Current When it is time to write, I want to worldbuild. When it is time to worldbuild, I want to collab. When it is time to collab, I want to write. This is the cycle. These are the rules.

Sad to say I'm currently experiencing Writer's Block. Luckily I learned Writer's Kung Fu and I can chop the block in half with my hands like Bruce Lee

Why is the sun like bread? It rises in the yeast, and sets in the waist. Haha! Isn't that so cute? Join my RP or more puns will come.

What's the difference between a Hollywood actor and a piece of driftwood? One is Justin Timberlake. The other is timber, just in a lake. Hahathisiswhati'mdoinginsteadofwriting

Current RP I want you to join: roleplayerguild.com/topics/191461-car…

Hey y'all. I've been at this for about 12 years, and I've played a lot of kinds of RP. I like fantasy and sci-fi the most, just because they give me the most to worldbuild with, but I'm cool with almost anything. I just like writing.

I'd like to pitch my "kidnap new players" idea to you again...

Well, that's how I got here.
Are you still accepting?
Almost done with my CS now!
<Snipped quote by Jeyma>

To be honest, it reminded me of one of the (exaggerated) tales I was imagining for Nahash, in which she may or may not have inspired the first murder to introduce a new form of passion to mortals, as part of her own fascination with the baser aspects of the mind. Their interaction should be awfully interesting.

All the others are gonna hate us. You realize that, right? Chaos shall be spread across the land!
<Snipped quote by Jeyma>

I keep mentioning Nahash, but she'll love Suela, for that much at least.

Naturally. Suela is a fucking queen *flips hair*.

However, their motivations are very different. Nahash seems to like tempting people for entertainment or for the sake of the underdog, or to oppose stagnation. Suela doesn't care. Suela just wants you to be overwhelmed with emotion, because the way she sees it, that's the only time you're truly living your life as it should be lived- to hide emotion is to hide yourself, and suppressing emotion is akin to suicide.
@dragonmancer

The following is just a little quote to show that I AM, in fact, working on my CS for the Goddess of Magic and Emotions, and not just dicking around. This comes from her Personality section:

"Suela is not the contemplative, wise being that the ignorant so often assume her to when they hear the words "Goddess of Magic." She is certainly intelligent, and can have bursts of invention when she finds inspiration, but that is not what makes her heart beat, that is not what makes her draw breath.

No, the nature of Suela is not the wise scholar, but rather, the creative artist. The nature of Suela is passion. Like a quick-burning flame, the Queen of Passion is fueled by the energy of the world. She feels the love and hate of each living creature, and revels in it's beauty.
This has consequences, of course. Someone may, in a fit of rage, murder an innocent. But Suela would not care: the action means nothing to her. All that matters is the feeling, and when mortals are consumed with those feelings, then the Goddess is pleased. If generosity drives them to save lives, good. If anger makes them harm others, so be it."
Ehhhh...super tempted to start working on a goddess of earth, nature, and plants. But I'm already involved with another RP and things tend to go horribly wrong when I try to juggle multiple threads. For now, I shall lurk.

We have a sky god, a water god, and no earth god! The trifecta must be completed!

@Jeyma Iron men, walking with lacking emotion, for Ha usually don't take help from others when working. Meaning his new creations would be cold and logical.

Ha wouldn't even understand why she hated him for them :P

So i guess Ha can be a bit terrifying to some deities, but it won't compare to how terrifying some mortals will find him.
-"Haha, we're gonna be rich after we raid this village!... are you kidding me, a 20metre tall black knight with burning eyes appeared from nowhere? And proclaimed these are people of chivalry and thus his own...... shit."

Overall don't worry @Jeyma, the iron men would be something i build in game.
So while the answer to both the questions is yes, there is no need to fear Ha...... yet. :P

Well, here's the thing: she has control over emotions, meaning she can't control emotionless creatures easily. And iron weakens all her creations and her magic. These things could probably tear her Fairies to shreds, if they wanted.

But I'm not worried: I'll probably think of some way to protect them, and even so, I don't get the impression that Ha is going to go conquer a bunch of fairies.
I'm feeling we'll need a mechanical race.
Perhaps i could have it as a project of mine, yees, the steel and brass men of Ha. I think i have something going here.

My Goddess is shaping out to be a Goddess of Magic and Emotions.

Also, her creations (the fairies) will be killed easily by the touch of iron. Any other metal is fine, but iron is poisonous to them.

This means that emotionless beings made of iron are completely immune to my goddess and most of her powers. So, I have two questions for you.

1. Do your mechanical men have emotions?

2. Are any made of iron?

If the answer to both is yes, then my Goddess will either HATE Ha or be so fucking terrified of him that she'll just pretend he isn't there for fear of confrontation
I know what I have to do. I must create a God of...

BOATS.

But then the sailors would stop worshiping your God altogether: they'll have someone else to protect them when they're sailing.

@dragonmancer How cool are you with the existence of merfolk?

I like it. Without Merfolk, if you don't mind my saying, you're going to get REALLY bored down in the waters.
