I feel bad for Euphy way more. During that episode of R1 where Lelouch accidentally used his Geass on her I had to pause the video and let what had happened settle in my mind. Probably spent thirty minutes with the mouse hovering over the play button trying to bring myself to watch the horror that was soon to come.

It's like Akame Ga Kill. Most of the first episode is light hearted and humorous. Puts you in mind of a cool little anime, and then bam!
