whats the limit of the high islands powers: because if he can reform broken glass, can he also just reform entire buildings? is there a point to destroying buildings/causing chaos or is he just going to fix it all each time?

The High Island is careful; he doesn't repair any buildings people or animals are still within, for fear of hurting them. He's got near-complete control of the city's inanimate structures, but using a road to swat a criminal or a building to drop into its basement has major repercussions on the rest of the structures.

Heads up, if you need a doorway on the battlefield, say to have an attacker lunge through it to avoid hitting you, feel free to use them. So long as you're in Alex's line of sight, it's fine, and Alex is towards the back of the fight anyways.

@Polaris North, They're not bulletproof. At least not the rank and file of them. A gun or several guns thoughtfully provided by ECPD, will easily make a human a 1v1 match for a Swarm rat. However, the sheer numbers of the Swarm is why you need Epics and Freaks; Spectrum took out three in a matter of seconds, and she's not even particularly offense-focused as an Epic. More destructive powers could wipe the entire horde out, so feel free to go hog-wild with your powers, guys.

@Mercenary Lord, only if he's willing to cause mass upheaval (turning buildings on their sides or upside-down would be a serious strain on them). But his 'lair' for lack of a better word is about as alien in geometry as is physically possible.

I suppose I should also note that Alex will swap attacking creatures with ones facing different directions when they're about to hit someone, like she did with herself. So feel free to use that as well.
