The Jeon Ryok Residence had been very impressive last night, especially with all of the lights shining throughout its campus. Trail lamps on the facility's railings, large hanging lanterns beneath the overhangs of its sloped roof, and the fluorescent light that seeped out of the doors and windows had made for a pretty spectacle that belied the actual purpose of the medical complex. Seeing it in the morning, however, gave Primrose a much better impression of it. The scale was huge, and it really did look like an imperial palace. Even the walls and floors were covered with intricate designs that, while hard to distinguish the night before, kept drawing the dancer's eyes.
As Primrose had no schedule to worry about while in the city, she let herself move slowly enough to enjoy the residence's aesthetic all over again. She wandered just enough to get a general sense of the campus layout before calling Haehyun with the phone magic she'd been taught. Apparently Sakura had gone through the ki-tuning that morning as well after having spent the night in the building, so Haehyun was all warmed up for another application of it. Primrose found her way to the same area that she, Therion, and Sakura had been before to meet up with the woman and was led to a private room.
...a little while later Primrose and Haehyun emerged, the former looking a little frazzled. Rigorous indeed.
After a quick stop into a rest room to make sure she was presentable, Primrose hung around the Jeon Ryok Residence a little longer to see what she could glean of the UN's plans. She had tried to get some information from Haehyun by being clever with her words, but when that hadn't worked she just asked the woman point blank - and still got nothing. Whatever operation they were planning to run that the Power Stone Games the other Seekers were participating in was a distraction for remained a secret. The Seekers of Light still couldn't be completely trusted it seemed, but that was to be expected. For a few of their group, the feeling was mutual.
When she stepped outside Primrose held one arm out, inspecting it while she flexed her hand. Then she channeled her magic, summoning a small flame first before watching it dim and fizzle out, consumed by the shadow of her innate dark element. It was strange - she could tell something was different, but she didn't feel like much had changed. The immunity to disease and disorders was easy to understand, but Haehyun had to explain a little more about the other benefit of the ki-tuning. "Hit Stun" was apparently Esaka slang that the dancer understood to refer to some sort of recovery period during combat. Whether the process had actually made her stronger or not remained to be seen.
"Now where to..." she hummed, looking out into the rest of the High Tier from one of the medical center's walk ways. She'd mentioned to Therion that she might go to spectate the Power Stone Games, but there were other things she could be doing; more useful things, in her opinion.
Of the couple of things she planned to look into, the one she went with would take her to the Pools Tier once more. There was something she had been curious about since she'd started to really get a feel for Esaka and its culture, and now the timing seemed right.
She did not meander as much this time, but her pace was not rushed as she made her way down to the Mid-Tier and then the Pools, stopping only once early along her route. The lift down opened up to permit her into the World Warrior slice of the Pools, and she turned to head clockwise through the area. Though she hadn't planned to linger in this section, after spotting a familiar silhouette seated in full view of a few stages she paused for a moment before altering her course.
"I imagine you'll tell me that I should 'see the other guy' when I ask?" came the dancer's smooth voice from Big Band's right. She approached him casually, with the handle of a wagasa held in one hand. The paper umbrella, red with little pink flowers decorating it, was more than enough to shield her from the morning's light rain.
