... you Tier Fives are really something. You hit almost as hard as Techi! Thats a hell of a knee you got there, friend. Its a damn shame what happened to her, though. I temporarily put her out of commision physically for a while, but breaking her like the toy she is was much, much more fun. She'll never be the same. Kind of like your little one Misty, no? Thats a psychotic little bitch there.... I wonder how much of a fight she could put up against me...

This is the version of Time Control that Shinji had learned in his travels. It has limited uses, and isnt perfect, but it'll work in a pinch. I wont attack you until time unfreezes on your end, but tell me... now that you know a fraction of what I can do...how do you plan to counter it?
