• Lightning-Blooded: Runa is resistant to lightning shinsu and other lightning-based attacks, and is more adept with forming and using lightning shinsu
• Resonator: ((This will be expanded on when I feel up to writing more)) Runa gains power based on the strength of any hit she takes, and gains Aptitude or Physique, depending on the type of attack, based on how much she has absorbed. She can use the stored power in a number of different abilities, requiring more power for stronger abilities.

Reason for climbing the tower: To find the truth about her people's origin and eventual exile.

• Telekinesis: Rose can move matter with her mind with great strength and dexterity. She has demonstrated an extreme increase to power when under great emotional strain or mental duress.
• Phasing: Rose can phase in and out of solidity at will, although she must be completely on one side or the other. When phased out, she can pass through any un-warded material.
• Possession: Rose can possess willing beings and un-warded objects at will, or can fight for possession of warded objects or unwilling beings, an has control of the target if successful. She cannot use any mystical abilities of the target, but can use any physical abilities the target has access too, and can use her own abilities through them.
• Telepathy: Rose can speak directly into a targets mind, as well as share concepts and images, and can hear replies and messages directed to her specifically, but cannot read a persons thoughts beyond what is meant for her.
• Mystic Eyes: Rose can see supernatural traces on objects, and in areas with heavy power usage, and can obtain information on the powers used, and the supernaturals that used them, if she focuses and investigates the traces for some time.

Backstory: Rose Carver was born a standard human in a city with a large supernatural population, roughly 1-to-1. She was well-liked by those she knew, and did well in school, graduating with honor. After graduation, she joined the FBI, and while there gained a reputation for honesty, and for being relentlessness in the pursuit of justice. After years of decorated service, she died at the hands of a serial killer, when it caught her off-guard during an investigation. The Bureau held a memorial service for her, and the day after the service, when her former boss entered his office, she was waiting for him as a ghost, demanding her old job back. He instead sent her file to SPIDR.
Equipment: SPIDR Badge (Made of a ghost-friendly material that can phase out with her), hand cuffs of the same material.
