I'll be going on a two week vacation starting tomorrow and don't know how often I'll have Internet access. Thank you for your patience. I'll try to be more regular when I get back.

This looks fun, count me in!
Currently waiting on @Stern Algorithm before I post again!

Also simply giving others who have not posted, yet, a chance too.

Thanks for waiting on me bud, though I apologize in advance should you have to wait a while longer for my response.
I may have also overlooked this but does she hold her head at all times? Or can she only use one of her items at a time?

Asking the important questions
@Rune_Alchemist I remember these two.
"We are a partnership. Bound in trust. Trust that we, all, will see things to the end for the mutual good of us all. Close your eyes and look away if you must but I ask you hear the consequence of broken trust."

With Midnight's reassurance, Kyouran looked upon the execution with a passive emotionlessness, suddenly fascinated by the irony of the boy's chosen name, Karma. Though she did not flinch, her trap was shut tight, and if she had teeth to grind, she would have. Loosening shoulders that she didn't realize had tightened, she turned to the bar and asked for a beer, sullenly letting the ensuing conversation wash over her. When Shade Walker offered to have her inspect Karma's phone, she motioned that it was not necessary, and took the money. She wasn't going to let one betrayal weaken the trust she had for the rest of the organization. Nursing her drink, Kyouran heard Verdrehte's overly forward attitude and Lord Zion's confidence. We're replacing one 'Lord' with another 'Lord', Kyouran thought to herself flippantly. Orders for now were to lay low, having run with some pretty weak punks, Kyouran knew when to keep her head down when there was heat. Still, she'd like to get out, spend some of this cash, and take her mind off what had just happened. Technically, she never showed her face in public during the heist, having been wrapped in machinery for most of the time that she was outside the bank. But her past record and facial feature did make her stand out. She'd just have to find a shady place to celebrate where people didn't ask questions and the law was an afterthought.

Catching a lull in the conversation, she decided to introduce herself, Osameru Kyouran, but you can call me Dieselpunk when we're on the job. Like Mufasa here, I'm also muscle. I merge with machinery..." she said, tapping her metal jaw, "...so I'm tougher than he is, but I'm probably not as fast." Seeing a stray remote control laying on the bar, she grabbed it and tuned the TV hanging in the ceiling corner on to the news to catch any mention of their job. In particular, she wanted to see the humiliation of the heroes, and if there was a camera crew digging 'spider boy' out of a pile of garbage. Not her most dignified work, but it gave her a sense of satisfaction.
@Zelosse Sorry for the double-post, but I think your link for 'Spells' refers to a different 'Overlord'
Count me in.

Can I make a dwarven blacksmith character whose sole aim in the New World is to bring in modern and/or futuristic technology (with the help of magic and science/engineering textbooks that they happened to have transcribed into the guild library)?
@Jin Of Mana

I've been pretty slow at getting posts up myself. Will try to get one up soonish.
@Stern AlgorithmThat sounds fair enough I suppose. I won't be a complete dick about every little thing.

Alright, I've changed the skill. roleplayerguild.com/posts/4706707
@Stern Algorithm Granting flight to all allies is a bit much and instead of immunity to darkness it should be resistance unless scaled down. Why is flight being picked out? Because flight in any combat setting where it is not the norm gives allies a large advantage especially if wind currents come into play.

If it was just one ally, would that be acceptable? If not I'll remove it entirely as its not my most coveted skill.
