Eos is an interesting construct, behaving like a proper and demure lady for most, but revealing her true nature only to the most intimate of her friends. She's an expert musician that's a living guitar legend, and exceptional songstress, but her true heart lies in making other people happy. She's also an expert waitress, having all the refinement and dignity of a pure hearted maiden etched into every frill of her maid-like outfit. Though she can be a bit of a klutz, she's ultimately good natured and innocent, being able to believe even in the most absurd stories if people tell them to her with a straight face.
Her story, however, is a bit more weird than most people (even among the Chasers and Youkai) would like to believe, yet the proof of it's veracity in the very fact that she exists.
To begin with, Eos isn't a living being, but an android (or better, gynoid, since she's female shaped), created by the genius roboticist Dr Marito Yoritomo during his stay as an underdog at YTC's R&D division. Some say that she was created as a "replacement goldfish" to Marito's own daughter, who died from leukemia a few months prior to Eos' completion.
As soon as Eos was finished, Marito found a way to sneak away with her using a teleportation device that he had been working on. Though in retaliation, YTC sent his best man, Edward Harker, to seek and retrieve Eos as well as kill Marito. What happened of this clash isn't known, but the end result of Eos getting separated from her "father" is all the same.
A little time later, she was found in a dumpster, somewhere on the Crimson Sky version of Sonomachi wearing nothing but a few rags and clutching a white guitar with the name Marito Yoritomo engraved at it's body, like her life depended on it.

Eos first and foremost power is the fact that she's a heavily shielded robot, thus she doesn't need to eat, sleep, breath, never gets tired and can withstand anything less than a tank shell without a scratch, as well as being impervious to all kinds of ECM and ECCM up to and including EMP's from a nuclear device detonation (but not the effects of the explosion). Though, this also means that she weights an unholy lot, thought her true weight is a secret that only she knows.
Eos' other powers are derived from the fact that she's essentially a walking nuclear fusion reactor, her core being much akin to the Sun's own, which means that any breach of its shielding would flood the nearby area in ridiculously large amounts of radiation and burn it with a few million degrees hot plasma. Thankfully, this feat is next to impossible to do, since the core was projected specifically to be almost indestructible.
She can summon a number of laser shooting drones that are stored in a dimensional pocket where they are constantly repaired and rebuilt using the surplus matter generated by her core, the normal amount of drones she has is 2, but she can summon up to 12 under stressful circumstances. Also, Eos has been working on other ways to use her powers, like producing a laser blade connected to her arm inorder to engage in short range combat and many other tricks involving light manipulation.

Background
Reiko was born as one of the last descendants of the Asamiya clan, an old lineage of Chasers dating back to the Sengoku period, at the very least, though, for some reason only the women of the clan have powers. She has always been considered a genius and from the moment of her birth was burdened with the fate of the Asamiya bloodline, while her younger sister, Tsubaki, got to enjoy a much more forgiving childhood. Nevertheless, Reiko always stood proud and accepted her fate, mostly to spare Tsubaki of it.
Things got a bit more complicated after their parents death, during a Youkai hunt a couple years ago, since the sisters had to move in to their grandmother's. The elderly woman isn't a bad person, but she's too strict and her relationship with Reiko degenerated fast and once she tried to force Reiko in an arranged marriage, the young woman simply got fed up and left home. She never told Tsubaki about her reasons for leaving, which caused their bond to become strained, which Reiko griefs every now and then.
The last event worth of note on Reiko's history happened a year ago, when she met a young man who was majoring in Mathematics at the same college as she was taking her Philosophy course. Despite all the common sense, Reiko fell in love with him and, after much thinking, revealed the truth about her to the him, only to have he be assassinated by a group of conservative Chasers, who wanted to up hold the masquerade, not very long after.
Now, convinced that she has no place to call home, or anywhere se really belongs to, Reiko transferred in to the Sonomachi City University and decided to try to begin her life anew, away from the scars of her past, though only time will tell if they are going to heal, or bleed until she dies.

Reiko's clan power is the ability to generate what's known as a "Spirit Maze", a barrier of variable size. Targets inside this maze with no walls, get their mind and spiritual power ruined over time and can die if they don't find a way out of it before they are completely spent.
The effect of the barrier manifests itself as translucent red butterflies that flock around the targets and give them illusion based on their own memories of traumatic or hurtful events, as well as vision of their loved ones and such things as the barrier slowly erodes their coherent thinking. The more butterflies one sees, the more closer to depletion they are.
Reiko can chose what targets to affect, though she must be aware of them, as anyone inside of the barrier's boundary is subject to its effect no matter of things like line of sight or Reiko's awareness of them. The barrier is stationary upon its creation, though Reiko can simply dismiss it and do a new one whenever she wishes to. Upon it's creation the "Spirit Maze's" maximum size is of about 8 meters, but it grows slowly, until it reaches the maximum possible diameter of about 250 meters in five minutes after its creation. No matter how much of a genius Reiko might be, she can only have one "Spirit Maze" active at a time, trying to create another will always erase the first and reset its size.
Lastly, the barrier's boundary is permeable from both sides, meaning that one can enter and leave it rather easily, though, the illusions and inherent disorientation from having their mind eaten away, tends make sure that the targets don't leave until Reiko wills so.

Personality:
Shiina is a person who seeks to resolve all problems without the use of needless violence; it’s time consuming, and frankly it’s sloppy as well. That being said, she unfortunately must resort to such things a good fair amount of the time with her gig as a Chaser. In which case, Shiina will fully commit herself to battle.
Calm, level-headed, and sometimes appearing stoic, Shiina can appear to act robotically most of the time but it’s only because age has taught her well to act only when needed; she does genuinely care about the people around her. She may act aloof, but trust us, she means well. It’s all part of her front to be as elegant as possible. Probably has something to do with the fact that she works at the local cosplay café and is a favorite among the customers.
In fact, the only time she will ever lose her cool is if one insults her fashion sense. Considering that she pretty much wears the same thing every day, it’s best to avoid such mistakes. If it does occur, Shiina dons off all regard or value for the instigator until they are properly put in their place.
Skills and Powers:
-Blade Summoning: Shiina carries around a plethora of knives…in fact, so many that one has to question just where she stores them all. She in fact has the power to summon her bladed friends upon thought alone, ensuring that she has a nigh-unlimited amount of weapons at her disposal, all of them knives. She can use such tools as deadly projectiles or close quarter weapons.
-Bloodlust: Shiina’s entire demeanor will change when in battle, especially if her fashion pride is at risk. When in combat, her eyes become the color of blood and her speed is said to be twice as fast as before; so fast in fact, that spectators can see the streaks of light created by the arc of her knives. Because of her powers and speed, she likes to think of herself as a ninja of sorts.
-Vampiric Abilities: Aside from that, she possesses the general abilities exhibited by vampires such as strength and agility as well as an unnatural prowess with the night. She can’t turn into bats though. Seriously, that stuff only happens in the movies. As a plus side, she’s able to retain her need for blood consumption due to age and experience. Thus, she can go a full week without drinking another’s blood and even then it’s usually stale leftovers she collects from animals or crime scenes.
Bio:
An enigmatic girl that usually keeps to herself but can be found regularly at the Dangeki Cosplay Café Club. Unfortunately, her cool and often sophisticated nature has made her quite the customer favorite at the café much to her chagrin. She doesn’t mind too much though and it’s a steady paying job at the least. It probably helps that she’s the only female worker there that wears a suit, making her a fan to both the guys and ladies alike.
Of course, when night arrives the elegant Shiina Gamai reveals her true self. When darkness falls, she embraces her job as a Chaser. Little does anyone know that Shiina is a Youkai, specifically a vampire, who left the world of the Crimson Sky to find new purpose in the human realm. And so she becomes a defender of justice.
Equipment:
There’s nothing stopping people from recognizing that their city’s silent protector is in fact that super cool chick at the cosplay café. Because of that, Shiina disguises herself with the use of a red scarf, taking on her ninja-like persona. Also…people have Clark Kent syndrome these days.
Other:
She’s pretty satisfied with her life at this point, though she sometimes wishes she had a vampiric master or mistress to serve. Either she’s really bored or the cosplay gig is messing with her brain. The world may never know.
Furthermore, Shiina is an apparently skilled and exceptional maid thanks to her job. Thus, she is highly trained in the art of…well, doing maid things. That includes washing the dishes, fixing dinner, cleaning the house, folding laundry, knifing idiots…the usual stuff.

Shiina is a person who seeks to resolve all problems without the use of needless violence; it’s time consuming, and frankly it’s sloppy as well. That being said, she unfortunately must resort to such things a good fair amount of the time with her gig as a Chaser. In which case, Shiina will fully commit herself to battle.
Calm, level-headed, and sometimes appearing stoic, Shiina can appear to act robotically most of the time but it’s only because age has taught her well to act only when needed; she does genuinely care about the people around her. She may act aloof, but trust us, she means well. It’s all part of her front to be as elegant as possible. Probably has something to do with the fact that she works at the local cosplay café and is a favorite among the customers.
In fact, the only time she will ever lose her cool is if one insults her fashion sense. Considering that she pretty much wears the same thing every day, it’s best to avoid such mistakes. If it does occur, Shiina dons off all regard or value for the instigator until they are properly put in their place.
Skills and Powers:
-Blade Summoning: Shiina carries around a plethora of knives…in fact, so many that one has to question just where she stores them all. She in fact has the power to summon her bladed friends upon thought alone, ensuring that she has a nigh-unlimited amount of weapons at her disposal, all of them knives. She can use such tools as deadly projectiles or close quarter weapons.
-Bloodlust: Shiina’s entire demeanor will change when in battle, especially if her fashion pride is at risk. When in combat, her eyes become the color of blood and her speed is said to be twice as fast as before; so fast in fact, that spectators can see the streaks of light created by the arc of her knives. Because of her powers and speed, she likes to think of herself as a ninja of sorts.
-Vampiric Abilities: Aside from that, she possesses the general abilities exhibited by vampires such as strength and agility as well as an unnatural prowess with the night. She can’t turn into bats though. Seriously, that stuff only happens in the movies. As a plus side, she’s able to retain her need for blood consumption due to age and experience. Thus, she can go a full week without drinking another’s blood and even then it’s usually stale leftovers she collects from animals or crime scenes.
Bio:
An enigmatic girl that usually keeps to herself but can be found regularly at the Dangeki Cosplay Café Club. Unfortunately, her cool and often sophisticated nature has made her quite the customer favorite at the café much to her chagrin. She doesn’t mind too much though and it’s a steady paying job at the least. It probably helps that she’s the only female worker there that wears a suit, making her a fan to both the guys and ladies alike.
Of course, when night arrives the elegant Shiina Gamai reveals her true self. When darkness falls, she embraces her job as a Chaser. Little does anyone know that Shiina is a Youkai, specifically a vampire, who left the world of the Crimson Sky to find new purpose in the human realm. And so she becomes a defender of justice.

There’s nothing stopping people from recognizing that their city’s silent protector is in fact that super cool chick at the cosplay café. Because of that, Shiina disguises herself with the use of a red scarf, taking on her ninja-like persona. Also…people have Clark Kent syndrome these days.

She’s pretty satisfied with her life at this point, though she sometimes wishes she had a vampiric master or mistress to serve. Either she’s really bored or the cosplay gig is messing with her brain. The world may never know.

Yuu is completely honest and straightforward, and is not hesitant to say things that are on her mind or need to be said. She does not downplay with her words and says what she feels needs to be said when confronted. However she does tease her words up now and then and sometimes mentions childish thoughts with a serious face, or the other way around. A world bathed within crimson light, a pool of of thick blood and youkai bodies piled high with a Women sitting ontop of them like a conquering queen, her unique eyes that matched the girls own staring down at the small child with a look of disinterest, or was it worry? - Oni's Body: Oni's are famed for their sheer power, the phase 'Oni with an iron club' even meaning to be invincible or undefeatable. Though exaggerated a little, Yuudai dose process greatly enhanced physical abilities, but none stand out more so than her insane toughness and strength that are legenery to her race, being able to take and live through punishment that would kill any normal human a hundred times over. Her body also heals faster, but only cutting down months of intensive care into a mare week or days depending on aid. She is also able to enter a more primal form where her body's capabilities are enhanced further. She can control how muhc of this she enters but going all the way she gains demonic horns and steel like claws and fangs that can shred through metal, even her hair gains a glowing aura akin to flames. She has been told to restrict use of this form because this state makes her even more unstable than her already battle hungry personality.
- Danbochi *inactive*: Yuudai has a uniqueness about her that range from her eyes to her more than human like appearance, even when she has transformed, but the noticeable thing is the power within. Another soul resides within her, one that has been named after the famed Japanese giant youkai. Though it is unknown what this holds, it has been kept in check thanks to Reiko's observations. A strange side affect to this though is the natural draw she gives off to other youkai or those that have been effected by the Crimson Sky.
- Orthodox Magecraft: Having become both family and pupil to Asamiya Reiko, Yuudai has become versed in most forms of traditional magecraft. However her ablity with such things is no where near Reko's level yet she does intend to learn more. Her expertise lies within object alteration, being able to transform anything into a weapon and strengthen it to her needs from a humble rolled up paper to a stop sign. Secondly she is rather adapt at opening portals and rituals, which is suspected to be attached to her being from the other world. She is not very good at potions, but is still trying hard.

The people who's interest were captured were from a secretive branch of the military he worked for, who's propose was technology and weapons development, they went to John with an opportunity, one he found hard to refuse, they offered him the ability to be able to become stronger, faster, better, more capable to protect others, to transform him into a great warrior. John couldn't find it in himself to refuse the offer and went along with them, and they did as they promised, multiple procedures, tests, failures and triumphs later and they had turned him into a living weapon in a manner of speaking, John learned how to use the gifts given to him, and in doing so increased his abilities far more than he ever could have imagined, it was almost too good to be true.
And that's because it was, none of John's memories were real, they were all fabricated, his mother, his friends, his neighbors, all implanted into his mind, by his creator. John was created by a scientist by the name of Joyce who worked for the Yotsuba Technology Corporation (YTC), her intentions with her creation was to help lead humanity into a new era, but the people who she worked for, who funded her project had other plans. They made Joyce agree to turn her creation into a weapon they could use for their personal gain, she wanted to refuse, but they threatened to destroy all her work, and she couldn't accept that, not when she was so close to finishing, so she reluctantly did what they wanted her to.
During Her work Joyce secretly altered John's memories, that way her work to make a force for good wouldn't corrupted and used for others dark personal gain. Upon the fated day to field test her creation John was put against the best the YTC had to offer at their disposal while Joyce and her boss watched from an observation deck, and the results were eye opening, John was a one man army as he effortlessly took down the opposition, to the surprise of Joyce's boss after the last YTC unit fell, John turned his sights towards Joyce's boss with a glare that could melt mountains. What happened next was almost too much for Joyce's boss to believe, John made a beeline toward the observation deck, smashed through the blast resistant window, grabbed Joyce and kicked down the door leaving the observation deck, a red alert was sounded throughout the YTC facility.
As the remaining YTC units searched for the escapists, John and Joyce returned to the lab John was created in, Joyce set all the systems in the lab to overload and meltdown after deleting all her research from the computers, she was making sure that the YTC would never be able to create their own super soldiers like John. After that Joyce and John left before her laboratory went up in flames, fleeing into the night and going into hiding, Joyce set herself up a hidden lab and made herself at home somewhere in the city, out of the YTC's sight, while John did what he was made for, protecting and defending those who can't do so themselves.

Microscopic biomechanical nanobots that reside inside John's blood heal/repair him if he's ever injured, regardless of the type of injury, but each type of injury takes different amounts of time to heal/repair, from small cuts, to severed limbs, any blood lost would be replaced by the nanobots making more blood, and the blood that was lost would disintegrate in seconds after leaving the body, leaving nothing behind thanks to the nanobots protocol to keep John's genetic information and the nanobots themselves from being recovered. A side effect from having the nanobots inside his blood has turned it from crimson red to a light neon cyan color, in turn it changed his eye's to the same color as well, and all of his internal organs and muscle tissues are different shades of blue.

John is more or less an expert in close quarters combat, hand to hand combat with mixed martial arts, and ranged combat with a multitude of weapons with programed military training. He's good at improvising in dire circumstances and has a tactical mind that's able to think clearly in intense situations, and he has an exceptionally strong resolve.

John's Combat Armor extends to cover his body and retracts to form a flat smooth metal "back pack" on his back (sort of like Ironman's armor) which also works as a back pack for his weapons that get stored in it, the armor is fused to his body and connected to the top part of his spine. The armor is made of a mix of all the strongest metals known to man and a rare metal that came from space in the form of meteors, normally adding all these metals together would weaken the bond and make it brittle, but thanks to the rare metal the bond is strong, and makes John's armor the strongest known to man so the mixture was named Duratainiom (pronounced "Dura-tanium"). To allow easy movement the "soft" parts of John's armor are made up of several layers of interlaced nanofibers made of Duratainiom which allows him to move freely while having nearly the same protection that the heavy Duratainiom plates covering his body give him.
Under his armor and nanofiber suit is a gel layer that regulates temperature and can re-actively change its density to absorb impacts and inside the gel is biomechanical nanobots that stay on standby in case there's a breach in the armor, if ever the armor is breached the nanobots work continuously to repair the damage until it's completely sealed up which could take from minutes to hours. His armor has mechanized joints that are linked to his mind through his nervous system so that way it acts like a second skin which takes the weight of the armor off his shoulders and provides a slight boost to John's strength and speed. The armor has a locking feature so if John was to lift something in the armor that was too heavy for him to hold up the mechanized joints will lock so he doesn't buckle under the weight, the locking feature can be activated on will or on instinct. The armor is also equipped with a recharging energy shield that can withstand the full force of being hit directly by a tank shell before depleting, if the shield is depleted it'll take a few seconds to begin recharging and a little more to recharge fully.

Weapons:
Each weapon John has is linked to his H.U.D which displays the condition on his weapons, whether the safety if on or off, and how much ammo is left in the weapon before he needs to reload it. If ever John's weapon was to be knocked from his grasp the weapons link to his H.U.D would highlight the weapons location.

T.H.C (Tactical Hand Cannon)

The T.C.K is a multi-purpose combat knife with a blade 20 centimetres (7.9 in) long, made of high carbon steel, and has an anti-flash non-reflective titanium carbide coating, edge coated for corrosion and rust resistance, and it's weighted for throwing.
U.S.B (Ultra Sharp Blade)
(The blade itself is 42" long, the handle is 12" long making the sword from tip to pommel 54" or 4.5ft long)
The U.S.B is a highly advanced sword made of Duratainiom and is reinforced by a powerful alternating current which can be seen as faint silver arcs of electricity running along the blade that resonates at extremely high frequencies, this oscillation weakens the molecular bonds of anything the blade cuts, thereby drastically increasing the blades cutting ability thus giving the sword it's name, this sword can be used double handed or single handed. Another thing to note about John's U.S.B is that it has it's own sheath with a magnetic ID lock that only unlocks when John goes to equip the U.S.B, the sheath is connected to a belt John wears which appears on his left hip, the sheath is specially made to connect with John's armor so when John's armor activates it takes it's place on his left hip, after the blade is drawn from the sheath the armor moves the sheath to John's back so it doesn't get in the way when John is in battle.

The U.S.B is a highly advanced sword made of Duratainiom and is reinforced by a powerful alternating current which can be seen as faint silver arcs of electricity running along the blade that resonates at extremely high frequencies, this oscillation weakens the molecular bonds of anything the blade cuts, thereby drastically increasing the blades cutting ability thus giving the sword it's name, this sword can be used double handed or single handed. Another thing to note about John's U.S.B is that it has it's own sheath with a magnetic ID lock that only unlocks when John goes to equip the U.S.B, the sheath is connected to a belt John wears which appears on his left hip, the sheath is specially made to connect with John's armor so when John's armor activates it takes it's place on his left hip, after the blade is drawn from the sheath the armor moves the sheath to John's back so it doesn't get in the way when John is in battle.

While her outfits tend to change often due to the nature of her abilities, she prefers to wear things that cover up her skin. Long sleeves, long pants, as well as scarves and hoods. Personality: Cinwi doesn’t tend to make good impressions. At face-value, she’s a foul-mouthed angwy wittle dwagon, with a highly gullible nature and a penchant for acting without thinking, especially if that acting involves getting her claws on someone. Inherently distrustful and even antagonizing towards humans, Cinwi isn’t too happy to be teamed up with those she once had hunted. That being said, Cinwi is still young, and it doesn’t take the keenest eye to spot a coping mechanism.
Background: Cinwi’s father was not a good person, in fact he was quite the opposite. Wreaking havoc upon human and Youkai alike was his passion, and he did so with vigor few others could match. Cinwi’s birth was unintentional, –and he never shied from reminding her of that– however he saw little use in offing the child. Instead he stole her away, raising her to be vicious and cruel, and for a while it seemed as though she would take after her father.
Unfortunately it was all a mere façade. Cinwi did commit a fair number of atrocities under her father’s orders, but where he seemed to beam with pride at the acts, the anger and rage left her feeling guilty. All it took was the suggestion to her father that she follow a different path in life, and he was quick to disown her. Of course then he promptly attempted to kill her, sending her fleeing far from her home.
With her newfound freedom, Cinwi all but ran to the opposite side of her raised-moral spectrum and joined the Chasers. Upon seeing the volume of humans in the organization she was a tad regretful, but it was a step in the right direction, so she’d bear it. Besides, deep down she knew she had no room to complain, in fact she knew it was only a matter of time until someone figured out who she was and what she’d done. That was a bridge she’d cross when she came to it.

What she has is her natural strength, which while unrefined and nothing outlandishly notable is still not to be underestimated.
Stage 2– Enhanced Form: Accessible through intense concentration (A feat in and of itself for the girl), in this stage Cinwi’s salmon skin darkens and the scaled patches emit fine smoke lines. Whilst in this stage, Cinwi can breathe fire in powerful bursts, but not in steady streams. Her inherent strength is enhanced as well in this form.
Stage 3– Final Form: While not yet accessible, in the last stage Cinwi’s form shifts to that of a proper dragon. Around the size of a standard SUV, her draconic form is stronger and more ferocious, most notably allowing her to exhale high-velocity, high-pressure streams of fire. Her body as well is able to withstand more punishment, however despite being more resilient, damage sustained in this form carries over to her weaker states once the transformation breaks. Cinwi is unable to maintain this stage for more than a few minutes at a time, and over-exertion leads to a loss of transformation. Due to the repercussions of this form, Cinwi will generally flee before a confrontation gets this far, as her chances of survival dwindle with each passing second.

One of the youngest chasers, Tsuyoshi is a tenacious and cheery young boy who is incredibly friendly. He literally embodies the mindset of never give up because he actually never gives up, especially in a fight. Tsuyoshi helps any Chaser in need no matter who they are. He can sometimes be labelled stubborn or reckless at times, which is what it looks like on the outside. However, Tsuyoshi is truly determined to win any fight, overcome any challenge and defeat any opponent till he physically can't go on.
Background
Tsuyoshi didn't really live a very interesting life before he was a Chaser. In fact, his one true hobby was fighting. He didn't get himself into fights per se, he got his friends out of fights. However, that usually resulted in him fighting instead. He picked up a lot of tricks and stuff but he was still bored of nothing to actually do. Nothing interested him. However, when he first entered the world of the Crimson Skies, he wanted to explore every aspect of this new supernatural world. However, when he discovered that there were other people that could access this world, he wanted to help them too, and became a defender. He usually shows up at the right moment where he can intervene in a fight and take the place of another Chaser that needs help. That's pretty much all he does in the Crimson Skies, and he's gonna keep it that way.
Powers
During his time in the Crimson Skies, Tsuyoshi has developed two powers. One is pyrokinesis, the abilty to conjure and control fire. He can do things such as creating fireballs, encasing his fists in fire, etc. However, is Tsuyoshi is ever pushed over the edge, usually if he's uncontrollably angry, he can enter a "Super Nova" mode. It multiplies his powers tenfold for a brief limited amount of time. On the over hand, he has to battle the "inner fire" which, if it takes over, can completely destroy his humanity and leave him as a wrecked soul, continuously seeking destruction and chaos. Tsuyoshi must be careful, as he has only ever experienced this once.
His other power is the unique ability to recover quicker than others. He can take more damage than most Chasers and recover from injuries at a rapid pace. This doesn't go as far as growing back a limb or something ridiculous, just enough to let him stay in the fight the longest. He'll still feel every bit of pain nonetheless.

Tsuyoshi can make weapons out of mostly anything (mostly melee), earning him the title of "Boy Tinkerer". This skill is especially useful when he needs something quick and effective in a fight, and Tsuyoshi enjoys sharing his creations with the other Chasers, giving them his weapons when needed. Tsuyoshi also possesses minor free-running skills. (Think Mirror's Edge type of free-running. Moves that helps him traverse terrain easier, not fancy or stupid stuff).
Tsuyoshi is also a fighter. More of a brawler as he doesn't actually know any martial arts. However, that doesn't mean he wouldn't want to learn. Despite this, Tsuyoshi displays skill when fighting, even though it lacks finesse or delicacy. Hey... as long as he wins, he doesn't care.

Rui-Ling didn’t take immortality and eternal youth too well. For one, it killed his chances of getting it on with his high school crush, and two, all his personal identification was useless now, as even the most blockheaded police man would understand that a 17 year old who had a 50 year old passport probably was using a fake one. Needless to say, Rui-Ling is someone who’s far from happy. He’s bitter, cynical, and provocative, a person who goes out of his way to anger humans, who don’t understand the curse of immortality, and youkai, who don’t understand the joys of mortality. Nevertheless, being a miserable immortal doesn’t really make one’s life fun at all, and so, Rui-Ling is also generally rather depressed.
He’s a big-mouthed pessimist who has, over the years, seen a lot of shit and obtained a lot of experience. Rui-Ling laughs at the ideals and desires of others, but simultaneously wants to support them. As he’ll probably outlive his own children, if he’s even capable of having them the first place, he sees his path in life as that of a mentor, to make sure that the newbie Chasers don’t do stupid things that would either kill them or make them into the same type of monster that he is.
Of course, most Chasers just see a pissy, edgy kid who looks down on people.

A long time ago, Rui-Ling was an exchange student in Ireland, learning Irish-accented English and making friends with Europeans. His parents were globe-trotting members of Doctors Without Borders, and wanted to instill a sense of worldliness into their son early on in life. And yes, Rui-Ling did attain that. But he got that by accidentally slipping into the world of the Crimson Sky, almost dying while being chased by some sort of monster, before falling into a hole and breaking his arm in three separate places.
Essentially, it hurt like a bitch, and he promptly fell unconscious, right as the wolf-monster found him, its tongue lolling on the side of its canine mouth.
When he came to, he found himself on a small island. The grass was lush and green, while the ocean lapped at its beaches gently. The cold wind smelled of salt and brine, calming his mind. Rui-Ling was able to convince himself that he was perfectly fine, and that the Crimson Sky had just been a dream.
And then, he realized that his left arm was missing, and that a cloaked individual was standing before him. The stranger towered over him, and a silver arm reached out from the shadows of the cloak, piercing his chest and grabbing his heart. Silver was pumped into his veins, countless metallic threads jutting out of the torn seams of his shoulder. They wove together to form an arm, and with that, the figure was gone.
Rui-Ling fell back into darkness.
When he awoke a second time, what laid before him was the werewolf, dead from internal injuries. The blood that bled from the wounds on his body were of silver, and, as he watched, they sealed up before his eyes. It was clear to him that now, he wasn’t really human.
Rui-Ling worked alone when he went out in the Crimson Sky. He lived his normal, human life for as long as possible, graduating from high school and starting two years of a degree in biology, before deciding that his parents would realize that his appearance never changed, and faking his death. From there on, he attended his own funeral, before moving to another country by swimming from one shore to another. With a perfect immortality and boundless vigor, even border patrols couldn’t stop him, and eventually, Rui-Ling made it to Mongolia, where he spent most of the rest of his life.
After a few decades working as a monster-buster there, he realized that he wasn’t making as much money as he wanted, and took to walking to China, before swimming to Japan and, after a few misadventures, eventually settling in Sonomachi.

Airgetlam, Silver Arm of the King of Gods – The silver left arm of Rui-Ling, Airgetlam could be considered a spiritual weapon, capable of piercing through both the physical and the magical. It can touch the very soul of a being, and, in the same vein, has the ability to tear or beat them out. However, this intangibility only lasts up until his left shoulder, and, outside of being an indestructible, intangible soul-stealing arm…that’s it.
A certain amount of physical force is required in order to dislodge a soul from its body, but after that happens, the body is put into a comatose state that can’t reverted until the soul is put back into the body. In a way, one can almost think of Airgetlam as the strongest non-lethal weapon in existence, capable of stopping any spiritual being without harming their physical vessel.
Claimoh Solais, The Soul’s Piercing Light – The ‘power’ that resides in Rui-Ling’s right hand, Claimoh Solais isn’t actually an artifact. Instead, it’s just a spell that Rui-Ling created and named after the Sword of Light because it worked well, thematically. Utilizing Airgetlam’s soul-taking abilities, Claimoh Solais is a spell that uses those souls as ammunition, creating powerful beam blasts that are rather effective against any physical or magical obstacle. Despite this, however, Claimoh Solais is a spell that is largely ineffective against living beings, making it an offensive spell used more for removing obstacles while Rui-Ling is running towards someone with the intention of punching out their soul.
Originally, it was meant solely as a way of destroying souls, because some people deserve to die for real.
The Legacy of the Tuatha De Dannan – As a vessel of a dormant god, Rui-Ling is, essentially, an immortal with eternal youth and vigor. He doesn’t need to sleep or eat, and he can push past the boundaries of ordinary humans, performing superhuman feats. However, this immortality of his is a big pain in the ass, in that, unless he dies, it doesn’t really reveal itself at all. Rui-Ling, once he sustains injuries, can only heal if he kills himself or falls asleep. A broken bone, for example, would not heal until he stabs himself in the throat and his whole body resets itself.
Essentially, it’s a real pain in the ass whenever he fights a merciful, gentle opponent, because then there’s no way he can properly take advantage of his immortality without having to kill himself. At least he's used to the pain now?

History

The second Eiko and the children were deployed into combat with older troops, the enemy couldn't fight back and they won the battle they were in, but it soon turned sour when a drone took the battle into it's own hands and fired on the entire squad killing nearly everyone with a machine gun and small rocket.
The explosion knocked Eiko out and when she came too she was covered in the blood of her allies and under one of the older soldiers, she managed to get herself from under the heavy soldier, waking up covered in the blood of the people she called her friends almost traumatized her but she knew that she couldn't let their deaths get to her, she held her emotions in not wanting to cry anymore nor feel scared.
When Eiko pulled tended to her injuries she then managed to do what the other soldiers couldn't she found out where the enemy soldiers' main base was, little Eiko waited for nightfall and when she approached the base a sandstorm rolled in and she slaughtered all of the enemy soldiers before the sand cloud left the area and took out the enemy soldier's commander and leader when they noticed all of their soldiers were killed.
When the war ended, Eiko was a hardened warrior, a teenager, and use to fighting in battles across the world, she tried to go home, but she wasn't welcomed home like she'd thought she would be, her mother moved from their home and Eiko couldn't find her mother. The stoic girl went to the empty home squatting there and tried to go to school like a normal person but some part of her knew that she couldn't be like the girls in her school worrying about extra homework or getting a test, her body ached for a fight, to fire a gun, to spill blood like she did before.
But then she got lucky and someone came to help her with her problem, her father that stayed out of her life found her squatting her mother's house during the winter with a big coat on, Eiko's father was a mercenary that traveled around like a nomad fighting in battles across the globe, he took Eiko from the cold home gave her a warm meal, then took her under his wing, he taught her how to fight someone with only a knife, and how to properly fire a rifle, after teaching her a couple skills he took Eiko out on a number of missions.
It was easy to say that the missions that the two went on were successful and Eiko's aching disappeared as if she was cured of a virus that was effecting her, but then the two both gotten a job that seemed a little too good, Eiko didn't like the offer but they both needed the money that they were being offered. Like she thought the job didn't go well as planned, it ended in a horrible failure, it sent knocked Eiko into a heavy coma and took off two of her limbs and she awoken in a couple months.
Her father on the other hand was in a deeper coma with shrapnel sticking out of his body from almost every point of his body, but still alive, Eiko had her limbs replaced with Bionics to move around and operate like normal person, it took her a while to get back to how she use to be. But she was soon able to get back into the field with the robotic limbs and fought almost better than how she use to, when she gotten a message about her father waking up, a pale blood moon filled the sky and she was attacked by a large monster.
Eiko fought against the monster putting almost all of her ammunition into the creature and when it fell at Eiko's feet, the sky changed back to a normal color, and the pale blood moon changed back to it's usual white color. When everything went back to normal Eiko noticed that she wasn't in the Japan that she knew, well she was in Japan still, but the year was different and she didn't know anyone.
Eiko was soon found by the chasers when she stopped another monster from mauling a number of people, ever since they found her Eiko used her skills to battle against the monsters that she faced from time to time along side her cohorts, wondering if she will be able to return home through the Crimson sky or if she was thrown back in time really.

Background
Born in the deepest depths of the sea where no light could reach. Tomori was born from a great magical presence that had shapen life for the water elemental. Her water body was made from the compression of a huge amount of water that could easily fill an entire lake. Together with the magic power of the presence, she was born on this planet.
The first 10 years were spent in the depths of the deep blue sea. She came to an understanding of what she was and the sea she was living in. However living this long in one place was beginning to get very boring very quickly. Living with the fish wasn’t the most interesting thing that there was to do. Tomori for a change went to explore what was above her for once and quickly came to a conclusion. There were a vast majority of other creatures like sharks and whales and orca’s but not only that, it felt lighter. The light hurted her sensitive eyes and the lack of pressure made her body malfunction. Finally she hit the above world. The world with air and sunlight. She was startled by the sudden lack of H2o but it didn’t seem to make any difference to her body, It all felt very normal. Like this body was made for it. For the first time she also felt air and warmth and it all felt very normal and nice. She wanted to explore more but knew she would abandon her former home in the depths. Yet she didn’t care and only wanted more and more.
After several days out in the open Tomori had hit land and felt fascinated and thrilled to see what land was and how it acted. But there was a minor problem for the water girl. Once she was on the beach something strange was happening. She couldn’t move forwards nor backwards. It felt like she was stuck and she couldn’t move for several hours until she had a moment of breakthrough. She could control the water from the sea and take a large portion of it to let her body move over the land. It wasn’t much faster than everyday movement speed but it did well. She explored the lands and everything else and also came to know even more about herself.
Not much later she had come to knowledge of all new kinds of material and explored the cities discovering even more. There was a new sense she hadn’t used much before. Noise it sounded from everywhere, from the cars and people around her. Yet she found the city it didn’t take long for the people inside of it to want her out of their living place. The chasers soon went after her and fiercely started attacking without remorse. Tomori wasn’t good in combat or anything but didn’t want to get the pain she got from the people attacking her. She was driven back and fled through the city into the sewers.
Later Tomori was found again later. She had been living in the sewers for some time still curious on what was happening outside and around her. She had been learning new tricks and became faster and smarter. Tomori was found while she was trying to convert her own body into one of the creatures from above. Her body was half water elemental and half human. It was an ugly sight to see but the people that found her didn’t harm her any longer seeing how hard she tried. They chasers took her in and learned her all kinds of stuff. Her human form became proper and she learned how to use her body on land more efficiently. She also learned speaking and all sort of proper things.

Nearly a year ago, a girl without memories woke up in a pool of blood that didn't belong to her, confused and afraid, with a stalwart guardian made of interlocking plates of metal standing over her. She had no name, no age, no background, and no idea when or where she was. All she had to go on was the tags on her that stated MIA and the pinging notifications of danger that echoed around her head. But even through all of that, the pit of her stomach told her that she needed to hunt the things that had hurt her. The beasts that lurked in the shadows had done this.

Primary amoungst these are the blades mounted in each of the Rook's forearms, created from a heat resistant alloy and reinforced with magic. In combat, they act as the heat sink for whatever reactor lurks deep within the monstrous guardian, making the combination of the herculean strength of the Rook and the devastating heat of its blades to be downright nasty.

Meticulous, methodical, and pragmatic. Kazuki is very level-headed, being a master of self-control and restraint. He radiates confidence and assertiveness, but is not overly so in either department. Though he won't miss any shot he has to be witty or sarcastic, for the most part he is straight-faced and calculating. He can and will relate most everything to mathematics or biology, though usually only does if it is actually relevant. Goal-oriented and as such seems heartless at times, but Kazuki makes up for this by treating most everyone with respect. At least until they disrespect him. While he may not be the most sociable or likable fellow around, he is certainly one of the most reliable and dependable.
Background

He was quickly recognized as an intelligent being even in his infancy, but it wasn't until he entered public schooling was it realized the extent of how smart he was. His teachers heralded him as a genius and he was transferred to a private school. It was at the age of eleven, when he was serving his final year of secondary school, that Kazuki discovered he had supernatural abilities.
This came in the form of an experiment gone wrong. When he was building a small-time generator for a school project he accidentally activated the generator without providing fuel and without properly constructing it. The result should've been his own electrocution, but not only did he somehow turn it on but the unrestricted arcs of electricity did nothing to him. The accident wasn't easily concealed, and his parents discovered his new powers as well. The family decided to keep it a secret, coming to the conclusion that public knowledge of Kazu having supernatural powers would put all of them in danger.
Entering university at twelve years old was a daunting experience. Intellectually superior but physically inferior, he was subject to torment from the teenage and adult classmates. An easy target to bully, being a nerdy kid in a world of grown-ups. However, Kazuki was no small child and began learning how to fight. At fourteen he began working out too. By the time he was fifteen he was no longer being bullied. For all the years to come Kazuki maintained his peak physical condition though focused more on his education. Originally geared to become an engineer and make a living in a corporation, as he grew healthier he found his interests changing and decided he wanted to become a pediatrician.
Considering his parents were paying for his education, he had to come to a compromise. It was agreed that he could get a doctorate in both fields, so long as he could come up with the money himself for all the extra classes. Kazuki briefly took up a job as a paid intern. Despite having to juggle a job, his fitness, and his education he managed to succeed in all aspects and obtain two doctorates by the time he was twenty.
Kazuki initially worked in a public hospital, using his skills and his supernatural powers to diagnose and treat patients. While he was initially accepting of the pay, after meeting with a particular patient he realized that he could have a much higher standard of living if he operated in a different location under his own supervision. The young doctor applied for a loan to start his own practice and succeeded, opening his own office by the edge of downtown, closest to the high-class neighborhood. After hiring an assistant, he was all set and began a successful business at the age of twenty-five.

Electricity Manipulation - Kazu's primary ability is the generation, conduction, and manipulation of electricity. The electricity is first generated, the time spent generating determines the charge, before being expelled and manipulate for precise or destructive results, pending desire. Given enough time, Kazu can generate massive amounts of electrical power for various but awe-inspiring effects. Electricity can be generated and manipulated simultaneously, which maintains the power of the electricity being used for continuous flow.
Electrical Immunity - One of the side effects of electrokinesis. Total immunity to electrical damage regardless of voltage. The stability of his nervous system is impossible to disrupt as well.
X-Ray Vision - One of the side effects of electrokinesis. The ability to see through most materials that aren't thick or particularly resilient to radiation. Can be precisely controlled, to see specific depths through something. Kazu uses this to examine a patient or target's body to identify problems or weaknesses, pending scenario.

Weapons
Steel gauntlets with a gold finish. While sturdy and useful for adding extra damage to a punch, the gauntlets contain copper coils within the forearm area that can amass electricity Kazu generates. This in turn further empowers his punches by adding more force and electrical damage behind each blow, cranking him up from peak human strength to superhuman strength. However this generates a lot of heat, something that Kazu isn't resistant to, and thus cannot be powered for extended periods of time. The coils are cooled by exposing them to fresh air and waiting approximately a minute before putting them back in. In this state the gauntlets are still usable for combat but are prone to having the coils directly damaged (as they are no longer protected by the steel).
These are usually worn at all times, concealed underneath black gloves and hidden by the coat sleeves.

- Dislikes loud music, as sufficiently powerful sound waves can slightly affect the magnetic field and thus bother him. It would be the equivalent of a light but constant buzzing noise for normal humans.
- As an actual doctor, Kazu is a self-employed and licensed practitioner that operates out of his own office in the downtown area. Though usually his work is pediatrics for the upper-class, he occasionally performs life-saving surgeries for criminals who do not wish to attend a public hospital. Regardless of the morality of his patients, Kazuki makes a lot of money and thus lives upper-middle class in the suburbs.
- Kazu's role as a Chaser is something he considers "part-time work" or "a hobby". He has no problems with working with others as a team, in fact preferring to do so rather than operating solo, but occasionally he wishes to work by himself simply to test his abilities. When working as a team he maintains a supportive role, prioritizing the health and safety of his teammates over direct combat.

Personality: Best described as stably unstable, he was never very sane to begin with, but due to his fusion with a youkai's power he is on the edge of outright insanity. Despite this, he is completely in control of his insanity, and fine with it. Although, his personality sometimes takes radical shifts for little to no reason. He does obsess a little over technology and has a tendency to go on a rampage during battle destroying anything and everything. Underneath the madness, he is actually a nice guy with a good and dry sense of humor, if a little anti-social.

Bio: As a kid, Zane always was a little crazy, like mad scientist crazy. This never changed as he got older. He is a genius with technology, by ten he had dismantled his computers and put them together, better than before. He always felt uncomfortable around people, which drove him to technology. He never knew his parents, he was raised by a foster father, who was very kind and good to him, like a real father. His foster father always treated him well; his kindness left a lasting impression on Zane and helped to reduce his 'crazy'. But, when he was sixteen, during a routine shopping trip that ended in a surprise eat-out dinner from his father to him, they where attacked by a powerful Youkai, although he had no idea at the time. He watched, helpless as it killed many people and his father, before dragging him to the Crimson Sky. Under that blood red sky, his power awakened, and his rage and madness burst forth, destroying the Youkai. But something went wrong, the remains of it's power enveloped Zane and fused with him. Mad, and completely out of his mind, he wandered the Crimson Sky for a long time, almost three years. He remembers little of this time. Eventualy his sanity (sort of) returned and he found himself in the ruins of some vast city, filled with amazing technology. He got a hold of some that worked and from there he designed and built his Dynamos and TechArmor. During this time, he also worked out his powers. Soon he tried to figure out a way to escape, and using his powers and the technology, he was able to. However, when he got back, he realized that many years had passed in the other world.
Powers: Energy- His power is to generate and to manipulate large amounts of energy. Energy generated by him looks like purple lightning, but is oddly silent. The Youkai power made his energy so powerful and he generates so much that it overflows and can manifest in destructive ways if he doesn't expend it constantly.
Skills: Spatial Distortion- His power, boosted by youkai energy and focused by his dynamos is so powerful, it is able to warp space, to what extent is unknown, as he has had no reason to push himself. He is able to teleport himself and others, generate barriers, open portals, make pocket dimensions he can put various items in and at an extreme, cause a small, temporary black hole.
Weapons:
Dynamos- Highly mobile drones of his own design, made with technology he found in the other world. They are bladed and conduct his energy, and able to weaponize it in various forms. They can also be configured to form just about anything he needs (although they are only so big) from a powerful plasma cannon to a high tech skateboard.
Equipment:
TechArmor- Made of the same technology as his dynamos, this functions as a powerful defense and an conductor for his energy. He made it to provide an outlet for his energy, and slow it's build up. It is able to shrink into the jewel on his chest, but only for a limited time.
