Oh you don't have to do anything big for a magic council character. Just the basics is fine unless you really wish to go into depth.

Name, age gender looks personality and magic is fine!

@Caits So the idea I have is one character is a council member, the other is his secretary (BATTLE SECRETARY).

... Council Members would have secretaries right? I mean, who else would do all of that paperwork for them?

I haven't been in the mood for creating characters all day :(
I've been trying to get my guild characters done and dust, but after making 16 or whatever I am sorta sick of it XD
I will try again tomorrow, only got one done today :O
