Today's the first time in a long time that I've felt empty. Not even sad or tired, just empty. This quarantine is getting to me more than I thought.

@Jessica Bunny: You live in America! College is optional (and expensive) and around you is opportunity. I believe you can make it!

@13org sorry for the late reply! You're not late at all, so go ahead.
Next post is up!

@shagranoz you can just write-in how Phagora arrived and whether or she requires an escort :)

@KiritoAsuna Since your character is also new, you could do the same.

The teleportation glyph shone with life as Mede threw open the barrier between it and the school, ushering hundreds of new students inside. The ages between them were varied; others were old enough to be adults, others were barely looked past seven. Still, all of them looked around in wonder as they were met with the sight of the schools entrance: A large marble arc with all sorts of figures carved into it. The fairies that usually roamed around the school had gathered, creating a brilliant display of light, while the familiars of older students joined in. One student had flown above them riding a giant pigeon.

"So welcome everyone! Oh, and please don't form contracts with the fairies, or they'll all start asking for one. Anyway, while I'd like to officially welcome you to the university, that's not my job! So instead, I'd like to call on the man who's job that is. Headmaster sir, if you'd please?" said Mede, gesturing the man, who'd just landed in from the sky.

"Thank you for that, Mede. First up, I'd like to thank you for coming. It does my heart joy to see new students walk through that portal. Secondly, I can see some of you trying to form a contract with the fairies. I advise you to reconsider - trust me, you will not be able to pay their price, and thirdly, I think I'll continue this introductory speech on the train."

Question marks popped up as the new students looked around for any sign of a train. With the light brightening the area made it clear that while grandiose, the area they were in was a train station, they didn't see any sign of a train.

Suddenly, a powerful wind blew towards them, nearly blowing away the fairies and causing a few students to trip. All of a sudden, a gigantic silver-and-black train had appeared right behind the Headmaster.

"That would be so much more exciting, don't you think?" said the Headmaster with a slight smile.

The rest of the ceremony would occur on the train, finally stopping at the Communal Mess Hall, where a large feast of a breakfast was being prepared.
Small disclaimer: I'll always have a prologue post up for every "Chapter" post (any post that moves along the story and is not interaction with a certain character); it's filled with small details, but not necessarily for required reading!
@shagranoz Um, I don't know if you missed it, but Phagora wasn't taken to the school yet ^_^;
Interested~!
Small disclaimer guys~! I don't want to ruin your fun or anything, but regardless of whatever plans you might have for your characters backstory or for their progression, do not, under any circumstance, involve an Archetype.

It will not end well.
Solomon nodded throughout his explanation. It was simple in theory, but once he got to actually trying it . . .

"Guh." Nothing happened. He tried chantless and chanted, but at most he got a small spark out. He even brought out the image of his chain to help him focus, but for some reason he seemed to do even worse. He kept wracking his brains to find a solution.

"Affinities, he said something about affinities . . ."

And that was when he realized it. He absolutely sucked at destroying stuff. He was a bookworm, a reader by nature. Physical activity was limited to sports, and even then he'd never done any contact sports. He was just really, really bad at channeling his thoughts into ones fore destruction. He gave a sideways glance towards Morgana, and - of course - she had already succeeded. Solomon gave a deep sigh.

"One more time then," he muttered. He might have been a brownie, but he still had his pride!

This time, he concentrated on the image of his chain shattering. For some reason, the thought was actually, physically painful, and he had to bite back a grunt of pain. Inhaling deeply, Solomon ignored the pain in favor of completing his "image"; slowly, a ball of fire formed on his palm. He withheld from chanting, instead finding it easier to focus on the image he had created, in conjunction to the movement of energy across his arm. Once he was sure it was the appropriate size, Solomon recklessly hurled it at the target.

It landed somewhere that was not the target.

"Ugh . . ." said Solomon, as the ground beside his intended target erupted into flames. "Well that sucked."
@Letter Bee Haha, yay xD
@Altasaire I guess I can Noble Arms up again, provided their's still interest for it . . .
