Current I think watching fight scenes can help in general terms with writing combat, since it can give you an idea of flow and choreography.

At least if you're writing something you know, with knights.

I mean, depends on what you're writing, and the tone and theme of what you're writing. Trained armored knights were legitimately monstrous on the battlefield, so looking up how they fought helps.

As much as there's a lot of reasons twitter sucks, I genuinely don't want to see it die for the sake of all the artists who now rely on it. Hoping the shithead stops trying to directly administrate.

roleplayerguild.com/posts/5… If anyone's up for fighting some kaiju, why not try out my new RP, Godzilla: YATAGARUSU?

The fire mage gasped, not expecting such a sudden move against his flaming shield. Nor did he expect that much strength to be behind the arm of a little girl. He spat blood as his throat was crushed, his neck snapping from the impact. His flaming shield died as he toppled backward, hitting the ground with a thud.

Out of six, two of the conspirators were now dead.

The last of the skeletons fell in a splintered, crumpled heap. Though there was commotion from below, the way Tyaethe had run, and from above, for now it seemed as if this room had been cleared of enemies. One dead man, dozens of shattered skeletons.

Tili stood silent even as one of the knights, the boy, she guessed, yelled rather angrily at her about her killing of the man. She preferred, instead, to glare down at the dead body and sharply kick it in the side. He was one of the six who had taken her sister captive, so naturally her anger towards them was chief in her mind.

The tiny girl only responded to anyone else when one of the other knights asked where she had gotten the knife. Silently, Tili pointed up the stairs. She'd taken it from the body of one of the dead guards. It was crude compared to her usual tools, but it had done the job well enough with surprise and a well-aimed stab.

"Wow..." Eliabelle's eyes had widened. It was such a... fantastical tale, slaying a griffin in such a matter. She knew they could be hazardous to villages, and had even attempted to suggest a better way of preventing the loss of cattle to hungry predators like that. Before this, however, she hadn't known much about how one would really deal with such a creature. But now she knew something of hunting a griffin, and in the form of such a knightly tale as well... "That's amazing!"

For the moment, her scrape with death was forgotten. Instead she was far more focused on the story she'd heard.

Bethany... remained silent. It was an impressive story, but she was hardly much of a talker.
Okay, I think I can go ahead and post again? Though... admittedly I have no idea how to post for Fanilly.

I'm beginning to think I may have allowed for that scene to turn into a big mess.
I kind of know the desire to play tons of characters. I'd almost consider making a third(perhaps even the police captain) but I think two is probably enough.
Did you? I scrolled all the way to my last post there and didn't see one.
@Raineh Daze: Yes, yes I did.

@AtomicNut: Given the similarity between the three fox-type things I know of, they'd probably be all the same thing, just different countries.

@Rin: I'm not a loli!
That's not really what I mean. ^^; I'm just realizing it'll probably turn into a bigger thing and I'm not really sure how to respond to it IC either.

.... Also I actually don't see a post from you, @chukklehed. ^^;
Um, you were talking about the behavior of one of the Princes, it seemed like a good segue. ^^;
I'm suddenly regretting okaying the fight now.

Mostly because I feel like it's going to eat up actual progress immediately.

... Also has everyone posted in the Princess scene or am I mistaken?
@AtomicNut: On that note...

The other Princes are... well, Satan is ticked off and angry(being around Belphegor helps her calm down though). She's pretty extremely protective of Belphegor, really. Her abilities feature getting so made she lights on fire and being the strongest Prince.
Mammon is extremely greedy, as one might expect, and is the richest Prince. She actually has a soft spot for less fortunate people though, and her own extreme greed was born out of her pre-demon life. Her cane is also a railgun.
Lucifer is... cocky, arrogant, basically everything you'd expect from the Prince of Pride, but she's also prone to depressed states if someone beats her at something. Her ability as a demon is called Starblazer, and it lets her stream ether from her body.
Beelzebub likes food. A lot. A WHOLE lot. Like oh my god she loves food. Her average meals are several times larger then anyone else's.
Asmodeus is, well... what do you really expect from the "Patron Saint of Lust"? She also likes parties and expensive wine, and really, really enjoys seducing anyone she finds attractive.
Leviathan is grumpy and tsundere, and prone to jealousy of anyone else for any reason, though she's especially jealous of those with a more mature figure then her(at the same time she also flaunts her cuteness, however). She can also suck things into an all-consuming void, because Envy is all-consuming and destructive.

And that is how the Princes are really but yeah.

Anyway, hoping to move in the next few days again! Get one group into the apartment complex, and the other questioning the little girl about where to find her kitty.
She lives with Satan, actually, who does make her go outside sometimes.
