In Depth Appearance:
Dante Mossos takes after his father’s family in many ways. He stands at a height of 6’2”, with a chiseled yet slim body that’s attractive enough to earn him the attention of the female population at Pennbrooke. His immaculately styled hair is that of a dirty blonde color, which can look darker when wet or when hair product is used. A pair of green eyes and his button nose are the only evidence of his mother’s genes, that along with a pair of full lips and a very defined jawline rest on his smooth, pale face. You will not find traces of body hair anywhere in Dante’s body, as he is a major metrosexual that goes as far as laser hair removal to make sure the unwanted biological pests stay far away from him. In terms of clothing, he always tends to dress fashionably with brand and designer clothing, even when in casual wear. He wears no jewelry, has no tattoos and no significant scars.

Personality:
Upon first meeting him, Dante is a rather quiet young man: a trait that’s rare on the otherwise loud members of Phi Kappa Delta. As he says it himself, he tries hard to stay on the sidelines, as being dragged into whatever drama and Greek life politics is something he doesn’t particularly enjoy. He can be very charming when he wants to, with an easy -although sometimes dark- sense of humor. As a lover, witnesses say that he’s passionate and intense. Even though he prefers a cool and collected way of life, he enjoys having his fun every once in a while. To those close to him, he’s very caring and protective, doing anything to keep them safe. He’s also inherited his mother’s brains, and that along with his determination and strong will has earned him a spot in the top ten percentile of the university.

However, beneath the surface hides a cunning, calculating individual, always determined to get what he sets his mind to. He can be secretive, manipulative and deceitful, traits inherited from his father and uncle, and the only woman who can see right through them is his aunt. His past experiences had caused him to become emotionally closed off, as he fears that getting close to anyone might result in him getting hurt. He prefers to keep his emotions to himself, while distracting himself with women, his classes, the fraternity and learning about his uncle’s company.

History:
“Okay, so where do I begin? Because let me warn you right now, my life story is kinda fucked… Fuck it, let's go. I guess I'll just start from the beginning…

Okay, so once upon a time, my grandparents forced my dad, aunt and uncles to attend a Thanksgiving dinner hosted by the one and only Huntsberg family. At the time, Aunt Audrey and Uncle Alex were in one of their rough patches (because what else is new, right?), so the evening was poised to be a disastrous one. Well, it turns out that not everything was bound to suck that day. Not only did my aunt and uncle made their relationship official that day (after conceiving my twin cousins in my aunt’s bedroom, I might add), but my father met the woman who would become my mother at that party in the form of Aunt Audrey’s oldest cousin: Heather Duclerc.

Between cigarettes, blow and family issues, my parents bonded in the Huntsberg Villa’s gardens. They had a lot of fun together that day, getting through the dinner high as clouds. To no surprise, they ended up hooking up right in the middle of the fucking gardens, man. They exchanged numbers, kept talking and even hooked up a few more times after that. Unfortunately, my father had left out a very important detail out of their conversations: his age. My mother was 23 years old, with a bachelor’s degree under her belt and a semester away from her masters’. On the other hand, my father was merely seventeen, not even out of high school yet.

When she found out, Mother obviously freaked out. She had a position in one of the most prestigious banking companies in the country, and something like this coming out could not only ruin her career, but put her behind bars. To make matters worse, she found out she was pregnant with yours truly, which only added to her dilemma. So she decided to take the hardest decision of her life: drop out of college, sell her apartment, request a relocation, pack up her stuff and move to New York. She changed her number, dropped off the face of the Earth and never told my father about me.I was born a few months later in New York City on August 20th.2

My mother was… The most beautiful woman in this world. She had the brightest smile, and the most stunning eyes anyone has ever seen. She cared for me with such love and patience, always making time for me even on her busiest days... And she did everything by herself, too. My mom was a fucking badass. We were so happy together… Until the fucking lung cancer got her when I was nine. 

I mean, yeah, she was a smoker, and she’d done some pot and coke back in the day. But so what? People out there have done worse things and are still alive. Why her, man? Why’d that fucking disease have to take her, of all people?! All she ever did was try to give me the best life she could. Like, fuck, man… I fucking miss her all the time.

Anyway, a few months before my mom died, she finally told me who my father was: Elijah Damian Mossos. She’d made deathbed arrangements to set me off with my father and his family, so when she passed, I was sent off to California. It was then when I met all of my dad’s family. It was cool to know I had cousins my age, even a half-sister. But God forbid I be happy for a long period of time, because it seems that  "Taking A Shit On Dante" is God’s favorite fucking pastime... As if my position wasn’t shitty enough, I quickly found out that my darling father was actually an alcoholic with a long history of coke abuse and two failed rehab stints. Just two months after I arrived at my grandparents’ place, Father went into rehab for the third time.

Aunt Audrey was absolutely heartbroken with my story. She couldn’t believe I’d gone through so much shit in life, and she decided I wouldn’t go through hell ever again for as long as she lived. They talked to my father, and eventually decided that Aunt Audrey and Uncle Alex would be the ones in charge of me. Even when she had four of her own kids to worry about, that woman opened up the doors to her home for me and raised me as one of her own. Yeah, she can be a pain in the ass sometimes, but she's my other mother. I would do anything for Aunt Audrey. Behind that bitch exterior you see in magazines and interviews, she’s got a heart of gold.

In the end, yeah, I lost my mother, but I gained a family.

Things got better for me after that. I grew up in this huge fucking mansion, chilling and having fun with my cousins with absolutely not a goddamned thing to worry about. I was enrolled in Beverly Hills Academy with the rest of my cousins, then I went to Stanford up until the middle of sophomore year. See, there was this little incident with the fucking cops catching me in the middle of one of my races. Even after my family made a generous donation to the school, the fuckers were concerned of the blow my issue could represent to their bullshit reputation. So Aunt Audrey, after giving the dean a rather memorable piece of her mind, chose to transfer me to Pennbrooke University.

I was fucking pissed to be separated from Xander and sent to school with the normies, but it didn’t take long for me to notice that most of the students here were in the same level as me. Hell, I even joined the fucking Phi Kappa Delta frat house and became the motherfucking VP! But even with how wildly popular we are, I like to keep on the sidelines, maintain that mystery that characterizes the Mossos males. Not to mention keeping my grades up. My dream is to run Mossos Industries with Uncle Alexandros instead of being some alcoholic junkie like my father, so getting this degree is half of the battle. Ultimate goal? Becoming CEO of the company one day. And I’ll sure as fuck will get it; I swear on my mother’s grave. Just you wait.”

I’ve seen her angry, and it isn’t pretty. She is easily the only woman in this goddamn world who can put the fear of God in me with a single look.”

They did the deed a couple more times, until she confronted him with some nonsense about commiting to one another, and D was forced to put his foot down. She hadn’t been pleased with this, and had thus blacklisted him since. She’d been his first college hookup, so even if she hates him, she still holds a special place in his body count. Rumor has it that her vendetta against Phi Kappa Delta began after this incident.

Even if he doesn’t get it, Dante has a good idea about why Choua avoids him so hard. He assumes his misdeeds have reached her ears, and that’s why she is so intent on not crossing paths with him. Even though she is not his type, he enjoys to mess around with her by shooting her the occasional signature wink.

Whereas he understands Choua’s behavior, he fails to understand Ashley’s. She shoots him dirty looks whenever they cross paths, which annoys Dante to know end due to having never given her reason to act like that. She’s also not his type, so if you add that to her attitude, it means he ignores her existence.

Unbeknownst to the public, Divine and Dante had been occasionally hooking up for some time now. She’s one of the few woman that has his utmost respect, as she was smart enough to always know that what the deal was between them. Because of this transparency, they have been good friends.

In public, however, they pretend to know each other in the passing and just by face and not name.

With his reputation, how could she assume they were serious when he’d never verbally said it? In the end, it was a nasty, dramatic mess that gave him a headache just to think about, so he doesn’t.

Even though Archie seems to always be busy being Pennbrooke University's unofficial Mr. Congeniality, him and Dante have a scheduled morning and nightly smoke in which they keep up with each other's happenings. Dante holds Archie at the same level as he does his cousin Xander. THAT should tell you just how much he cares for the guy.
