Biography: Keten was born on the road somewhere in Ferelden. His parents were Tal-Vashoth who managed to escape the Ben-Hassrath and fled as far south as possible. Eventually settling in the capital city of Ferelden, Denerim, after six years of traveling. Growing up for Keten was different, to say the least. His father worked as a mercenary while his mother stayed home to take care of Keten. His only friends growing up were two city elves, Carcen and Firana, who with three would often spent time together. He was more open about learning and adapting to human culture than his parents and was curious to learn about humans and elves. Then, when he was eight, the unthinkable happened. Ben-Hassrath agents discovered them, and a fight ensued. While Keten's parents would win the fight, his mother ended up dying of her wounds, and after the two mourned her. Keten and Keten's father, chose, after this shock, they take up travelling with a mercenary group and never stay in one place for too long and Keten had to say goodbye to his friends. After Denerim, Keten traveled with his father with his mercenary company and showed that he could use magic. His father had his friend and one of the company's mages to teach him on how to use magic. His teacher, a middle-aged Antivan human mage named Sofia Avonal. She taught him how to protect himself from being possessed by demons and everything else she knew about magic. Becoming a proper mage and loved to get in the thick of battle. Which during this time, Keten was taught by his father about the Qun and the Qunari. To better explain why the Ben-Hassrath attacked them in Denerim. He would come to hate the Qun, as he did not agree with its philosophy and them forcing others to convert to the Qun. Along with what they do, their mages and Keten for a time. Would have nightmares about his fate if brought to Par Vollen. So in order to establish an identity for himself, far from the Qun. Keten got himself several tattoos on his body and would use a surname. Rather than take a random human surname, Keten created one by combining the names of his parents, Jarok and Ozul into Jarul. When he became an adult, Keten would officially join his father's mercenary company, the Iron Claws, and went along on many jobs for them. Keten, during his time as a mercenary, he fell in love with a new recruit. A Dalish woman named Lahra as the two naturally connected with each other. Though this bliss would not last, as one day during a hard job. Lahra was killed, and Keten was left devastated by her death. Though his father and the other members of the Iron Claws tried to comfort him. This lead to Keten rethinking things and his place in life. After much thought and seeing how his love died ultimately for some coin. This caused Keten not to want to waste his life fighting for gold. He felt like something was missing in his life, and he would end up leaving the Iron Claws. His father did not wish for him to leave, but understood what his son was going through and wished him good luck on his travels. So for a bit, he travelled on his own, trying to think of something that would please his heart and soul. A cause that he could take pride in fighting for and finding purpose in his life. But, to him, no such cause existed, and so he wandered and walked around Thedas. But, as he wandered and thought, did the signs of another Blight appear around the continent. Keten expected the Grey Wardens to appear and combat the threat, but when he noticed that the Grey Wardens were seemingly missing. He was concerned about what would happen if the Grey Wardens did not stop the Blight. When he heard of a mercenary group that was fighting the Blight. Keten knew what had to do and joined up with the band. To both fight the Blight and figure out what happened to the Grey Wardens in the process. But mainly to maybe finally fight for a cause that he can believe in. Homeland: Ferelden Motivation: To figure out what happened to the Grey Wardens and help save the world. Along with finding purpose in his life, and find a cause he can proudly fight for and believe in. Relations: Yes, Keten had one love during his life, a Dalish elf named Lahra. She was killed during a mission with the Iron Claws, and it was hard for Keten after her death. Along with his father Jarok, who is still alive and the mercenary band his father belongs to that Keten used to be in, the Iron Claws is still active. While he has not seen his old city elf friends in years, Carcen and Firana. He does not know what became of them, and maybe he would see them again during his travels. Leo tried to get a bead on the man in front of him. Only seeing a smile and nothing else.

"Dining-psoriasis?" Leo repeated was trying not to sound confused, but was. His face showed his confusion, his brows furrowed despite his trying to remain neutral in expression. "Okay," Leo said with a confused emphasis on the word and tilted his head slightly as he tried to figure out what this person meant. Then quickly, he adjusted his head to its normal position.

But rather then asked for clarification, Leo opted to see what else this man would say. Since Leo was curious about this man and he could see the face of disappointment on the man's face when he mentioned the party last night. So he did come today, as far as Leo could tell but, when the man spoke of catching the start and had an early night. What did that mean unless he was here last night? Leo could have missed him at the party since he did not meet many people that night.

Then as Leo continued to listen to the man, he realized that the man has yet to actually introduce himself or say his name or what his godly parent was. Maybe it was not important to this person or something, mainly the god part and Leo was surprised to hear that his cabin had a jacuzzi. Which wait he has a jacuzzi? That is nice to have, and why does his cabin not have one? It probably has to do with magic or something. However, that works, and what he remembered what Andy said that morning. Leo sighed, and as the man finished what he was saying.

Leo started to connect the dots in his head, and yeah. This person had a good chance at being the party last night, but he could not get a bead on the person. To draw out anymore clues about them, and Leo knew he had the unpleasant news of telling him that the party he is looking for. Is gone and training is what awaits him at the arena.

"Sorry to say, but there is no party at the arena." Leo trying to let him down easy. "Today is training day, and while some like me are done for the day. There are still some who had to redo the course, and you might be able to catch River, our leader, still there at the arena." Leo wondered how River felt about people missing training.

Which Leo realized that he knew what the man's name was. The one who did not show up, or at least he can see if his theory is right. "By the way, is your name Baxter?"

@TruckKun I am sorry and this is late but, I feel like there should be more build up for the leaders of Crete to trust and accept your ideas. Your char has only been for two and half weeks and the galley is not even done and tested to be good. Just slow down and do more stuff before the leadership trusts your char.

The world as we know it is a place where the history of the planet and humanity is widely known. Stretching back thousands of years and millions of years. Where the educated and experienced in their respective circles are confident in their knowledge of the known history of the world.

But, for those who try to challenge these experts and suggest information that contradicts, or that there is more to the history of humanity and the planet. They are met with ridicule, and their findings are treated as pseudoscience or pseudoarchaeology. Thinking that they know for sure the history of humanity and anything else is just false information by a uneducated person or a conspiracy theorist.

If you are reading this letter, it means that you are someone who has found something that suggests something that the experts do not agree with, and are now left with nothing but an idea and mockery.

For you see, you are not alone with this, for I am the same, and after years of frustration, I have had enough, and I have founded a group to uncover what the established scholars ignore. I have recently discovered an artifact that will be the key to uncovering this lost past.

If you seek to prove what you saw, join our group in our goal to uncover what the past has hidden from us. Then I implore you to travel to Crawley, England, come to this address, and bring this letter with you for confirmation that you have been invited.

However, I have to say that if you choose to accept the offer, and help me with this goal. Then you should know that this path is one that, while being rewarded with the truth and discovery. Overview

Hello and welcome to the rp. So this rp, in modern day, you will be playing people who have been invited to Arthur Ross's estate in Crawley, England. For your character has, in their own way, seen a glimpse of the lost past and is now eager to prove and discover the pieces of this lost past that others deny. Which I will leave to how your character discovers a small part of this lost past and how they were contracted by Arthur.

Which Arthur's estate will function as the characters' home and base during the rp and will house any artifacts that the group discovers and manages to recover. Said estate, as the characters will discover, has an impressive security system installed for this purpose.

I am looking for a max of four or fives players or a minimum of two. Which they can be anything as long as they have discovered something about the lost past, and Arthur has a way of knowing them so he can invite them.

Now, when it comes to the locations that the group will be visiting. The rp will mainly be working with custom myths when dealing with the lost history, as the lost history most of it predates anything that is known about human history, maybe some will have a basis in known history, and if I make up my mind about it, then there will be some locations based on irl myths.

Given the nature of the rp, you will be able to make up your myth related to your character and what they discovered to be invited to Arthur's estate. Then, after talking about it with me, if you wish, it will be a location the party will visit and uncover. However, I will only plan it out with you after the first arc to see who sticks with the rp, and I will decide which location to go to after the first arc. Since I do not want to plan an arc only for the player to ditch before or during their arc.

Also, for pictures of your character, use real-life face claims.

Okay, so you want to change your CS to have metalworking and you would have to change or add how he learned that. If this skill is that important to your character's arcs then I suppose I can let you have it. But only this one time and only add metal working.

After ALL this time has passed, I feel like I'm too stupid to contribute to this RP. Not necessarily IRL, so much as I made a mistake in character creation and have no idea how to proceed.
