Has the ability to control nearby electronics and machines with a thought after augmenting his body with salvaged alien tech. Also mutated from experimenting with steroids and alien DNA giving him incredible strength [max lift roughly 500 tons meaning he can lift a giant skyscraper!] and durability. Super intelligent, constantly creating mutant henchman fused with tech much like himself. The tech augmentations he currently possesses gives him the ability to absorb energy in all forms, redirect energy in the form of powerful energy blasts from his hands, and limited teleportation.

Weaknesses:

Can only stand toe to toe with powerhouses for so long before eventually using tech to teleport out of harms way and back into the comforts of his hidden lab.

Notes: Sandbox villain. Seemingly immortal in that he always comes back. HEAVILY influenced by Apocalypse from Marvel Comics.

Skilled athlete and former agent of STRIKE, giving her training on par with US military. Currently uses tech giving her up to seven additional arms on each side of her body for a total of sixteen arms. The arms are made of the most durable metals and circuitry known to man and she usually equips them before going on the hunt. The arms can bend steel, are bulletproof, and several [but not all] have blasters in the palms of their hands similar to Ironman.

Weaknesses:

With enough strength the arms can be ripped from their adaptor/harness. Kali is still an standard human with standard weaknesses. It should be noted she wears light body armor.
