Tox: You can take a pounding, I'll give you that. You can soak up more damage than anyone I've met. Well, almost anyone. Anyway, you can't soak up damage forever. At some point your body will break. Then you'll be defenseless. You need to learn to fight like every potential nlow could kill you right then and there. Think like 'if this shot hits me, I'm dead. For every single blow.

Tox: I was close personal friends of the parents of the most powerful being in the omniverse. Oh, and I stopped his uncle from destroying it before he was born.
