I'm the founder of "4 underachieving nerds" (I made the conversation, it's close enough). Also a lurker.

Anyway, here's the bad-man Guild for the first arc as an introductory, and onwards as recurring villains:




In addition, there's actually a new job request on the board, actually. Subdue the Dark Guild. For the non-S Class members of the Wizards of Fiore Guild. I'd say it'd take around 2-3 Mages to do.



As for who your antagonists are: that'll be revealed when one of your characters meets them for the first time IC. For now, have this totally-mysterious silhouette.

@IraRevan would use his Ring of Sloth to cancel out his attack, and then have the two of them finish there fight outside of Magnolia. That, or fight Ira himself.

@Raijinslayer but its a surprise attack. It isn't like Ira's jus out in the open conjuring up a black hole. so how do you prevent something you know nothing abt?

Any attack that uses a lot of magical energy can be detected, especially one that is evaporating buildings during it's charge up. This surprise attack doesn't sound very subtle, especially to Revan, whose closely observing the fight in case he needs to step in and keep things from escalating.

@Raijinslayer Seems like your going to ruin the fight...also seems as if Ira is going to be jumped. If its really that big of a problem he can just leave the fight all together. i really don't think its fair that you're trying to put limits on what AI can do and also want to intervene in a fight that has nothing to do with you.

@IraI'm just saying that Revan wants to keep the property damage low and casualties non-existant, so it's unlikely that he'd just sit by and let the attack go off, especially since Matt's skill set doesn't have anything that could easily cancel out that attack. I'm not trying to ruin the fight, as it can be moved to a different location, or at least have the types of attacks used be limited to ones that won't completely wreck Magnolia with their use.

@Raijinslayer i'm going to make this simple..if Revan intervenes Ira won't fight anymore. Just wouldn't be fair. According to your description...Ring of Sloth would have no affect on Ira's attack seeing as its already left his hands. On the other hand if Ira's in range the ring will affect his personality

Ring of Sloth: This Greater Infernal Arm creates the Ultimate neutral zone, by taking away the will to fight, kill, or do anything other than lay around and chit-chat from any =one with in it's range of activation. Revan is not immune to these effects, but since he is already like that pretty much all the time, it doesn't affect him much. Also, an attack performed outside the radius towards him will fizzle out once it enters it, He can hold the zone for about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how much energy he wants to expend into it, and is best used to talk down enraged opponents, or provide an easy escape from a trouble situation, as the area this effects is stationary, and only the one holding the ring and those in contact with him will be able to muster up the will to leave it's boundaries. Can only be used three times a day.

@IraWhy? Chances are more in favor of Revan just stopping that one attack, giving Ira a reminder of his surroundings, suggesting that they move to the area outside Magnolia, then go back to spectating. It's not like he'll double team on Ira with Matt, and if that was the impression I was giving off than I'm sorry for not being clearer about that. The only reason I'm asking is because of the area they're in. If they were in just an empty battlefield, than he'd just keep watching.

According to your description Revan's ring of sloth wont stop Ira's attack. As I stated in the last post the attack has already left his hands.. On top of that Ira doesn't care about Magnolia. Thats what make him evil. So i do not understand how you plan on stopping this attack

If Ira is intent on using attacks that intend to destroy buildings and other parts of the town with innocent, living people nearby then it should be expected for more than just Revan to intervene. In my opinion, when you come into a person's town and then start drama, escalating it to the point of putting lives at risk then it's no longer grounds for a "fair fight" as you seem to want here.

thing is ..all everyone else knows is that there's magic building up. No one knows what it is or where its coming from. so your telling me Revan has god-like senses and can stop my attack with a ring that doesn't even affect attacks?
