Yes. Physically, she is in tip to shape. Scarily well, I might add. But this is something that code itself can't do much, if at all, on.

She was put into a digital form. From what I understand, any sort of process that involves moving souls from one body to another takes a lot and sometimes the soul isn't fully transferred...I may be a guess, but I think this isn't anything code and data wise. This is more of her not completely fixed on another level.
