Welcome fellow writer. I go by many names, but you can call me Haley or pretty much anything else. I stick to causal level groups here on the forum. I have a soft spot for thunderstorms, dark humor, strong coffee, animals, pretty words, feminine rage, mythologies, and all things that go 'bump' in the night. I've lived in the same small southern Appalachian town my whole life, and aim to travel one day. Doing my best, of course. I agree with some of Trump's ideas/policies, some of them I don't. Same with Clinton, but politics aside it's just really not a good day regardless.

Raven sat and watched the scene around her, exchanging welcoming's of smiles and nods to each of the other royals. Soon, the food was brought out and Sade and Leon had arrived. She quickly shoved the thoughts of where the other were out of her head. People were just now starting to arrive, really. She sat, hands crossed, her hands in her lap. She couldn't help notice how well the bright red that Mai had chosen to wear went with her pale skin, nor how well the darker shad of green looked on Feora. Nor could she help the fact that her eyes lingered on Prince Nikolai as he came in herself. She tore her eyes away to respond to what was being said around her. "No worries, Sade, dear," she responded to the young woman's apology. And then to her and Leon both. "No need to worry about punctuality until the ball, really. After all, breakfast isn't required upon your stay. Generous of one to show up, however."

She reached forward to take a drink out of the glass in front of her. Before sitting back and clearing her throat. "For all of you lovely ladies, I was thinking of having a slumber party of sorts, just for us girls, if any of you are interested. I was thinking tomorrow, as to not interfere with the plans of the ball?

If I had to give it a guess, maybe just a few minutes longer as to how long I've been awake. If I wasn't in this DAMNED straight jacket I'd be half way to China by now! She paused for a second, pouting in a way. "If only I had my music, at least," the girl said with a sigh. "They have to let us out of here sometime, right?"
