I want to ask something. As an avatar of Law and Order, and as an extension of Lexus' 'Impartiality' ability, it would make sense that Lexus Dominiel would have 'Truesight'. I have the description from a D&D wiki:

The only difference would be that Lexus cannot see into the Ethereal Plane (since it's questionable whether such a thing even exists in the New World), and cannot perceive the original form of a shapechanger if the shape change is physical. Basically, Lexus would be able to perceive the physical 'truth' behind anything and would not be susceptible to magical illusions or any mind-altering effects.

I realize that this can be highly-offensive to players who have made characters that rely heavily on illusions, which is why I'm laying it out openly and leaving it up to GM discretion. I just feel that such an ability works well with Lexus' theme and should be built into the character.


While certainly annoying for those characters, just like in any MMO. characters have certain builds which counter other characters builds so its not at all outside the realm of possibility. It should be fine as that is the type of NPC the character was designed as.

We can no longer store our items and equipments in our inventory, right?


Well I think for a character's inventory like in most MMOs, yes that would be the case, but if you were able to get your hands on say, an item box like Ainz did, then you could just put items away into that. That being said it could very well be that the item box is in fact the inventory system of Yggdrasil which means everyone could store their junk inside it. In any event, even if the item box was not given to every player right off the bat I'm sure most people could easily acquire one. I'll leave it up to the player to decide if they have one or not.

I just realized something. With the map IceHeart provided, there is no compass rose. So the distinction between directions at the moment is extremely messy... I have no idea why the map maker left that out, since it seems like a fairly integral part of figuring out where you are.

edit;
Anyway, should we just say topside of the map is north and go from there?
Because if Apocalypse now was just north of the Draconic kingdom, we'd be in the bottom right corner, and Slane wouldn't be to the south at all (west actually)

Suggestions on fixing this before we continue?

I just wanted to let you all know that I will be going to GenCon this year and from 8/17 to 8/20 and it is likely I will not be able to post a whole lot in that time. Just wanted to give you an early heads up so you aren't wondering if I vanished off the face of the earth or something.

Small little question (before I post)

Regarding Nyna, I'm pretty sure its ok for me to post again, since all the PCs on the scene have already posted.

Buuuut! I'm a little lost regarding the other group
Too many people, I lost track haha Its ok for me to post again? Maybe get things going (aka, starting heading towards the city together with Selena and Senna (?)

Well things should get easier after a brief time skip and characters split off into groups or go solo.


Given the dry spell over the past few days, folks might be waiting for this. Maybe now (or soon) is the time?

I've been busy the past few days. My brother is going away to Seminary, I had to take a plane to Los Angeles to go to the Polish Consulate to get my national visa so I can work over there and teach English. Quite a few things going on so priorities and all that.

Just need to decide where everyone is going to be after the time skip then we can work from there to set up the locations and stories. Does any group need a city/village that needs to be created/set up? We GM types then will have a base to go off of.

Hmm, well for expedience sake we'll just have it similar to Earth's four seasons, so about 3 months a season. I'd say current season would be...late spring. We're up in the mountains at the moment though, well most of the players anyway, where it can get quite cold and snowy.

My character is going south from the ex guild hall, maybe encounter a few humanoid peasents in the forest north of Dragonic Kingdom. After that he might got some information about so called "Beastman" and he'll far east toward Beastman Country to find answers.

Not the biggest deal in the world, but how is HideYourMen approaching Lexus, December, and Himitsu? They are all flying (or floating) high above the guildhall wreckage. Can I just assume s/he just magically flew up their or is at least speaking very loudly?
