

... I worry. To be honest, things were better when Tier Five were in power. A lot less fights, from what I recall... this is all out war across Existence. Im especially worried in two cases.

It would definitely bear a lot more weight than a random passerby. One of their kind went toe to toe with me.
