Maybe it's a cultural thing, so excuse my ignorance, but why do people on TV brush their teeth and then eat breakfast? That's the definition of counterproductive and needless to say, orange juice tastes terrible after you brush your teeth. It's an observation that's bothered me for some time now but I never brought it up.

I just discovered I have central heterochromia. My eyes are green with brown near the pupil. I thought my eyes were special because they looked odd to me but before now I never bothered to get a closer look.

My only shirt with any text on it says "Big Gorgeous", which is the name of the band I bought it from. I only bought it because I spent the last few hours shooting my shot with their manager. Though the fabric is delightfully soft.

Ah. This moment was a long time coming, but it finally happened. And it doesn't always happen to everyone. Despite it almost feeling like something to put on a fake "Congrats, you've become a real roleplayer." checklist/bingo card.

But my first RP ghost rose from the grave. (Where one directly addresses you and the RP, after they vanish without word. As opposed to vanishing and returning, while not showing the foresight to speak to your partners in the aftermath.)

A whole 11 months later, I got a 8 character reply, and a "Hi". (In fair context, it's a discord RP, so nobodies writing a novella per post.)

And mind, I chalk this up as a positive experience. Because I immediately think "Oh, neat. They're still alive." So, hell. Better late and never, I always say. Yes, even that late.

The highlight of my day was someone sending me this. (At almost perfect timing too.) And hey, maybe it can be yours too. :D

Maybe it's the pessimist in me, but I don't think I'm anyone's reason to smile. My mother loves me to death, but being she's religious, she'll say things like, "you're my biggest love after God". Normally, no one loves you more than your parents, and I lost mine to a deity.

When I have highs, I feel like I'm untouchable and I'm on cloud fucking 9, but when I have my lows, that's when it gets really bad.

I just got back from the beach.

For those of you who don't know, the beach is my happy place - or at least, that's the easy way of putting it. If I could stay at the beach all day, everyday, I would. I've always felt more at home at the ocean, sort of like it was made for me. I always feel instantly better when I see the water and smell the sea salt. The ocean sort of works like a `reset button`. Whenever things get bad, I try to go there and recharge. Getting away from the general bullshit of every day life and going to where I feel the best is just refreshing. I'm not really that scared of what lurks in the waves. If I get ate by something, so be it. At least I died happy.
