Violet said, "I guess that depends on who you ask." She noticed he was starting to doze off and she smiled. "I don't think you are a bad luck charm at all." Violet couldn't believe she was with real people who, weren't the dead come back to snack on her.

"The town out here is pretty much a grocery store and a gas station. We grow our own food for the most part and we have a well and solar panels on the house so we are fairly self sufficient. There are a couple of milk cows here and a large fenced in garden and chickens so although we don't go into town much we still had to every now and then."

"I knew there was something bad wrong as soon as we got to town but Dad had jumped out of the truck too fast. The dead attacked him and started eating him." Violet shivered at the memory and it made her bite her lip with pain. "I moved into the drivers seat and left. I got on the cb and my cell phone and the radio and tv and it was world wide. I've been on my own since then."

Violet cuddled as close into Ethan's arms as she could and pulled the covers up to her neck. It was the first time since her father's death that she didn't have that same recurring nightmare. She slept well and until the morning.

Piper went upstairs to locate some clothing other than a bathrobe and she found some jeans that were a little tight but they fit well enough she figured. She grabbed a t-Shirt and put it on and went back downstairs and looked at Rick. "Okay so assuming you can get that what and where are the two others that we need to take him down? I'll gladly go look for them. Right now I'm just hoping that if he tries to summon me that he won't have a strong pull but I'm also worried that being the same bloodline that he might. That is why I've been wolf lately. The pull is not as strong as it is in human form."

"Ben? Do you have any idea who these Elders are? Are they the new council or something? I've only ever heard of a few that weren't on the council and Nora mentioned Violet once before I got her summons today."

A little while later the doorbell rang and a good looking vampire in an old time suit was standing there. The sun had only been down about twenty minutes. "I'm looking for Violet. She asked me to meet her here." Piper nodded and let him in. Not ten more minutes another 2 appeared. Piper allowed them entry and texted Violet that the house was filling up with vampires.

Violet smiled. "It's a big bed. There is plenty of room." When he climbed in Violet got quiet and asked him, "Ethan? Could you hold me while we sleep?" She knew this was an odd request. "I'm really grateful you figured you would look after me. It's also been really hard since those monsters took my dad from me. I was used to hugs and goodnight kisses on the cheek and it's been so long since I've had the barest of human contact...I think it would just do a lot to make me feel like myself again."

When he snuggled up behind her she sighed happily holding onto his arm. "I have no idea why I am so comfortable with you but I am." She sighed and asked, "So what have you been doing since the world exploded with dead people?"

"Yeah, well I got into it with the leader of their pack and I killed him in a fight so I became the new leader. They are my responsibility now. With any luck they will survive this. What do we do about these magic weapons? How do we find them?" Piper asked. She had heard there were certain weapons but she had no other information.

Piper grabbed her phone and texted Grant. We are all in hiding at Violet's. I am a pack leader now. I miss you. Please be safe. She listened to Ben and Rick after Violet left.

Dabombjk and Shadow Daedalus are not often on at the same time because DAbombjk is at work usually a midshift so... leave them messages sometimes we just wing it and that's how we get people in the collab. It might not be everyone but we get whoever is on.

@Gareth you are one hour behind me. Caits is in Austrailia so she is 15 hours ahead of me 16 for you. Ash is in Romania and he is 6 hours ahead of me. Shadow Daedalus is in England and is 6 hours ahead of me.
We try to start a collaboration and then put the link in the ooc or invite to you when we see you online. Try to come on earlier so the ones who are out of the US can be in there with us too.
