Alright I made the roleplay currently I have Lancelot as my Saber but that may change, and for those who do I am yet again re-using Leon Winchester as I am both lazy, and he hasn't actually gotten to do anything.

Respectful and honest Leon was raised to be a gentlemen by his parents. He always keeps it in mind to treat people fairly regardless of gender, or age. He doesn't tend to look down on people but he does occasionally feel the need to look down on certain people who he feels do not deserve respect. Contrary to this however he is very much an elitist mage and feels that people who look down on him as a magus, or to those can't properly control their magic are beneath him in this regard. He views talent, and hard work is better than prestige or glory. Though he seeks to be the best magus he could possibly be he doesn't intend to get there through ill gotten means however he believe the holy grail is his chance to increase the chances of him making breakthroughs in his skill even if it means using it as a crutch.

He intends to look on any partner he receives in the grail war as a partner and as Master of Saber he takes great pride in his servant. He personally views Saber as a close friend of his, and doesn't intend to let him die if he can help it. Though he understands Saber's attitude when it comes to his convictions and allows him to act on them when he can but he is willing to use command seals if he needs to in order to make sure Saber doesn't make a mistake he will regret. He has full trust in his allies, and his servant is no different in this regard. Leon will fight with Saber until he is no longer able to do so himself though he intends to let Ruder do most of the work as to maximize their shared mana pools. While not a coward Leon is willing to back away from a fight if it means he can win a future one.

Biography:

Born in a rural town in the Midwest of America he was the son of a well known magus duo whose families hail from Ireland, and Scotland. His parents were teachers, and instructors of magical arts and worked for the Mage Association's American branch. His parents had great hopes for him, and knew he would be a strong mage someday if they instructed him properly. Though his grand father (mother's side) disliked the idea of forcing on him his parents' highly disturbing fondness for exploring Magecraft he was none the less forced to agree that his parents had the right to raise their child as they saw fit.

Growing up around magi scholars would be both a boon, and a disadvantage for young Leon whom would grow up with some social issues. He would be so used to magic that his parents would have to put spells on him when he was around normal humans to temporarily prevent him from using magic even accidentally. He also knew better than to talk about magic to others and lacking very few other hobbies Leon would make very few friends with normal people. He would also need to work on both normal school curriculum alongside his Magi training that his parents put him through since he was able to comprehend basic level spells. Despite this his parents did indeed very much care for their child, and wanted him to reach his full potential so that one day he could become a strong magus.

He would continue to have very few friends into his teenage years where his father, and grand father would both personally start to teach him their own specialized magical forms. His father was a masterful wind mage, and his grand father knew water magics as well as anyone. He had shown an affinity for both early on in his life and he appreciated his father pushing and leaning on him more than his grand father otherwise he may have never discovered his limits and how to stay within them. He had high ambitions of one day perhaps running his own guild within the magical community, and one of his friends, Gabriel Mackindley, would prove to be a worthy rival as he pushed on Leon to keep himself on his toes. He cherished what few close friends he had, and was grateful for them. Within time he started to develop a certain reputation within his circle of magicians, and even some others as 'The Black Hand Magus' after beating many opponents in a dueling arena while wearing his signature black glove on his left hand. It was not anything he had expected and he only wore the glove because it was a gift from his grand mother whom was also a duelist in her time.

Before he really knew it he was growing into a young adult, and his skills with magic were becoming stronger with each fight as he figured out new ways to use them. Though he was worried he was going to hit his limit soon enough. He continued to work as an recreational mage learning from his father, and others until one day he was approached by the Mage Association. Due to his father's talents, and his grand father's reputation he was considered as a second to his father who they approached first. His father rejected the call to the Holy Grail War believing politics in the matter would fall down on his school. His mother also rejected as she believed that the war was just another mage political struggle more than one that would settle the fate of the world. Thankfully for the mage association young Leon told him he would take up the call. His father encouraged him to refuse but Leon figured if the world could possibly be altered by someone who gains control of the Holy Grail he would take up the call. Of course he himself knew little of the event as his father did not care for such matters but he figured it was best that he learn all he could on the way to the clocktower. With his grand father's blessings and the gift of a piece of the round table to use as a catalyst he was sent on his way to a new world he was unsure about.

London, Clocktower Mage Association HQ

Chapter 0 - Prologue to a Terrible War

The afternoon day here in London was a nice one, and the sun shined brightly around the city. The Clocktower that the Mages trained in the Clocktower went about their everyday activities doing what they would to further their own knowledge. However the Clocktower today was holding a little darker shade then it usually did, and the Clocktower was home to many dark secrets already. Today the Team of Black was being formed. Church Officials, and Mage Associates all gathering to form an alliance against the Family Grey. The mage family known for their mage superiority views now held the keys to the 'new' Holy Grail. However only the top officials knew the exact details. In order to assure secrecy the Association has yet to tell the exact details to those outside their domain in order to prevent leakage of their plans. Thus the group was gathering at the Clocktower in order to form a more cohesive group.

Normally the Association would go for mercenaries, and thugs for a job like this however with the Greys being former Mage Association members they have decided to make this more personal. The Association had left Director Orson Archibald as the one in charge of Allied forces. The Church for their part was sending a master of their craft their way as well. It was in the headmaster's office that the group would be meeting. The world would change for the better, or for the worse this day as a Great Holy Grail War was to start.

Leon's opening thoughts subject to change

Leon stepped through the halls moving out of the way of a few students here, and there. It was on this day that he had arrived with his contact that had met with his parents. His breathing was calm but it was underlayed with a nervous tension. He wasn't use to big time missions like this. Ever since his father completed his training as a wind elemental mage he was just going about his life as he tried to manage something to make his life worth living. His grand father insisted he live life to the fullest, and that 'life's complications can fuck themselves'. His father cautioned a more honest, and straightforward approach to learn the secrets of magecraft. In the end he got involved with the local tournament organizers.

Unlike European mages the Midwest region where a conclave of North American Mages rised, like Leon, had a more combative sense around them. While working on contemporary mage to reach the root was still precedent it made many mages choose a more passive route; others chose to fight in arenas to improve their physical bodies, and their skills with more offensive magics. It was in the world of mage fighting that Leon honed his skills. And in place of his parents here he was.

Leon looked about the beautiful area that sprawled out in all directions around him was ancient, as it was full of potential. This place was sacred ground for up and coming noble families for the Association. It made him wonder what his life would be if he had turned out just a little differently. If he had come here from his hometown instead of staying with his father. It would have made his life a whole lot different no doubt. He wondered if it would be for the better. Leon looked at the pot in his satchel that he had brought with him. It contained the components for the summoning ceremony.

He wondered who would come to him...this piece of legend ripped from the round table. He considered how many heroes were apart of Arthurian lore. It was a vast subject. If he was truly to become a 'master' then he would need to put the thoughts out of his mind of what it meant. Uncle Collins told him once, 'a man chooses, and a slave obeys' he didn't want to be a slave. He couldn't imagine whoever this was in his satchel would want to be too. But it was simply the fate that had been chosen for both of them.

As Leon rounded a corner he looked for the office of the Headmaster. He had been told where to go by a younger mage he had ran into at the front of the clocktower. It wouldn't be much longer until he got there. It was hard to keep pace, and not lose himself in the sprawling corridors of this place. No doubt others found it easier if they lived here, and learned what it meant to be a mage here. But to him it was a mess. As he nearly bumped into a master mage carrying some boxes he apologized, and moved out of the way and finally arrived at the office. He knocked on the door, and someone inside told him to enter.

As he entered he saw a large man with scars on his face wearing a long white jacket staring at him with indifference but them smiled at him when he noticed Leon was looking at him. He had messy brown hair, and grey eyes. His body was muscular but not to a freakish extent. And his size made Leon a bit intimidated he wondered how many fights this man had survived. At a desk sat the man called Director Orson. He wore a black vest with a red tie. His graying hair was slicked back, and he looked at Leon through cold blue eyes.

His professional nature spoke volumes about him as he reeked of a man who had spent his life teaching those younger than him. Still Leon could not help but feel as if he was staring at a terrifying man. Leon had not met him but he was known by many as a great mage. He was not the head master they were simply borrowing the office for sake of convenience. "Why hello there son! How are you doing this fine day?" the man in white said to Leon as he nodded at him in return.

"I'm fine nice to meet you, I'm Leon, Leon Winchester. It is a pleasure to meet you sirs." Leon said as he nodded his head at them. "Winchester? Ha there's a name I never thought I'd see pop up again. Your grand dad was a pain in my ass when I was a younger man you know. All the same you shouldn't worry we're all friends here. I have a colleague around here somewhere. Should be here soon. Oh and my name is Prichard Anderson. But please just call me Anderson." the man said as Director Orson cleared his voice,

"I hope the others will show up soon. If not we will simply proceed with business as we should. I specifically marked today as a meeting day for everyone. If no one else shows up I can only assume they are operating on their own volition." Director Orson said calmly as he motioned for Leon to take one of the chairs in the office. Leon obliged with a quick thanks to the Director.

Fate/Crimson Dusk

The year is 2015 the next holy grail war was about to start once more with the church, and mage association preparing to take on new masters, and heroic spirits they were naively blinded by the fact that there were still people out there who were willing to exploit the grail. Many years have past since the Fuyuki Grail War, and with the loss of the greater grail more smaller grail wars had been propping up all over. A small faction in Poland known as the Grey Family have summoned several servants in violation of the Grail War's rules. It's intent is unknown but the Grey Family were known as mage supremacists, and it is speculated they wish to use the servants, and the grail in order to win over the world to their way of thinking. They have held fast in a castle forming battle strategies as the mage association prepares itself to deal with the threat.

Scouts sent to deal with threat were met with swift brutal retaliation and as such the only way to deal with this threat is to summon more servants to combat the 'Red' Faction. Met with fierce resistance initially the mages association has finally come to a conclusion that the threat in question must be dealt with. As such they had sent calls to several different magi be it allies of the Association, or mercenaries. The church has also proclaimed it's support for the Mage Associations 'Black' Faction as the brutality of Red has proven both disgusting, and an insult to the rules of the grail war. Hoping to wipe out the enemy faction the mages are gathering in London to summon their servants. The clocktower seeks to assist the mages in their attempts at destroying Red Faction before they arrive in Poland in order to defeat enemy summoners. Ruler has said to have already arrived in Poland to await what is to happen. Today the mages that have agreed to assist the Church, and the Mage Association have gathered today in the Clocktower to begin the operation to take down the family Grey.

Rules:
1. All Standard Roleplay Rules Apply. Power Playing, God Modding, and other assorted non-sense is not allowed.
2. No over powered servants. Demi-Gods, and servants such as Gilgamesh, Beserker Hercules, and folks of that nature are not allowed. I can't have unkillable servants that make everyone else pale in comparison. Ask before you pick a servant, and I'll help you with them if need be.
3. I must approve of your characters personally before allowing them into the roleplay. Characters not approved do not get noticed in the IC. Post characters in the OOC before approval.
4. PVP is allowed and will be taken up in the arena, or through collab however BOTH parties must agree to the battle. However we're on the same team I'm not sure why'd you want to maim each other.
5. Everyone starts with three command seals.
6. 2-3 Noble Phantasm limit on Servants whom are not canon. This is to prevent power playing, and shenanigans. I may be considerate of more than three if the servant warrants it. Remember in the show at least the noble phantasm is suppose to be a defining aspect of the legend of the servant.
7. I reserve the right as gm to reject characters for any basis. Be it for personal conduct, or roleplay reasons.

Alright does anyone have a problem with me taking Saber? I assume Charak is grabbing Berserker. If not I guess I can use Lancelot, Jeanne, or Musashi. I would like to use Sigurd but upon expecting him his stats are bit too strong, and I don't want anyone thinking I'm a hypocrite on power scaling.

Kayneth's spell is alchemy not a living breathing creature. Restrictions on how easily you can control it/how many vials you have.

Wind/Water mage is my own character's specialty. He specializes in combative magic though only recreational versions (i.e mage duels), and is not a proper combatant in the field. However his spells are limited to basic wind control, basic water shielding, and wind strikes. He's not especially broken by any means any earth mage could probably stone wall him. Characters also have limits. Shirou can generate blades but only so many and he's weak as shit against anyone not named Gilgamesh without external help. Magus have limits. Shirou can't project unlimited blade works literally, and figuratively. Rin ran short on her magic supply after forwarding it to Shirou, and Saber as well as using herself. Kariya didn't have unlimited bugs either otherwise Tohsaka wouldn't have swept him so casually.

Magus have limited magic is the point I'm getting across. Letting anyone, and everyone have A rank magic just because is asinine in my own opinion. It is rare for mages to be like Rin. I am not highly creative so I'm borrowing the easiest to understand system I know of which is a per day/per hour/per week system depending on the spell. I myself believe that if I allow unbelievably strong mages/servants into this it will just devolve into 'who's cock is bigger' the rp. I am not fond of bringing in Guan Yu, Charles the Great, and Merlin all on he same team just to fight Karna, Gilgamesh, and King Hassan. Its bad for the rp, and its bad for my own sanity as a roleplay GM. I'm not going to change the system there has to be limits be it someone can design a broken character, or not is on their own ability.

You're free to join this, or leave it depending on how you feel on the matter King I will hold no hard feelings over the matter but unless you, or someone else has a better way of handling a system revolving around the numbers, statistics, and various abilities revolving around magus, in an rp focused on servant on servant combat regardless, then I will be doing what I've been doing.
