He chuckles at her reply to looking at him, then hearing her ask about moving in he nods.

"Of course. You have settled in here pretty nicely already. Give me a reason to build an addition onto the house as well."

"Of course, I mean look at me. I run a business though I rent the store. I have a good amount of money saved up. Think I have like 15 grand saved up. That could go a long way on a purchase."

He says to her with a smile on his face.

"Yeah, honestly buildings throughout the state are fairly inexpensive. If we straight up bought a building, we could be in for under 100 grand. If we built a place could probably be down around 50 grand."

He says, looking at her.

"Your artwork you could sell for 500 to $1,000 easily. People here in gladwin county get 300 for basic art. Your stuff is far from basic so 3 times the price could be child's play especially in a bigger city."

Explaining himself he says.

"Get a shop of your own to display your art, sell it and commission works of art. If we got a place or had one built we could build put your gallery on one side and my hobby shop on the other."

"I think that is what you need babe. You have a good amount of money saved up I am sure and I think we could go to Mount Pleasant or Saginaw and buy a building to turn into a shop."

He says, continuing to rub her sides.

Smiling he holds onto her.

"Good way to unwind."

He rubs her back and side gently relaxing with her.

He stands there helping her up.

"You aren't annoying."

He says smiling at her. He walks around to his side and climbs in, taking off. He drives home, pulling up to the house. He reaches in and picks up 11 bags of groceries, carrying them in leaving only a few bag in the back. He walks into the house and puts the food on the counter top.

"She is persistent, I will give her that."

He tosses everything in the truck and walks around to the passenger side.

"Not illegal until I start selling it."

He smiles and starts pushing the cart again. They leave the produce area and hit the cheese and bread area. He picks up some smoky bacon cheddar slices, processed cheese slices, 2 blocks of mild cheddar and a package of aged swiss. He tosses them in and continues walking.

He laughs.

"A couple weeks and we will have it done."

Smirking he says.

"Hey, I should break out my still and show you how to make rumshine."
