High casual is about what I had in mind as well. Honestly, I only have time for a about 300-500 words most of the time anyway. I don't expect more out of anyone else.

I would say if we could get between five and ten people who were legitimately interested in sticking around for a long-haul RP we'd be in a good position to start building. As long as we could keep the devoted base, the game could keep going as others came and went.

I'm really happy about this sudden burst of interest. One of us will repost the IC in the casual forums.

So hello everyone. Thank you for expressing your interest and joining us.

We are getting close to being able to get the ball rolling. We are aiming for a few days, to weekend.

We are working on locations now. But the city is yours as much as ours and we want people to have a opertunity to being there ideas to life, maybe you want to charecter to run a business or you got a idea for a cool location.

This is because we belive everyone is welcome to add ideas, and help shape the RP to somthing that everyone enjoys.

If you have ideas. I have a example format. It's in thr form of a travel guide, feel free to take a lighter tone. Any picture is more a drawn style. No real life pictures please.

Lengh is about 1-3 paragraphs, this is just a quick snapshot to help people see the concept. This is a longer version but they can be shorter too.

The shining beacon of Sol cities famous Icarus Angels football team, 5 time national champions and said to have a upcoming team of the brightest stars. Enjoy a game in our new stadium, grab a beer, hot dog and be ready to cheer.

But there's more than football. The venue houses the latest in the areas gym facilities catering for everyone from the spin class and yoga groups to the most dedicated of bodybuilders and athletes. If the gym was lacking or you want to cool off the Olympic length pool caters to all from paddlers to those who want to refine their lap times in the local championships.

If all that exercise has you tired, stop by the famous smoothie bar for a recharge and a sit down, watch the city and forget about your post workout aches and pains.

I'll take a swing at coming up with some locations.

Swan Songs:

Located in our beautiful historic district Swan Songs has been Sol’s number one provider of records and tapes since 1976.

“My father Isaac was always adamant that a healthy city is artistically vibrant. And at least to me music is the most important of the Arts” says Rupert Kingsley 44 who inherited the business after his father at the age of 87 retired with his wife Mandy to the sunny shores of Florida in 2004.

Rupert and his staff have curated a large collection of music from all genres; they also offer great selections from both mainstream staples and more eclectic artists. While they do not carry everything ever recorded Rupert ensures us that Swan Songs is always adding new stock and the store would be more than happy to appraise your collection if you wish to sell.

Throughout the years, the shop has offered more than just albums; they have provided a spot for our more musically inclined residents to congregate and perhaps perform. Rupert prides himself on supporting local bands and the windows of the shop are normally plastered with ads for upcoming gigs or “musician wanted” posters. Swan Songs also sell albums, EPs, and singles from local bands and artists; some these great local selections include Lyclene obscurilinea from the post-punk outfit Louis-Pierre Gravel, Bottle Rocket the latest release from the darkwave band Kremlin, and the somber new album from M33 entitled L'Estaque, Melting Snow Once or twice a month the store will transform itself into a live venue for a local or touring band to perform.

“Newcomers to the city are always asking about the local scene and what bands they should check out” says Kingsley “Our helpful staff are always happy to point those folks in the right direction.”

So if you are looking to expand your musical horizons you would be doing yourself a huge disservice by not visiting Swan Songs. They are located on 412 W 18th street next to Café Clover and Lawful Good Gaming.

That's great, perfect example.

Exactly what we want, Venues need to bit social as social RP so we just wanted a few places to keep things fresh, varied and more interesting for all.

I have a 4 page document with 6-7 locations already established, il add yours to that one that we are using for the planning shared between me and Pilatus (not pallets it seems lol )
After that, its simply formatting them all in for the OOC when we roll out.

We are just going a fairly broad North American to Canada setting.

Seattle is kinda roughly our inspiration in some regards so eastern but higher more Northern, abit of a cooler climate.

We leaving it likely at that and not getting overly hung up on exactly exactly where we are locating the city.

So update.
I'd estimate 40% of coding has been done for the OOC with all info in place for that section.

We should have it done in a day to two days approximately. We are not far off.

I've written most of the basic coding like 80-90% and formatting and just needs all the information put into the frames.
