We’ve been able to gather very little information on Lawrence Kennedy, though what we do have suggests he’s totally jaded to most forms of violence. It is unclear if this comes from his background with violent gangs or his tours in Afghanistan. It should be noted that he was the head of an IED disposal team in both tours and is a certified bomb technician. Direct confrontation is not advised.

We’ve accessed some of his official records, and he has both concealed and open carry permits, and is licensed to own most types of firearms.

There’s very little on the books about this guy. Ex-Army Ranger, honorably discharged in 2014, Army Distinguished Service Cross recipient. All we’ve been able to gather on Kennedy’s criminal character is through unreliable sources, though these sources have stated that he’s a rising arms dealer and demolitions expert. Military history logs have been requested.

This source has also mentioned that he was inducted into the Syndicate following his return from his second tour of Afghanistan, which ended in 2014. Rumors state that he conducted a hit against a Vice Lords admin before he left Chicago for Los Santos, though there is a mysterious lack of evidence to support the claim. Legally, his nose is clean.

He’s been spotted working security at Helmsley Tower on a regular basis. Kennedy is unlikely to be employed there because of gang relations, the entire security force is Ex-Military, and he sits high on the ladder in this regard.

ONLINE HANDLE 'SPROKET'

Addison Tavington, aka Sproket, has very little that interests the Agency given her relative young age; however, her online habits as well as evidence that traces back to her suggests a potential threat in the making. Better to be prepared. Given her lack of interaction with others, a psyche profile has been difficult to put together. From what has been gathered, Addie or 'Sproket' seems to be unhinged and unpredictable which, combined with her affinity for distributing and crafting home-made gadgets and devices suggests a high intellect but little in the way of actual social skills. Perhaps on the spectrum? Cannot confirm. Online conversations suggests general lack of awareness of sarcasm and phone messages suggest the same. Possibly just an act, but habits suggest Addison is genuine, if not in personality then in ability. Past recording indicates a distaste for violence, even simple arguments between parents causes her to mentally and physically 'shut down'. Curious, then, why someone like Addison sells her devices to violent people.

Addison Tavington comes from money which might explain her rather sparse criminal record. Despite only small infractions, Sprocket has been linked to a variety of criminal activities though never on site and with inconclusive or otherwise circumstantial evidence, there's little to build a case around at the moment. Sproket is a known dealer of homemade devices, from the explosive to the distracting, and each of them have been sold to various criminal organizations through proper channels. No digital footprint and no paper trail when it comes to purchases. It's only a matter of time before someone purchases Addison's services permanently. Considering her most recent explosive device resulted in a botched robbery and one dead, Sproket has gone off the grid at present.

A trained counter-terrorist who is hard to break and has faith even tougher. Cooperative to a fault, but extremely difficult to interrogate. Didn't even need to train him. He's a devout Muslim, which naturally influences his behavior. For one, multiple tests have proven that he has never consumed anything pertaining to alcohol in his 36 years of life and doubtful that he will start anytime soon. Markedly remorseless and does not regret any of the brutal killings he has committed. He doesn't really make small talk, but polite to our agents nonetheless. Fluent in Russian, English, Arabic, Chechen and Urdu. Has a thing for professional tennis and Princess Robot Bubblegum.

Family unknown

Even if he is our weapon, what we know of him is limited since he doesn't appear in regular Los Santos records. He was born in Chechnya and at some point was recruited into the separatist movement. He got extensive training in combat and the actions of his faction would have a hand in forcing a ceasefire from the Russian side. For a long time, he was off the grid, but suddenly appeared in Los Santos in 2003, with a Russian Mob entourage. Our agents were tasked with getting in touch with him due to his extensive skills in terror tactics and soon he was quietly recruited as a special agent, our little trump card against the terrorists. Aside from giving him leads to terrorist cells for him to exterminate, he has pretty much free reign.
