<Snipped quote by Multifarious>
Sreig was a huge example for me. He is a being that a high resistivity to nearly everything. But with fights against him, the other made him seem like his resistivity was blank. Also with that being i kinda just got really annoyed and let him get hurt despite the fact that he isn't supposed to get hurt easily.
Stand your ground. The best way to establish the fact that your character is stronger or faster is to up the extremity of your descriptors. That gets the point across that, "Oh, heck, this one is fast," instead of just letting frustration get the better of you and letting your character get pushed around, which does the opposite in reality. And if it does annoy you because it doesn't stop, there's always the option of expressing yourself to us OOC. We'll listen, and even if it takes 5 or 6 instances to beat it into our stubborn heads, we'll get it.
