Overrated: Breath of the Wild. That game's best part is the Plateau and then as soon as you leave it it's a steady decline before it all just falls of a cliff into absolute mediocrity of game design.

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice: Ninja Theory is like the David Cage of shitty action games.

Underrated: Contact, the Nintendo DS rgp. It's even more overlooked than The World Ends With You and that's saying a lot.

Also, The Saboteur. One of my favourite Sandbox games of all time, and it was panned by critics, nobody bought it and it killed off it's own eveloper it did so badly. Why? Why did nobody love this game?

Underrated: Contact, the Nintendo DS rgp. It's even more overlooked than The World Ends With You and that's saying a lot.

Also, The Saboteur. One of my favourite Sandbox games of all time, and it was panned by critics, nobody bought it and it killed off it's own eveloper it did so badly. Why? Why did nobody love this game?

I loved The Saboteur. One of the most refreshingly fun games of its type despite it being derivative.

Probably in the minority, but I don't give a horse's cock, Final Fantasy XV is a pretty damn good game and underrated when it comes to fandoms. It did spend too long in development limbo, it did turn out vastly different what was initially shown, I'll concede on those points, it's still one of the "good" FF games, which imo include 8, 6, 4, and maybe XII.

FF is by far the best, but it's beloved by many. In some ways Square Enix is the Video Game equivalent of Disney, just not with sheer networth lol.

PUBG is one of the most overrated games.

I think 15 is overall seen as a good game. I'm super critical of the FF series and even I think overall it is good. Not to say it doesnt have some problems but thats just part of what it is to play these games.

'The Fandom'



Critics and Players seem to have the same mixed response to 15.

Main 4 characters are decent, presentation is nice, combat is good, exploration is pretty good.

Story is bad, Narrative is all over the place, every non main character is annoying, underdeveloped or unnecessary, script is cringe. A few of the main quests are crap.

But overall, I think most would agree the good outweighs the bad, so it's decent.
Better than 8 that's for damn sure.

PUBG is one of the most overrated games.


It's good for what it is, a game basically in alpha stage that has such an addictive solid core concept people play it like its a AAA release.

Praising a creative phenom isn't the same as overrating a bare bones project.

Underrated; The Bouncer

Overrated; Halo


The Bouncer was literally 65% cutscenes and they were not pleasant to sit through.

Agree on Halo, gets critical acclaim for being the first 'next gen' shooter that didn't suck.
