"What?" Kili asked, his eyes slightly wide. He felt a bit of annoyance. Why was it, that his elder brother always met someone first? Kili thought, for a few seconds that he was the first to meet Delva. "How come, you always meet everyone first?" Kili whined "It's not fair." he said with a slight pout. "One day...One day, I'll meet someone first, before you..." he huffed at his brother.

His annoyance, was quickly replaced with a smile. As Fili said it was supposed to be a surprise for him. That made him feel a little bit better, about the situation.

Seeing her arms open for him, Kili moved closer to her. His own arms wrapped around her in a tight, warm hug.

When they finally arrived in Tennessee, Harmony took a brief look around. This seemed like a really nice place to grow up. As the doors opened, and they were all greeted. Harmony smiled softly, as she returned the warm hug to Emeris' mother. "Thank you,it's very nice to meet you both." she said, softly as she smiled at Em's Parents. Her bag was set over her shoulder.

Glancing around, Jason stayed behind Harmony. He was a little taken-a back by the hug. It was clear, he wasn't really expecting it. After returning it, slightly awkwardly.

Harmony smiled, as she saw the dog waddle over, with a bark. "Aww, what a cutie." she smiled. Harmony loved dogs. As small, and plump the Basset Hound was, she found him adorable...she knelled down gently, lightly petting him, scratching behind his ears.

"He likes, his food hey?" Jason said with a chuckle, as he heard Emeris call him fat. The dog was on the chubby side. Smelling the cookies, Harmony giggled as she heard Emeris "Don't be too eager....you'll burn something." she teased him, with a smile. She smiled warmly at his mother "Thank you for letting us stay here, we hope it's not much of an intrusion." she said softly, after his parents seemed to be okay with the fact, they'd be staying for a week.

Both Harmony and Jason were quite, as Emeris spoke with his step father Travis. Jason took a cookie for himself, handing one to Harmony. As Travis seemed to be concerned for Emeris's safety. Harmony looked over at them. "We'll keep an eye on him, I promise." she said with a soft smile. They would need to stick together. They'd protect each other, they had to.Harmony knew, that not one of them could go about it alone...there was three of them. That meant, more heads to figure things out, and watch out for another's backs if something went wrong.

As Jason and Harmony nibbled on their cookie. They saw Em's mother come back downstairs, they nodded with a grateful smile on their faces. "Thank you." they both said softly. The pair of them, decided to turn in for the night as well. It had been a long day. After they said their good-nights, they walked upstairs with Emeris...bags in their hands...so they could settle down in the rooms prepared for them.

Both rooms, were spacious warm and cozy. The main bathroom, was right next to Harmony's guest bedroom...whilst the boys had Em's bathroom, that was attached to the rooms. After the pair of them got ready, for bed. They laid down...snuggled under the covers.

Harmony fell asleep, before 11pm. Jason fell asleep, shortly before after that. Both of them, were quite heavily asleep, by the time Emeris sneaked out of his bedroom window. Or Jason might have heard him, shuffling about in the other room.

The next morning, Jason awoke around 7.30 in the morning. He could smell, the scent of Breakfast calling from downstairs. After he cleaned himself up in the bathroom, that was next door. He got dressed, in fresh clothes. He yawned, stretching out his muscles slightly. As he made his way downstairs, he found that Harmony was already awake. And chatting to Emeris' mom and step-father.

Harmony smiled, as she glanced over her shoulder "Morning, Jas."

"Morning, Harm...Good morning." Jason smiled back at Harmony, before he greeted Emeris' parents.
Kili was always very upbeat. At times, very hyper and excitable. Maybe more so than his elder brother. But that's why most, seemed to like and fall under the charm of his. Her laugh, made him smile. Kili liked making people, smile or laugh. It seemed to make his day.

As her face went serious, he looked slightly worried. As he listened to 'Delva', his concern grew in his eyes. He wasn't a father, so he didn't know what it was like to take care of a child. But he knew, it was not easy. Growing up, his mother at times complained...what a handful he and Fili were, for sneaking off into the woods to explore without permission. His eyes were soft, as she seemed to be ashamed of running. But it seemed like she felt, like she had no other choice but to run.

His hand reached down, placing it on her shoulder softly. Giving it a soft squeeze. "Those gifts and letters, meant a lot to me. Maybe people, just don't always understand someone whom is different...that's why fear seems to be easier, than understanding." Kili said, seemingly deep in thought about it. As he saw her black wings, he looked at them with curiosity. She wasn't like most she-elf's. For one, they didn't have wings like that.

Hearing his brother, he grinned "Over here!" he said, glancing over at Fili whom was making his way over here. "Fil, you'll never guess who is here."he said, wiggling on his spot in excitement. "Oh, wipe that look off your face...I am fine." Kili huffed, seeing his concerned expression "And come and meet Delva." he said with a bright grin on his face...he was almost jumping up and down "You remember, how we always wanted to meet her? Well here...she is." he said with a beaming smile, nodding his head towards Searil whom was on the ground.
Watching her with curiosity. Kili began to wonder, if that curiosity would be sated. He wondered, if there was something she knew...something that he didn't. He himself, sat down upon one of the comfy chairs near the fireplace. He did not suspect, what he was about to learn in the next few moments.

He blinked in surprise, as she mentioned his mother. But the fondness in her eyes, made him smile. It felt motherly, and it warmed his heart. It reminded him, of his mother. He always loved,a mother's smile...so warm, full of love and tenderness. He was quite, as he listened to her patiently. The way she spoke about her mother, it sounded like the pair of them very close indeed. Almost like sisters.

Kili smiled to himself. He and his elder brother, Fili did love to play in the woods as young children. Kili still, to this day, loved the woods. Maybe it was just the sense of adventure, that he liked from that young age. As he got a bit too warm, by the fire place. Kili stood once again, pacing a little bit to stretch his legs. Maybe for a few moments, he felt a little unsettled and anxious to hear the end of the story.

His eyes widened, when he heard her words. "You're family?" he blinked, taking it all in. Her words still swimming around in his head. It took him a few moments to try and absorb what she had just told him. Delva...he remembered Delva very well. She had been someone, Important to him and Fili growing up. Someone whom, he'd grown to love, admire and wished to meet.

He smiled down at Saeril. "You have no idea, how much I always wanted to meet you." He blurted out...As honest as it was. It might have came to shock someone else.

"Fili! You have to hear this!" He called out for his elder brother, in excitement.

this sounds like a cool idea :)
I call dibs on the Water Dragon :)
Bilbo sighed, as he heard Gandalf scold him. Holding his cup of tea, he was sipping on it. He glanced out of the circular window, looking into the night. "I can't, just go running off into the Blue. I am a Baggins...of Bagend." he said looking at the Wizard.

Saeril. Saeril? Why was the name supposed to be familiar? Kili asked himself. He blinked; looking a bit taken a back and surprised. "You...you know me?" he asked. What a stupid question. It seemed, like she knew him somehow. But how?
"I....I feel like I know you...but I am not sure how. I don't recall ever seeing you before..until today." Kili said honestly, Nervously rubbing the back of his neck.
Gandalf sighed, as he tried to calm Bilbo down. It took some time, to explain why they needed Bilbo. And tried to reassure the Dwarfs, that Bilbo seemed fit for a Bulgar. He was a Hobbit, small..he'd go unnoticed.
"I have to agree with Mr Baggins, he doesn't look like a Burglar material." Balin said, as he looked at the Hobbit.
"See...someone agrees. This is crazy." Bilbo said, as he looked at the Wizard.

The room broke into a slight argument. Then all of a sudden, there was a slight shaking and buzzing sound. "If I say Bilbo is a Burglar, then a Burglar he is." Gandalf spoke loudly, looking at everyone. "The dragon may be accustomed to Dwarf scent, but is unaccustomed to a Hobbit's one. It will give us quite the advantage. Hobbits are small, quite creatures...they can go unseen if they wish. I think, dear Bilbo may surprise everyone...including himself." Gandalf said, clearly in support of the idea. That Bilbo was the best person, for the task to retrieve the Arkenstone from Smaug. "You asked me to pick, the last person for this task...and I did. I believe Bilbo, can do it."

Bilbo rose a slight eyebrow, at Gandalf. The Wizard sure seemed confident in him. "Very well, give him the contract." Thorin said.

"Contract?" Bilbo asked, as he saw Balin pulling out a long parchment piece of paper. "Yes, you know...terms and conditions, money and time requirements funeral arrangements, and so forth." The Dwarf said, as the piece of parchment got handed over to the young Hobbit.

"Funeral Arrangements?" Bilbo blinked, taking the piece of parchment. He then began to read over the parchment, mumbling a little to himself, reading out loud to himself.

As much, as Thorin wanted to trust Gandalf on this. He still had his doubts. He leaned over. "I cannot guarantee his safety...nor will I be responsible for his fate."

"...Lasserations....?" Bilbo blinked before he unfolded a bit of paper. "Insenaration...Insenaration?" Bilbo looked at Gandalf and the Dwarfs, shock written over his face.

"Aye..." One of the Dwarf said nodding. "He'll have the flesh of your bones, in the blink of an eye." Bilbo blinked, as he folded the piece of paper again...trembling a little.

"You alright, Laddie?" Balin asked, looking at the Hobbit.

"I think, I feel bit faint." Bilbo said, as he bent down slightly...his hands on his knees.

"Think Furnace, with Wings....Flash of Light, Searing Pain...then poof...you're nothing but a pile of Ash." The other Dwarf said again, seemingly joking about it. But that didn't seem to help Bilbo. He looked bit more paler...not handling his words so well. Before Gandalf could see if Bilbo was alright..the Hobbit fainted.

Kili watched the strange woman, with curiosity. He felt odd around her. Like he knew her somehow. But how could that be? He never remembered seeing her. He would have recognized her, if he knew her. Her surprise, seemed to surprise Kili. "I said Hello.." he repeated...The way she spoke. It was so motherly, so caring. It was strange...only his mother, was ever so gentle and tender in her voice towards him.

"Did Gandalf, recruit you to help us aswell?" Kili asked curiously. He bit his bottom lip slightly. Gandalf didn't mention, someone extra besides the Hobbit coming with them. Or if he did, Kili probably wasn't paying attention.

He didn't seem to be scared of her. Somehow, he felt at ease around her. Like she wouldn't cause him any harm.
