Welcome fellow writer. I go by many names, but you can call me Haley or pretty much anything else. I stick to causal level groups here on the forum. I have a soft spot for thunderstorms, dark humor, strong coffee, animals, pretty words, feminine rage, mythologies, and all things that go 'bump' in the night. I've lived in the same small southern Appalachian town my whole life, and aim to travel one day. Like I said -- it takes time -and a lot of it- to find a dedicated 1x1 partner. You will find one eventually though. I wouldn't give up.

Sadly, most of the time there's not. Some people simply lack common RP courtesy. If they ghost before, maybe it's because they already have enough people writing that plot. Perhaps they found themselves suddenly very busy in their real lives. If it's after the fact -- sometimes people just get bored. Or the busy thing again. It's been a bit since I've done any 1x1 RPs'.

Well right now I feel like I've been ghosted as well. I mean I responded to one RP-check by pming someone but I never ever got a response so far.

Man this just sucks.

Being ghosted is the far worst things then all of these. (Not really) But in my opinion.


Most of the one on one section from what I have heard is full of people who will ghost you. Sometimes before you set up the story. Sometimes after. It takes a while to find the right reliable RP partner for you. Keep your head up.

@NesyExecutive Yeah, Mahz has been working on that, I think. He has a whole list of things he plans to add to the site one day.

It just takes some time because he's busy with life, and -if I'm not mistaken- he codes everything himself.

I also have a problem, cannot remove topics that were posted.

I accidently posted one in the wrong section, how do you delete a topic?


Copy the link. Create a topic in the suggestions/problems section of the forum. Title it post deletion. Paste the link in the topic and ask for the post to be removed. One of the mods will remove it for you.

You'll still be able to see it, as it is 'hidden.' The mods will see it too. The rest of the forum will not. Nothing can ever be truly deleted on RPG.

I mean I could honestly try posting interest checks in every single catagory of interest-check forums and such.


I wouldn't suggest that. If you're specifically just searching for 1x1's, then try only posting in the 1x1 section.

Some people tend to get mad if they find inappropriate checks in the wrong section.

My Chemical Romance is finally back together after six years.

It's real this time. Tickets are going on sale in three hours and 33 minutes. The event is being held in California. Tickets are $150. I hate that it's so far away and on such short notice.

My gut tells me that they're going to do more than just a once concert thing. They made a whole new Instagram account. Posted what looks like a potential new logo and everything.

I have been listening to MCR non stop, making references to their songs, sharing nothing but MCR memes on Facebook and it's basically all I can talk about.

To say I'm excited is an absolute understatement.
