Tier Four is known as a Wild West, a practical anarchy where every individual is gauged on his or her own merits, or that of their team. Some rely on technology, others on connections, and yet others on their own strength. But if there is a singular rule you are never to break, it is this: Do not interfere with isolated dimensions and do not make a dimension aware of Existence beyond its own cluster. If you do so, it becomes our problem.

Various individuals may be able to tell you—Second would be able to tell you the most, and would even be capable of converting your structure to that of a Tier Four's without any amount of tribulation, but I cannot request that he do so on a whim. It may also be a disservice, but I lack sufficient data to tell you whether or not it makes a notable difference. If the question is troubling enough to you, if you come across a being named "Techi" in this group, befriend her and request that she bring him. Be warned, it may be an uphill battle. Otherwise, I can perhaps find someone to analyze your condition if it is that concerning to you.

I imagine that you were either lucky enough to enter and generate shielded portals or you traveled internally within a cluster, which does not require shielding. But I am not he who can tell you which is the case.

You will not be able to easily create interdimensional portals without first entering one. There are methods, but they expend great energy. I recommend entering one externally sourced, such as that of an acquaintance once you have steeled yourself. And in that case, you will not have to concern yourself with keeping your portal open while surviving.

The process of becoming a Tier Four is often a very painful one. Some of you may die, whether you are already "dead" or not. It is not physical pain. If that prospect concerns you, you are free to return to your home dimensions.

Ultimately, regardless of your travel method, every Tier Four moves between dimensions. That is all I mean by "portal." Again, is everyone here already a Tier Four?
