Prologue

The year is 2039, thirteen years since the end of the war. Terrorist groups have gained quite the foothold in the world, and their activities make the evening news nearly every day. The big three of these groups, the Shadow Cabal, the Talons, and the United Brothers, have been meeting, discussing the formation of one large group, made out of their smaller ones. Recently, an attack was made on the British royal family by the Talons, and the British government is calling for action. The world needs heroes. And so the world is going to get some. The UN has decided to reenact the Sentinel Program, calling in people from all across the globe to become part of it. From former Sentinels to former criminals, they are in desperate of aid in the fight against those who would see the world plunged into chaos. The Sentinels have been called to arms once again.

You will all be meeting up at the main Sentinel Headquarters in London, England at exactly 12:00 PM, in the Meeting Room at the very top of the middle tower. Don't be late.

Location: Outside Sentinel HQ In Paris -> Inside Sentinel HQ

"Ayeee," groans the pirate queen Jeanne as she takes a swig of Guinness in the back of a taxi car, "Are we there yet? It's hot in here and I'm runnin' out of Black Stuff to drink! And it ain't even that good compared to what I had!"

"We're almost there Madame Jones," the taxi drive responds in a thick British accent, "Just after we make a left here, the HQ will be on your right. Be patient, alright?"

"Bollocks..." she mutters as she takes another swig of her alcoholic beverage. Jeanne has currently been away from her crew for the last 4 hours ever since she said goodbye on the port of Rome. When she got to the airport, it appeared that she was late for her flight, in which she almost threw a fit. Not only did she have to wait another hour for the next flight, but while boarding she had her stash of Guinness confiscated by the officials. She even spat on the said official's shirt as she got on the plane and has been grumpy ever since. There Jeanne had to take a plane from the capital of Italy, all the way to London in just over two hours. By the time she got off, she already felt sick in the stomach and had to throw up at the nearest bathroom.

Thankfully, with her invitation in hand, Jeanne was able to quickly request a taxi driver to have him drive her to the Sentinel's HQ. As they drove however, she caught a glimpse of a nearby liquor store and literally begged for the driver to stop so she can get another bottle of Guinness. Now after fifteen minutes of driving, along with some major traffic on some of the streets, they are already approaching the Sentinel HQ. Compared to what she had seen in the invitation, it didn't disappoint.

The HQ was a huge academy facility, glowing completely white thanks to the bright sun casting it's warm hue from above. It had several floors, with a large tower near the middle. The front had a beautiful grass lawn, neatly trimmed, with hedges and flowers being placed in perfect areas, as well as a massive staircase leading up to the massive front glass doors. It is here where she will be working along side other heroes into keeping peace and justice throughout the world, and she, believe it or not, was quite excited. It would just be a little better if it weren't for the 'hiccups' in the trip. Thankfully, she didn't get drunk on the way there.

As they approached the giant staircase up to the HQ, the taxi pulled over to let Jeanne out of the car. "Well, here's your stop Madame. Sentinel HQ."

"Oi class ole' fella." the pirate responds as she gets out, "Thanks for the ride. Here's ye tip." Jeanne then tosses a dollar coin at him as she begins to walk up the stairs and into the HQ itself.

As she enters, she happens to meet what appears to be a real robot by the front desk talking to one of the staff members...

Location: Sentinel HQ Meeting Room
Interacting With: Jeanne

"Ah welcome." greets the robot politely as he eyes the pirate queen with his small single eye, "I take it you are part of the new recruits that have been invited here for duty. I'm Creatrix, Ex-Sentinel member, an engineer to be precise. You must be?"

Jeanne was almost caught off guard by this as the robot brings his hand out for a handshake, but keeps her focus.

"Uh," she stammers a bit before answering, "Jeanne Vicky Jones, lad. Pirate Queen of the Silver Jacket. Nice to meet ya."

Creatrix nods as he then focuses his attention back to the front-desk lady.

"Please welcome and guide the rest of the members when they arrive will you?" he asks kindly as he passes back the tablet. The front lady nods in agreement as she gets back to her work, with the two heading to the main elevator down the left hallway.

As they entered the elevator, Creatrix then happens to start up another conversation with Jeanne, "So your a pirate queen huh? Quite interesting. To be honest, I've only seen fictional pirates on television, as well as modern ones on the news, but I take it that suit of yours isn't just for show? Jeanne chuckled once at this question as she turns her head to the robot. "Ah cop on. And I take it you seem to be missing an eye too huh?" she replies back in a bit of a playful mood.

"I was actually built with a single eye," Creatrix replies back nonchalantly, "I take it you lost yours?" The pirate queen simply sighed as she looks down with a bit of a glum face. "It's a long story mate." she simply says.

By that time, the elevator doors open, and the two step into a room with a round table set up in the center. Obviously, they were the first ones there so they simply took their seats. Ironically, they didn't sit close together, mostly being Jeanne's decision to sit in the back seat, opposite to where Creatrix sat. Regardless, this was going to be a new day, a new team, and a whole new adventure. Things were just getting started.

Jean-Luc Rivière

Spectre

Location: Sentinel HQ

Interacting With:@LmpkioJeanne/Creatrix

Jean-Luc stepped out of the cab that had ferried him to the Sentinel HQ. He removed a large duffle bag with all his equipment save for his bow from the trunk; his bow itself had never left his side as Jean-Luc was still a little uneasy about all this and feared it might have been a hoax. Nevertheless, once his belongings were in hand, he gave the driver his pay plus a good tip and headed up to the large stairs in front. Ascending the stairs Jean-Luc couldn’t help but admire the architecture of the building. Though his family had probably paid for them to have such a large flashy building, its beauty and pristine condition was enough to let him know it was appreciated.

At the top of the steps Jean-Luc stopped just shy of the glass doors. This was it, once he walked through those doors his life as a mercenary would be over. He would no longer be his own boss, live by his own rules, he would forever become a part of this group. But it was all for the greater good, and he was ready to start using his abilities to help to world. Taking a deep breath, he entered the building and quickly located and made his way to the front desk. ”Excuse me.” he spoke to the woman sitting there, ”Could you tell me where the Sentinel’s are meeting? She happily gave him the floor number and also informed him he could leave his things there so that they could be delivered to his new quarters. Thanking her and setting his belongings aside he moved into the elevator and pressed the appropriate floor.

The elevators were much faster than anticipated and in no time doors opened to reveal a large room with circular table in the center. Sitting at the table currently was an aged robotic figure and a woman who clearly wasn’t aware Halloween had ended. Strange characters indeed, but the organization had a history of employing rather flamboyant figures long as they got the job done. With a brisk pace Jean-Luc walked out of the elevator and took a seat an equal distance away from the other two. Once seated he exchanged glances with them for a brief moment before speaking, ”So. When do the others arrive?”

Sean Black

Sean was quiet as the taxi drove towards Sentinel HQ. He was a bit worried that he'd be late due to the bad traffic, and was really wishing that he had brought his bike, so he could have avoided it altogether. Next time he'd be sure to better prepare, not only did he not have his bike, but he hardly packed at all, having little clothing in the bag he packed. Despite the minor annoyance of traffic, his excitement for his destination wasn't hampered, after all, this was basically his childhood dream, and how often do those come true?

As the taxi pulled up to the building, Sean couldn't help but be in awe of the sheer size of the building, and couldn't imagine how much it must have cost. After tipping the driver, he walked into the building, and straight to the receptionist. "Uh, excuse me, where exactly do I go for the Sentinels meeting?" he asked nervously. Upon receiving the floor number, he thanked the receptionist and headed to the elevator and entered the floor number.

The elevator doors opened to reveal a pirate, a robot, and a seemingly regular guy. Slightly concerned that he was given the wrong floor, he hesitantly sat in a seat with nobody adjacent to it, and looked at those around him. He didn't really know what to say, so he stayed silent, not wanting to make a fool of himself.

and Epsilon-12

Location: Sentinels HQ, London
Interacting With: Jeanne and Creatrix @Lmpkio, Jean-Luc @Awesomoman64, Sean @PhoenixRising

The brief walk from the hotel to the Sentinel's headquarters was an unpleasant one. Not only was the blaring sunlight a constant annoyance, but Antoinette had decided to wear a pair of lavish heels. Though slight humidity and uncomfortable footwear were nothing compared to the stares. Now, Professor Agreste was not one to deny the stares of strangers; provided they were stares of envy. Of coarse no one could resist keeping their eyes glued to such a glamorous woman as she strolled down the streets of London in her white blouse, black silk skirt and designer blazer. Pressed into the charcoal black fabric was a lovely pearl brooch, an heirloom passed down from her grandmother. Around her neck sat a pair of golden chained necklaces with a jeweled butterfly dangling in front of her chest. Her gloved hand could be seen clearly as she elegantly raised her cigarette holder to her red, luscious lips. A pair of sunglasses and a wide brimmed black hat masqueraded the top half of her face. No doubt, Antoinette Agreste was a woman of mystery who was used to others staring at her.

Though the common people of London were not staring at her, but rather the strange being that followed behind her. Even when not in her Thanatos suit, Epsilon-12 stood out as a cyborg among the common people. Her long, gorgeous locks of blond hair sat gently over her shoulders and flowed all the way down to her hips. Even despite her human appearances, it was hard to miss the metallic platings that encased her entire left arm and right shoulder. In her white sundress, wired machinery peeked up along her upper back. From the odd, jarring lumps along her spine, one could assume that the technology continued all the way down to her waist. If you were to look at her legs, you would find that aside from the upper thigh, they were completely mechanised. Epsilon's gravitational core was embedded into her chest, but the faint blue glow still managed to peek through. It was because of this core, that Epsilon was able to gently hover behind Antoinette during their journey. The red light in her visor moved from side to side, scanning the surroundings as they approached the headquarters.

"Destination Spotted. Standing by for follow up commands. Please advise." Epsilon-12's voice was human, there was no doubt about that. Every time Antoinette listened to her, she was reminded of Sabrina. Though the cold and calculating monotony of Orpheus was the only tone she ever spoke in. Antoinette threw her cigarette on the ground, stamping it out as she continued without a word to Epsilon. The machine stared after her master for a few seconds before repeating herself.
"Standing by for follow up commands. Please advise." Antoinette stopped in her tracks, rolling her eyes behind her sunglasses before turning back to Epsilon.
"I swear, you're like a child." Despite the harshness in her voice, Epsilon remained stationary. Antoinette sighed. "Remain on defensive standby. Some of these people might not be happy to see me." With that, Epsilon's still body began moving forward to follow Antoinette once more.
"Affirmative. Remaining in defensive standby mode until further notice." Antoinette stepped forward, jay-walking across the street towards the headquarters. Today was going to be interesting.

When Antoinette had approached the front desk with Epsilon, they were met with a lady who directed them to the elevator. The secretary seemed confused as to why they hadn't brought their luggage, which Antoinette informed her that it was being dealt with by the hotel. When the elevator doors closed, Antoinette immediately lit up another cigarette and took a long drag. The sensation of the lift carrying them higher up the building was completely overshadowed by the curiosity Antoinette felt. Who would be making a return to the Sentinels? What new faces could she expect to see? No doubt, her expectations were high. So when the lift finally came to a close, Antoinette was surprised to see the meager gathering of individuals that the elevator doors unveiled.

"Where's the party?" She proclaimed, stepping forward with Epsilon close behind. Out of the few faces, one did bring back memories to Antoinette. She approached one of the seats towards the middle of the table, removing her jacket and handing it to Epsilon while her faithful companion stood behind the chair. "Well, you've really outdone yourself Creatrix." She addressed the robot informally, taking another puff from her smoke. Her eyes shifted to Jeanne, and she couldn't help but smirk before rudely blurting out.
"So we've got Captain Feathersword and a couple of kids." She stared at Jean-Luc and Sean with the same amount of disrespect she had given Jeanne. "Why, the terrorist are shaking in their boots as we speak."

She finished her cigarette with one long, final drag; tilting her head back in pure ecstasy before blowing a cloud of smoke into the ceiling. Epsilon stood behind her, gazing at each of the faces. Despite them being allies, the cyborg was on full alert; for she had been informed that the potential of one of these individuals being a threat to Antoinette was higher than zero percent. That was too high in her books. Antoinette continued to stare at the three before addressing Creatrix.
"So tell me, old friend, what's so special about these schmucks that makes them think they can carry on the good name of the Sentinels?"

"One, two I'm coming for you," Scorn sung to herself as the transport vehicle made its way through the streets. Her voice barely came out as a whisper due to a muzzle being placed on her after she had made an attempt to bite one of the guards. She might of agreed to be of service to this renewed program but it didn't mean she was going to be entirely cooperative about it. She had decided to make the entire trip a game for her, making it tough on the poor excuses of guards to get her to comply. They had to drug her to even get her on the plane after several hours of her evading them about the hangar and that was without her unique gifts.

"Will you can it freak," the guard sitting across from her growled. Scorn glared at him with daggers. He could see it in his eyes, he was scared, just itching to pull the trigger on his weapon. She couldn't stick her tongue out at him so she merely smirked.

"Nope and the government wouldn't be happy if you hurt innocent me. What can I do with all these shackles on me? I'm defenseless," she said in an innocent tone of voice. She returned to her singing when the guard made no remark back knowing what she said was true.

"The sooner we get there the sooner she's out of our hair," the driver said from the front ",Let the Sentinel's have her. Don't understand why they would want a criminal, especially one who is missing several marbles."

Shortly after the last words were spoken, they were pulling up to the HQ building. Like a dog they drug her out of the transport vehicle up the stairs and into the building. Part of her wanted to tear them apart for such an embarrassing act but she kept herself calm, figuring tearing apart two police guards right inside the Sentinel HQ building would be a terrible way of greeting everyone. Plus blood was such a hard mess to clean up, she wouldn't want them to go through all that trouble.

"Well boys its been fun now these can be removed," she said smiling behind the mask as she raised her hands that were cuffed. The guards reluctantly removed her restraints along with the muzzle. She playfully acted to go for a bite at one of their fingers causing them to jump slightly. She laughed and gave a wave before walking to what seemed to be the front desk of the building."So there is a meeting room I'm suppose to be looking for," stated at the front desk and was greeted by a rather overly cheerful person. She got the directions and made her way to the elevator and selected the floor that she had been told.

"And they say I'm a few screws short. No one is that cheerful without some mental problems," She mumbled as she waited to reach her floor. The doors opened to reveal a rather large room with a circular table in the center. A few of her supposed new comrades were all ready there waiting. She didn't really pay much attention to them, taking them only in briefly and played in her head a little game of "eeny, meeny, miny, moe" to decide her seat, her index finger bouncing around the available seats before picking one. Finding that the chair swiveled immediately took her attention away from her surroundings entirely as she spun herself in circles on it, the spinning seemingly having no effect on her. From the swift spinning sensation she picked up little details like one of the people there seemed to be robotic, two guys that didn't really stand out to her at the moment, an older woman who seemed uptight on her first look, and another woman who at least shared her sense of fashion.

D34D-3110

Fortress

Location: Heavy armored escorted truck -> Sentinel HQ Paris
Interacting With: No one.

A group of military cars with mounted guns was riding through the streets of London. In the middle of it was bigger truck, close to an armored truck carrying money or prisoners, but this one had much more plating and no windows at all. The convoy kept driving till they got to the Sentinel HQ, where they drove straight into the garage without stopping until they got to the end. The bigger truck turned so it would have its back doors pointing to the end of the garage, where people with guns were already waiting for what was inside. The other mounted cars in the convoy set up around the bigger truck, everyone pointing their guns at the truck as well. Two people carefully opened the door, and revealed the big hunk of metal known as D34D-3110.

He barely moved, only his head looking around scanning all the people pointing weapons at them. He could kill most of them within a few minutes, if not seconds, but he didn't want to. He wanted to show them he was no threat as long as they didn't agitate him, but all the barrels pointing his way made that pretty hard. He kept looking at all the soldiers as he stepped out of the truck, when a noise signaled the elevator in front of him being opened. D34D-3110 took this as his que and walked towards the elevator. The soldiers kept aiming for him, and some walked into the elevator with him. One pressed the button of the elevator and the doors closed.

One of the soldiers inside the elevator with him wanted to lower his gun to relax a bit. One of his colleagues quickly corrected him. "Don't lower your guard, one wrong move and he could turn against us." D34D-3110 turned his head towards the soldier who corrected the other. "NEGATIVE. If I wanted you dead, I would've done so by now. You think your 45 mm bullets can even scratch this thick layer of metal, even if they are armor piercing?" The soldiers lowered their guns, amazed and at the same time feeling uncomfortable knowing that the big armed robot knew exactly what their ammo was before it even left their gun.

The elevator doors then opened, revealing a small group of people in a room where everyone was gathering. He walked out of the elevator and stood there analyzing everyone while the soldiers stayed behind and went back downstairs. He had no reason to aproach anyone, so he wouldn't do it. That was one of the downsides of his programming. If there was no valid reason to, he wouldn't do something. This also meant he couldn't really 'have fun', whatever humans meant by that. He was made to kill, and even though he wanted to change that as much as possible, he would always stay the same.

Christopher Mozrick

Sergeant

Location: Sentinel HQ
Interacting with: Creatrix @Lmpkio

Christopher's former employer had arranged for transport to take him to the Sentinel HQ, which he was grateful for. It saved time, that was for sure. With a plane ticket to Paris, Christopher had a long journey ahead of him. Most of his time was spent going over various topics in his mind, making sure he forgot none of it. Tactics in battle, names of allies and enemies, etc, etc. Once the plane reached the airport, Christopher's next plan of action was to hail a taxi. Turns out that taxis were very high in demand, so it took some time before he was able to get a ride. "The Sentinel HQ," Christopher said promptly, and the driver wasted no time leaving. The trip was mostly silent, and also rather long due to traffic. The driver looked back at Christopher through the mirror occasionally, which Christopher ignored. It was none of his concern what the driver thought as long as he could reach his destination.

Finally, the ride ended, and Christopher gave him a nod of appreciation and a small tip before exiting, ignoring the driver's attempts to negotiate for a higher tip. After entering the building and going up the elevator, he found himself facing a large collection of people. Many of them were quite odd in his eyes, but Christopher was unfazed. He would be able to make better judgements once he got to see what they were capable of. Scanning the room, his eyes landed on Creatrix. Interest piqued, Christopher wasted no time going over to his old comrade. "Creatrix. It has been a long time," Christopher said to Creatrix.

Belinda Romalty

Mamba

Location: Sentinel HQ
Interacting with: Scorn @Argetlam350

Belinda had been enjoying the sights of Paris. The sunlight, the buildings, the historical monuments... it was really quite nice. Unfortunately for her, the time for sightseeing was coming to an end. It was not time for the soon-to-be-Sentinels to gather together. Fortunately, she was already nearby, so it wasn't like she needed to travel very far. However, Belinda chose not to enter the Sentinel HQ just yet, instead sitting down at a nearby cafe and watching as others entered first. She wanted to see who she would be meeting first before they met her. It turned out that there were quite a number of people that had chosen to come. Belinda was especially interested in the pirate, the criminal in handcuffs, and the black mech that looked like it was made for the sole purpose of combat.

Eventually, though, she grew tired of merely waiting nearby and decided to come in herself. Opening the door and going up the stairs, Belinda exclaimed upon her arrival, "Boy, oh boy, do we have a crowd in here!" It seemed like everyone else was too busy with their conversations to do much more than look at her before returning, which was fine for Belinda. Her prime target for interaction was the one who was spinning far away. Going over to Scorn to sit on another chair at the table, Belinda got herself comfortable and said to Scorn, "You must be having fun there."

Location: Sentinel HQ Meeting Room
Interacting With: Everyone

As both Creatrix and Jeanne wait for the rest to arrive in the meeting room, another member came shortly into the room. Quickly looking through the tablet that contained the list of characters coming, the robot manage to identify the newcomer in the room as he stands up to greet him.

"Greetings," Creatrix greets him politely, "I take it you are Jean-Luc Rivière, aka Spectre. Welcome to the team, my name is Creatrix."

With that, the man took a seat an equal distance away from the other two.

”So. When do the others arrive?” he asks curiously.

"They should be coming momentarily," replies Creatrix as he looks at the clock still standing up, "It's currently 11:45 AM, so they must be close by. Make yourself comfortable while we wait."

Just then, the next member came into the room, who looked to be a bit shy. Creatrix realizes this and greets him in a more quiet manner.

"Greetings sir." the robot greets him with a low voice, "You must be Sean Black, aka Brawler. Welcome to the team, please take a seat while we wait for the others to arrive."

As he watches him take a seat, as well as glancing to the others in the room, Creatrix then hears a familiar voice coming from the doorway.

"Where's the party?" proclaims a more elderly female voice.

The robot turns his head towards the door to reveal two very familiar figures. One was an older woman, while the other was a feminine robot. He knew exactly who those two were, and he wasn't the most thrilled when he saw them enter. Regardless, he continues acting the way he's been so far.

"Ah, welcome Ms. Netta," he greets until stuttering for a second, "Excuse me, Professor Agreste I should say, my apologizes. I see you also have brought in Epsilon as well. Please you two, take a seat."

She approached one of the seats towards the middle of the table, removing her jacket and handing it to Epsilon while her faithful companion stood behind the chair. "Well, you've really outdone yourself Creatrix." She addressed the robot informally, taking another puff from her smoke.

"No need too." the robot replies with a slight chuckle while putting his hand on his chest, "Besides, more recruits will be arriving as well."

Antoinette eyes shifted to Jeanne, and she couldn't help but smirk before rudely blurting out.
"So we've got Captain Feathersword and a couple of kids." She stared at Jean-Luc and Sean with the same amount of disrespect she had given Jeanne. "Why, the terrorists are shaking in their boots as we speak."

Jeanne simply ignores Agreste's comment with a "Pfft" as she continues to look outside the window. This was one reason why Creatrix wasn't so fond of her, as well as for other things. However, he decided not to address on this matter, hoping the aura would dissipate quickly. Antoinette continued to stare at the three before addressing Creatrix.
"So tell me, old friend, what's so special about these schmucks that makes them think they can carry on the good name of the Sentinels?"

"Please Ms. Agreste," the robot replies calmly with a hand out, not looking for any aggression amongst the others while also protecting the image of the others, "The Board has selected these recruits due to the supernatural abilities they possess, with them being abnormally more proficient and extremely capable of taking down terrorist threats. Do not underestimate them. And like I said, there's more recruits coming as well."

As soon as he finished, another person came inside, this one... looking much like a criminal more than a hero. The robot was quite skeptical about this person, but regardless his exterior attitude didn't change. He scans quickly through the list as he identifies the new person.

"Greetings madam." he says politely as he faces her, "You must be Adala Posner, aka Scorn. Welcome to the team. Please, take a seat while we wait for the others."

All Creatrix did as he glances at her for a second was a mental sigh. Hopefully she wouldn't give the team much trouble.

There was just a few more people that they were waiting on, 5 to be exact. He was already starting to be like a repeating record as he looks down at the list. As Creatrix looks up, he then sees another new member come in, however this one being another robot like he and Agreste's creation Epsilon, only this one being a little more ominous. It reminded him of some of the special ops robots the Emperor's Entente used during the War thirteen years ago. He also hopes he doesn't cause any trouble as well.

"Greetings," he says kindly to the robot, "You must be D34D-3110, aka Fortress. Welcome to the team. Please, take a seat while we wait for the others."

He doesn't look to be like the more friendly type that he, Creatrix, was, but regardless he doesn't put to much thought into that. He was already wondering how the Board was even able to accept the recent two to become Sentinel protectors. As he wonders about that, he then sees another familiar face walk into the room, this one being much more friendlier then the others that just came in.

"Creatrix. It has been a long time," he then says.

"Ah, well it isn't you Sergeant Christopher Mozrick," the robot replies in a more joyous tone as he shakes his hand, "It's great to have you back. Please take a seat while we wait for the last few people to arrive."

And as soon as he finished greeting him, another young woman came into the room, also looking quite friendly herself.

"Boy, oh boy, do we have a crowd in here!" she says joyfully as she enters the room.

Creatrix looks back at her as she identifies her.

"Ah welcome madam. You must be Belinda Romalty, aka Mamba. Welcome to the team. Please, take a seat while we wait for the others."

After greeting her, he continues to stand by the door, waiting for the last two to arrive. The clock already shows 11:53 on the clock. At noon, the commander would enter the room and announce to the team their next objective. Time was already ticking as the cast of characters currently began to get comfy with their surroundings.

After Antoinette uttered her rude comment, Jeanne didn't say much as she watches everyone come into the room. However, two people seemed to have caught her interest. They be the funky-looking Scorn, and the more regular girl, Mamba. If there's anyone here that she can relate to, it'll most likely be these two. As the two would issue a conversation amongst each other, the Pirate Queen couldn't help but to listen in onto the conversation. She scooches over towards the two women as she tries to find an opening to bounce into the conversation.

"Aye lads," she then responds to them, "And how are you two lovelies doin' eh?"

Roth the Red

Nosferatu

Location: London HQ
Interacting With: Anyone who responds

Peering through circular sunglasses, the man stood ominously within the elevator as it arose to Roth's destination. Years had passed since Roth's first time in England. Of course, this was merely his second time. Only upon reaching the HQ or meeting room, did the officer or 'escorts' remove the shackles from Roth. Shoving the man forward, he stumbled into the room which most of the members already occupied. Only words to be heard by the guards were, he's your problem now.....

Managing to only stumble a few steps, quickly catching his balance. Roth scans the room, absorbing all the faces into his memory-banks. Some looking 'tastier' than others. Luckily and swiftly, Roth's concious reminds himself these are friends. Not food....

"Greetings one and all, excuse my late appearance if it is so." Focus stopped specifically upon Scorn. The person he found stuck out the most.

Adorned in a lush red trench-coat, underneath was rather nice 'dress clothes' for being recently released from a jail or prison. Honestly, anyone would perceive Roth to look like a sterotypical vampire. Even as Roth smiled, his elongated canine or 'vampire fangs' would wickedly reveal themselves.

"For my arrival took longer than expected.... Though I have to say, protocol for my transfer was a bit overboard if you ask me..."

On that note, Roth leaned against the nearest wall, somewhere enabling vision of the whole room and all it's visible exits.

In appearance the person seemed rather normal but she must of been somehow special to get invited to this crowd of people of so called heroes and not so pleasant types. She decided to play nice however for the time figuring it was better to at least make a few friends before making enemies.

"Indeed, I was," she said facing the other woman giving a friendly smile ",Amazing how simple things can be fun when you are missing a few marbles up top."

The conversation didn't get long underway until another person joined in. Scorn saw it to be the other woman who shared her taste of style, dressed up as a pirate.

"Oh just peachy I think.... Yes just peachy," she said having briefly having an internal monologue to herself on whether or not that was how she felt or not ",I mean this is all better then the previous room I was stuck in so can't complain much I guess. Ah but manners, where are they? My name is the ever so lovely Scorn or I guess Ada could do as well though I much prefer my code-name." She added. Scorn hadn't used her birth-name in years and preferred it that way, having too many shattered memories of the past of a broken girl that hid deep within.

Jean-Luc Rivière

Spectre

Location: Sentinel HQ

Interacting With:@LmpkioCreatrix @Leslie HallAntoinette

Jean-Luc admired the professionalism of the robot Creatrix. Polite enough to address him and any questions he had, while keeping answers short and avoiding any personal topics. It was a shame not all members held that same level. Almost immediately after the man named Sean was seated, the now infamous Dr. Antoinette Agresta entered the room and began berating the current members. Anyone who kept up with the news knew who she was, and it was almost despicable she voiced doubt about them holding up the Sentinels name when she herself had been “dismissed”.

Seeing as she called him a “kid”, Jean-Luc decided to retaliate in the same manner. “Oh dear. Someone should call any nearby nursing homes and see if they are missing a patient because I think she just wandered in.” Jean-Luc kept a firm gaze with Antoinette as he spoke and held it letting the doctor know he wasn’t intimidated by her or her little creation. He only broke the gaze once Creatrix got involved and decided he would let it go if she would.

With that encounter finished, Jean-luc was now able to check the room as more of his soon to be teammates had arrived. The list now included a skeletal looking woman, a walking armory, a soldier, a young girl in a hat, and a man in dark clothing and glasses. Oddly enough, Jean-Luc was starting to feel wearing casual clothing was making him stick out more than the rest of these characters. Either way, he was not here to socialize like the women who had already struck on a conversation, and chose to simply sit back and wait to see what their first instructions would be.

Flynn Lesline

Decker

Location: Sentinel HQ

Interacting With: Everyone

"That money wasn't a grant or a gift, Flynn, it was a loan. Time's up, kid. I like you, I do, but you're gonna have to fork up. I chased you all the way to London, and now I'm displeased. Where's my money, Lesline?"

Damn, it was hard to think of a way out of a situation when all the blood in your body was rushing to your head. Not that it was a common occurance, of course; Flynn was known for his ability to keep a cool head under pressure. This was an anomaly created, by his guess, by the fact that he was dangling upside down over the edge of one of the taller buildings in London. He made a mental note to ream Johnathan back home about borrowing research and production money from the Boston underground. "Look, Tony, I told you I don't have your money, man! I didn't even know it was yours. I wouldn't have touched a dime of your dirty money, and you know it. Can't get grime in the servos or they'll grind, ya know?"

As amusing as Flynn thought he was, Tony did not seem entertained. "Well, Flynn, you won't have to worry about much more dirt now, 'cept the six feet that's gonna bog you down. Any last words, clown?"

Flynn had been sending frantic signals to the Orbs for recall, but it seemed that they were having difficulty escaping from the trunk of the taxi Tony and his goon ripped him out of. After a long, climactic pause, Flynn shrugged, nodding. "Yeah, actually. Okay, Google," he said, pausing for the little tone to resonate from his visor. "Direct me to the Sentinel Headquarters from my current location."

With that, Agent Decker sprung into action. The goon holding his leg was probably twice his size, but Flynn had a Physics degree and a yellow belt from the Boston Commonwealth Dojo of Self Defense. Swinging his body slightly to the side, he coiled up his free legs, then snapped it out across the brute's face, causing him to stumble backwards and release him. Luckily, the swing gave him just enough momentum for him to land with one foot scraping the ledge of the roof so he could kick off, landing on an adjacent rooftop just below the one they were just on. Then, he took off.

Decker wasn't quite used to running without the stamina enhancements of his nano-armor, so his breath quickly picked up to a heaving pace. He didn't dare slow down, though, because he could hear the pounding footsteps of his pursuers just barely over the pounding in his ears, and they were gaining on him in the rooftop-to-rooftop chase. He had to admit, this was everything he expected and more when he signed up for the Sentinels. He felt like a spy straight out of a James Bond movie. Lost in his own delusions, he didn't realize his encroaching problem before the sweet, comforting voice of Google declared, "You have reached your destination,".

Looking forward, he realized he was running out of rooftop. The building that housed the Sentinel HQ was just in front of him, and much, much taller than the roof he was running along. Luckily, just then, he heard the pings of several Orbs popping back up on the radar. One seemed to be lagging behind, slowed by a chunk of taxi taillight, but he didn't need all 12. Looking up at one of the very few open windows on the building before him, he realized he only needed six.

Whereas Tony and his goon were rapidly slowing, Flynn only poured the last of his strength into his sprint, propelling himself even faster than before. The Orbs reached his position just as he leapt off the very edge of the roof. Time seemed to slow for him as he gave the mental input...

Configuration: Transmit.

Looking down at the concrete so far below him, all the way up to the building, he knew he had to get this exactly right. Three Orbs pulled up to for the exit portal, the other three plummeting just barely faster than he was. His odds weren't looking fantastic. Thankfully, the input succeeded, the entrance portal forming flush with the concrete just before he was about to go splat, he phased right through. With that ever-strange sensation of gravity shifting instantly on your body, he was flying through the air, the momentum of his fall sending him soaring up, up, right through the open window he was aiming for. Just before he curled up, bracing for impact, hr heard a light tone from the inside. Curious.. was that an elevator?

Hitting the ground with a grunt, the remaining momentum sent Flynn tumbling over and over himself, finally stopping when he slammed into the doorway that had just opened up, revealing the robot Creatrix and his entourage of characters. Wonderful. Looking up with a long groan, he waited for his vision to clear before smiling groggily. "Well... hello then. Am I late?"

And, of course, just then, the clock struck 12. It was high noon.

Location: Sentinel HQ Meeting Room
Interacting With: @Jin Of ManaNosferatu, @UrsaneDecker

Two minutes after Mamba entered the room, another hero finally makes it on into the meeting room. This one looks more like a sterotypical vampire to most in the room. Of course, this isn't really a simple pretty boy vampire, no no, this one is more traditional. Creatrix simply looks up to see him coming in.

"Greetings one and all, excuse my late appearance if it is so." he then says.

"Greetings," Creatrix repeats to him like he did with everyone else, "You must be Roth The Red, aka Nosferatu. Welcome to the team. Please take a seat if you may, and uh... please no biting the members will you?"

Of course, what Creatrix said at the end was simply a joke as he chuckles twice. Surely he knows that this vampire was much more civilized then what he's seen in fiction... right?

"For my arrival took longer than expected.... Though I have to say, protocol for my transfer was a bit overboard if you ask me..."

"If only this base could move..." the robot simply whispers to himself as he continues checking his pad.

Regardless, some more time passed by, until suddenly a male teenager can be tumbling over and over himself, finally stopping when he slammed into the doorway that had just opened up. The robot didn't move his head until the very last member to arrive spoke.

"Well... hello then. Am I late?"

It was then Creatrix simply looked at the clock and then in his direction.

"No." the robot replies nonchalantly, "Right on time actually. You must be Flynn Lesline, aka Decker. Welcome to the team. You're the last person we've been waiting on. The commander will be here any minute so please take a seat."

Indeed, the commander was already on his way via the elevator... it will only take a hot minute before he arrives to the meeting room.

"Oh just peachy I think.... Yes just peachy," Scorn replies to J.J's question, where the pirate also chuckled at that answer, "I mean this is all better then the previous room I was stuck in so can't complain much I guess. Ah but manners, where are they? My name is the ever so lovely Scorn or I guess Ada could do as well though I much prefer my code-name."

"Ah nice to meet ya lass," Jeanne replies back with a friendly smile, "I'm the jolly ole' pirate queen, Jeanne Vicky Jones, or ya can simply call me Jeanne or J.J, if that makes it more comfortable."

At the same time, Nosferatu came into the picture, greeting the entire gang, only to end his focus specifically upon Scorn. Jeanne saw this of course, and wondered if he was looking at her simply due to surprise... or an old friend? She didn't know of course, but perhaps she could ask Scorn?

But just before the Pirate Queen considered asking her, the commander finally shows himself from the elevator.

Richard Hamilton

"Archangel"

Location: Sentinel HQ Meeting Room
Interacting With: Everyone

As the elevator opens, the commander reaches to the doorway, finally revealing himself to the entire audience that will be the future of the Sentinels. He shows himself as a 6’4” tall caucasian male with light-blue eyes, brown hair, and a grey business suit. Thankfully, he didn't see Decker's almost disastrous entrance as he looks over the crowd. It was time to finally introduce himself.

"Ladies and Gentlemen," he announces in a calm but deep voice, "Future heroes... welcome to the Sentinel Program. Some of you I already know, and to those of you who I've fought with, it's an honor to be on your side once again. To those of you who may not know me, my name is Richard Hamilton, codename, Archangel. I'm the commander and leader of this program, the reason you all are here. Now, as much as niceties are important for getting a high functioning team together, you all will have time for them a little later. Please, everyone take a seat."

As they do so, Archangel slowly walks over to the very end of the table, glancing and inspecting the cast of characters that are set out in the room. All have the potential of becoming a real hero, no matter their power, backstory, or the like. As he stand by the end, he presses a red button that reveals a large hologram of the base at the middle of the table, which also show the other functions and locations from inside.

"As we all know," he states as he points to the hologram, "We are sitting inside one of the most elite and powerful defense Headquarters in the world. This is where you'll be staying and working in creating a better and safer world for all of humanity and the entire globe as a whole. Ever since the War ended thirteen years ago, terrorist groups have been popping all over the globe at an alarming pace. From the notorious Talon organization, to the cunning Xcalibur mini-group, with every group created from under our noses, the more dangerous the world becomes, we having little to no warning on when they'll strike next and where. Not even the UN's military task force can completely stop them..."

"This is where we come in. The Sentinel program was designed to combat and take down these threats as quickly as possible. Equipped with the most advanced tech in the world, the best soldiers, the best minds, and with five other sister HQs located around the world, from the United States, to Argentina, China, Australia, South Africa, and India, with this base here in London, England, being the home of them all, we have what it takes to maintain peace and justice throughout the world and maintain peace. We may not completely stop the threat of the terrorists for good, as some may still rise, but we're going to try our damn best to do so. The world depends on us."

The hologram closes as he looks upon the people once more.

"As for current missions and objections," Archangel says, wanting to close the introduction, "I am not a fan of simply sending you all on a mission just minutes into your stay. However, I will assign you all into groups for the upcoming missions tomorrow. For now, enjoy your stay and relax. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them now."

"Oh a pirate, fascinating," Scorn replied genuinely curious. She had just taken the fashion she wore as odd taste but learning she was indeed a pirate made a bit more sense in the long run of things. She would of spouted off a thousand questions to her if she couldn't help but have the feeling that she was being watched slightly.

She hadn't taken notice before but one of the more recent arrivals stared at her. Something he said caught her ear, about his transport. So it seemed she wasn't the only criminal to be forcefully recruited. She returned to the conversation at hand seeing how J.J. seemed to about to speak when their pleasant conversation was interrupted by the latest arrival. The big head behind this little club.

He gave his little speech on what the program was about and why they were all there. Bunch of stuff about keeping the world safe and such. She couldn't say she was pleased about waiting, she did want a little action but it made sense to wait a day rather then thrusting a bunch of people into a tense situation without knowing skills of who you would be working with.

Once Archangel was done with his riveting speech, Scorn went back to the conversation as previously being discussed as if never being interrupted."So a pirate? Like the swashbuckling kind or the more gun wielding Somalian type?" Scorn asked J.J. Of course she was also curious about the other woman who had been the original person to approach her.

and Epsilon-12

Location: Sentinels HQ, London
Interacting With: Creatrix @Lmpkio, Jean-Luc @Awesomoman64

Antoinette removed a silver flask from the inside of her jacket, twisting off the lid and placing it to her lips while Creatrix spoke. The robot mentioned that the others possessed abilities that would make them great assets in the fight. Taking a swig of her bourbon, Antoinette scanned the room once more. A few more familiar faces joined in, as well as some new ones. It was hard to believe that these people possessed the potential to be members of the Sentinels. Not that Antoinette really cared; she was just trying to have some fun.

"Regardless, I'm happy to contribute to the cause." She was about to take another swig of her drink when one of the young men she insulted spoke up.
"Oh dear. Someone should call any nearby nursing homes and see if they are missing a patient because I think she just wandered in." Antoinette's attention shot from Creatrix to Jean-luc, an almost pleased smile plastered across her face. With her spare hand, she pointed at him while looking back at Creatrix.
"I like this one. He's got spunk. Needs to work on his comebacks a little more; it was a little flat." Behind her, Epsilon had been staring at Jean-Luc from the moment he had addressed Antoinette. The light in her visor pulsated and anyone could see how tense the machine was. As if reading her mind, Antoinette spoke to Epsilon while looking at Jean-Luc.
"Oh would you relax? We're just having some fun. There's no threat here. Stand down." Hopefully Jean-Luc didn't take offense to the fact that Antoinette had just practically called him non-threatening. The intention was only to ease Epsilon, not pick a fight. At the command of her master, the light in Epsilon's visor dimmed and she resumed a more laid back, casual stance.
"Understood." replied Epsilon, just as Archangel entered the room and gave his speech.

At the end he asked if there was any questions and Antoinette briefly considered if she should ask if the headquarter still had a bar. Though that would probably be more appropriate for someone else, and not the leader of the Sentinels. She sat and listened, waiting for the others to pose their questions before the meeting adjourned.

Christopher Mozrick

Sergeant

Location: Sentinel HQ
Interacting with: No one in particular

After Christopher was done with his introduction for Creatrix, he heeded Creatrix's advice and looked for a spot to sit down. After sitting down, Christopher began to examine each person in the room. These people were going to be his teammates, so it seemed necessary to obtain a first impression from observation. There were a few who appeared to be well suited for combat, such as the intimidating and rather highly-advanced Mech Fortress. As for many others, however, he could not get an accurate analysis from them. All he could tell was that their strengths lay in other fields of expertise. Christopher ultimately decided to make further observations on the battlefield, where he could get a more accurate observation of their strengths and weaknesses in combat. After a period of time, Christopher was greeted with the sight of another former Sentinel: Richard Hamilton, or Archangel as he was called back then. Richard began to introduce himself to everyone within the room, as well as introduce the Sentinel Program to them. Christopher listened intently, making sure he missed nothing. All in all, though, the meeting was not of significant importance, as they had been told at the end to simply relax and wait for tomorrow. As for questions, Christopher had none, so he simply sat back and allowed others to do so.

Belinda raised an amused eyebrow when a woman dressed as a pirate joined them. Belinda had never seen a real life pirate before, so it proved to be an interesting occasion. When they got around to introductions, Belinda was determined to not fall behind on the subject. "Great to meet you both, Scorn and J.J. My name's Belinda, by the way," Belinda introduced herself. Before the conversation could travel any further, however, the commander had arrived, who made an announcement about the Sentinel Program and the various terrorist groups that had appeared over the years. Ultimately, though, no one was getting any action today, as they were all told to enjoy themselves and relax, which sounded just fine to Belinda. Returning to the conversation, Belinda looked over at J.J., waiting for get response to Scorn's question.

Roth the Red

Nosferatu

Location: London HQ
Interacting With: Archangel @Lmpkio,

Roth listened silently, taking no heed to even the words Creatix spoke. Not only due to Archangel interrupting before response chance was given, but Roth simply wished to remain quiet on that comment which Creatix made. Roth would have to learn how to interact or get along with robots or mechanical beings. Throughout his past, very little interaction had been between himself and non-organic life. However, Roth did manage to speak after Archangel inquired of anyone's questions on the matter at hand.

"Where will we be staying until our mission takes place? Also, between now and then, is there any resource to nourishment for yours truly?? A man of my stature, as you know, doesn't partake in normal cuisine.... So i'd hate to find out I have to seek out my prey..." A wicked smile entered his expression during the last bit of speaking. Also his sentence was ended with a faintly sinister chuckle.

Primal parts still existed within this lanky fellow. Finally beginning to realizing himself to be out of prison, Roth starts to stretch while awaiting a response. While limbering up, countless pops and cracks faintly entered the room, truly displaying how cooped up he was previously. An sigh of utter relief escaping as freedom was being more and more embraced. Finally, during this whole time, Roth carefully scanned the room and all it's faces within. Studying all briefly, yet permanently imprinting said sites within his mind. Hopefully no negative conflicts would arise between himself and teammates. Although it wouldn't be the first time someone found Roth's 'lifestyle' or 'existence' what one could call 'troublesome' or even 'vile'.

Jean-Luc Rivière

Spectre

Location: Sentinel HQ

Interacting With: @Leslie HallAntoinette

Jean-Luc simply gave a slight eyebrow raise to Antoinette’s comment on his reply. He had little concern what level his comebacks were at; afterall he wasn’t trying to be a comedian. After she spoke however Jean-luc couldn’t help but notice the robot that came with her was staring at him. Naturally, he stared back. As the two lock...eye? Jean-Luc felt a bit of worry as he realized the robot might have felt threatened. Really? An exchange of banter was enough to set this thing off? He began to wonder what disaster might unfold should someone accidentally bump into them.

The doctor quickly assured the machine there was no current threat which quickly put it at ease. Before anything else could be said, Archangel, the man they had been waiting for, stepped off the elevator. He gave was essentially a glorified pep talk, going over what was going on in the world, why they had been assembled, and finally ending with their first instructions being pretty much get to know each other. Though Jean-Luc would have prefered being given dossiers on everyone instead, he knew they would be doing more than a single job and getting to know each other on a personal level would be beneficial.

With now being the time for questions, Jean-Luc really only wondered where their quarters would be as the receptionist had mentioned his things would be there. Luckily he wasn’t alone as Roth spoke up before him and asked the very same question.

Adam Harper

The Sight

Location: En route to sentinel HQ, on top of a building a kilometre away.

Interacting with: Scorn- @Argetlam350, J.J- @Lmpkio, Mamba- @Scarifar

"God, ive forgotten how warm this thing is..."
On the top of a nearby building, gazing down on the meeting place a kilometre or so away, was a man with a suitcase, stuffing what appeared to be a black suit into it, while wearing something that made him look like some sort of robot. He was technically not supposed to be up there, and in hindsight, deciding to change on top of a building was probably not the best idea. Even so, it was probably better than a restroom. He couldnt be seen wearing his science fictionish suit, due to the bounties still on his head and the mass murder thing that he was accused of. Hell, even showing his face in public was a risky choice to make, but he had long decided to risk it. If this chance was not a elaborate trap, it might be just what he needed to get out of hiding. And kill people. And invent again.

And if it was a trap...he would kill them. And go back into hiding. And probably invent some more. What a simple life.

Finally managing to get the suit back on, he looked at his helmet. It looked a lot smaller and more cramped than he remembered. Would it still fit? Did he really need to hide his face in ther...no. It would make a good first impression. His dad had taught him that those were always important. Plus, the featureless mask did add a element of menace. He had always appreciated that.

After the suit, it was the various weaponry. Gauss handguns, grappling hook, carbon nanotube knife and sword, he decided to keep his mist canisters in his briefcase. Finally, he put his helmet on. Surprisingly, it still fit fine. Wonderful.

Standing on the edge of the building, he slung the briefcase over his shoulder and proceeded to jump off. A dozen metres down, he grabbed a nearby balcony, let the motors in his arms cushion the impact, before dropping again. This time, he landed in an alleyway, this time the motors in his legs cushioning. Not to say it didnt hurt. The building was higher than he expected, and he felt a jolt of pain in both his legs, almost making him fall over. God, he was really out of practice. He missed the old firing range for the new knights...you could fire just about anything there at any target you wanted. Holograms were such wonderful things.

Easing the pain out of his legs, he broke into a run. Keeping to alleyways and away from people. Finally, he reached the HQ. Or rather, where he had been told to meet.

"...this better not be a trap. Or im killing everyone in there."

To be honest though, he was pleasantly surprised. This place was clearly expensive, so these sentinel people evidently werent fooling around, plus, it had big glass doors. Adam liked big glass things. Walking up the staircase, he suddenly felt slightly overdressed. Maybe he could have left his sword at his hotel, along with possibly one of his guns...

"...is that a pirate?"

Walking towards the source of his surprise, he looked at her for a minute, his helmet giving none of his facial expressions away.

"So, what can you do? I dont see many ships around here. Or did you manage to put yours on wheels?" He smirked. Looking at the other two, he laughed. "And your crew includes someone who does with paint what decomposition will do better, and...someone relatively normal and cheerful looking. Figures..."

With this, he pulled his helmet off. With a bunch of strange people here, this couldn't be anything but real. Plus, he felt that his helmet was making him look foolish.

"Archangel"

Location: Sentinel HQ Meeting Room
Interacting With: @Jin Of ManaNosferatu, @VulkanSight, Creatrix, (And Everyone Else)

Most of the heroes didn't seem to have any questions regarding the Sentinels. However, one person had an important question to address.

"Where will we be staying until our mission takes place? Also, between now and then, is there any resource to nourishment for yours truly?? A man of my stature, as you know, doesn't partake in normal cuisine.... So I'd hate to find out I have to seek out my prey..." the vampire asks as wicked smile enters his expression during the last bit of speaking, ending with a faintly sinister chuckle.

Ah yes. A vampire only feeds on one thing. And it seemed to be a tricky subject for one to talk to. But Archangel has gotten that covered.

"Ah yes," he answers as if the question didn't weird him out, "I figured you'd ask that question. Believe it or not, I've made arrangements with a friend of mine from the local butchers to supply you with blood from the livestock. Cow, pig, chicken, any kind of animal that is found in a farm is all available for you as special bags for your consumption. And sorry, but no human blood will be served, unless I happen to find a spare blood bag in the infirmary, and if I do, I will notify you personally."

"And I almost forgot..." Archangel announces to the entire group as he activates the hologram of the HQ and zooms in on the east building, "You will all be staying in your own private rooms in Building C. Your rooms are basically your own apartment homes, with running water, electricity, and a few other luxuries. You are to meet back here at approximately 10 am tomorrow pronto... and with that, you are all dismissed."

But as he dismisses the heroes, someone else comes into the room. It appears to be a soldier of some sort, much like Sergeant, only more dressed in black military armor. As he approaches, Archangel glances over him calmly, his hands behind his back as he looks at this late-comer.

"I was wondering where you were Mr. Harper," he replies calmly. He then turns to Creatrix. "And I thought you said everyone was present and accounted for?"

The ex-Sentinel robot seemed to be slightly startled as he looks at the boy and back to his list. He saw no sign of Harper's name, until he checked the very bottom of the list, showing both his full name and code name.

"O-Oh." Creatrix replies a bit flusteredly as he looks at the commander and back at the boy, "It appears that I've missed his name at the very bottom. My apologies. You must be Adam Harper, aka: The Sight. Welcome to the team. You'd want to talk to Archangel about~"

But as he fades out, he realizes the boy had interests in someone else entirely.

Location: Inside Sentinel HQ

"Oh a pirate, fascinating," Scorn replied genuinely curious before having to put her conversation on hold due to Archangel's presence. After he finished however, she continued talking to Jeanne as if nothing happened, but not until Mamba introduced herself first.

"Great to meet you both, Scorn and J.J. My name's Belinda, by the way," she greets getting a wave and nod from Jeanne. Then Scorn asked her own question to the Pirate Queen.

"So a pirate? Like the swashbuckling kind or the more gun wielding Somalian type?" she then asks.

"Oi oi," J.J replies, "Waddya think eh? O' course I ain't wanna those Somalian bastards. I'm a traditional mate! I mean, check out the uniform."

Suddenly, she gets interrupted once again by the newcomer that just entered the room.

"...is that a pirate?"

Jeanne's attention then turns to him as she moves her upper body and chair to face him. Walking towards the source of his surprise, the boy looked at her for a minute, his helmet giving none of his facial expressions away.

"Waddya think, soldier boy?" she answers his question in a slightly annoyed fashion.

"So, what can you do? I dont see many ships around here. Or did you manage to put yours on wheels?" He smirked. Looking at the other two, he laughed. Jeanne didn't laugh at all though, rather his statement seemed to kinda annoy her a bit.

"And your crew includes someone who does with paint what decomposition will do better, and...someone relatively normal and cheerful looking. Figures..." he then finishes as he pulls his helmet off himself.

"Nah, I have an actual crew." she replies with a hint of being slightly ticked off at his rather rude behavior, "At least I used to that is before I had me second mate use it. But I tell ya, if you be actin' like that in front of em', you're gonna get more than a slap to the face ya know."

She could've said worse to him other then mention the lack of respect the boy seems to have, but regardless she's keeping her composure for the time being. The soldier ought to be glad that she's isn't drunk, or this could be a whole different story altogether.
