Oh david I just now learned that one piece's rip off of naruto fighting game is half off to 25 bucks on steam atm. Probably only a day or two left if you want it on sale.
Naruto: ultimate ninja was awesome.

Most anime games aren't good. But the sale is until the 4th.

Ehhhh, I've got 3, storm 3, and storm rev but I've only played 3. I was more clash of ninja than ultimate ninja. I'm still mad about the subseries games and how they so badly fucked up the third one for the ds. Made it missions instead of story mode or free mode or anything, which sucks because the gameplay was good.
Night knight.

DUDE, CLASH OF NINJA FOR GAMECUBE WAS BOSS.

Mhm. 2 was amazing, I still remember pouring in hours to unlock every char. Sharingan sasuke was so op, especially since he had two ults.

You are so painfully wrong on that that it's sad. A lot are bad, but not even close to most. Plus, we're in america, we get the tablescraps anyway.
MMkay.

There ya go. The naruto ones have some hidden gems but with as many as there are, they're few and far between. Same thing with Bleach, though the ds bleach games are great, especially third phantom. Just wish there was more time put in to expand it.
Fallout 4's Power Armor mechanics break canon so hard. I love it as a gameplay mechanic, since they're expensive to use and more powerful than before, but the deviation from canon irks me.

Xenoverse is good, I've heard.

I'd only recommend it if you buy it literally in the next five days. It's good, but it's not a dbz fighting game. It's an mmo dressed like one. Sort of like how fallout 4 is skyrim after a stroke dressed as a fallout game. Xenoverse's value is about 22 dollars, and it's on sale for the first time since coming out (except one time when it was 5 percent off) for the game plus all dlc at a little under 40, as opposed to 80 or more for both. So it's either now or never unless you want to way overpay.
Basically, do you want to pay for time or quality. I've dropped 45 hours and not 100 percented it yet, but once you get past the story and the post game stories, there's no reason to play anymore and it'll be boring. Choose saiyan, unlock super, unlock max charge, train under cell for perfect kamehameha, or with the dlc get "give me your energy, universe!" and super spirit bomb, go super, spam ults and you'll only ever lose by being incompetent or running out of time. There was this one boss fight where he just flew away from me the whole time, occassionally using base blasts and I just perfect kame'd him to death. Only even went super to rp my char since it was this huge fight that was supposed to be really tough.

Don't worry; I'm keeping track of the Steam sale. But currently, I'm halting all spending right now in preparation for VR.
