It's pretty much fire magic with blue flames. She wanted to go simple with all these crazy magics already being used.

@Zarkun If it's happening before Mayt leaves, then Isabella and Bullet can still fight those twins. I imagine they'll watch the first half of the games. I can even come up with an excuse for the two of them to leave early to set the scene for the fight.
This will happen JUST as the announcement for the day's mini-game is about to be made.
