Alex just sat in his seat, minding his own business while chaos ensued in the classroom. Punches, chairs and young girls were being thrown by the others at eachother. Alex didn't really care about who he was going to end up with. As far as he was concerned, these kinds of tests were meaningless. He would rather just have a nice nap than tire himself out, fighting the others for no reason. He put on his earphones and listened to some Artic Monkeys, his favourite rock band.

Caroline's ice pillar attack surprised Nigel and made him miss his target, instead shooting the sphere of condenced-eternano at a nearby building, completely destroying it. Nigel undid his cannon transformation and turned to Caroline, who was now questioning the demon in front of them. "I have a hard time believing that is Xavier" he responded to Caroline and turned his attention to the strange woman that was apparently bound with the demons shadow. "That's true, it seems she is indeed bound to him..." Nigel said, confirming everything she had just said, "and your threats fall on deaf ears, demon" Nigel told Cassandra. "I think we all here demand some answers. Who says that you two are not spies, sent by Demon's Maw? As long as I'm concerned, you might as well be responsible for the attacks at Clover, Cedar and Magnolia" he finished.

When Cruz looked at the back for a while, he immediately saw Agni and had the same shock from before, where he stood in paralysis state while staring at him. That guy from earlier...!! He's on the same class?!, he thought. The fact that he knew abut the pendant still made the technomage shiver a little. Pamela simply looked confused at the same direction, not knowing what he was watching.
"Oh well, it's not like i care about what's wrong with him" Alex responded as the teachers entered the classroom. Alex laughed on the inside when the woman scolded everyone. He watched as they introduced themselves. I predict this year will be full of interesting things, Alex thought and laughed once more silently.
