Some do I guess. But it also causes some inconveniences like when it melts and waters down the flavor. But when the ice itself matters, like you said, I can just stop it from melting too.

Yeah, that hasn't changed. I'd be really upset if I couldn't manipulate temperature anymore, I use it so much all the time. Even subconsciously for the most trivial things.
