No, there are limitations to where it can connect to, but with the help of some organizations and governments she is connected to an absolutely incredible amount of places.

If it is permission based then she won't have one for us to connect to here, and they probably wouldn't be very open to one. But we could just leave and then make a stop there really quickly, I suppose?

Curtis: Probably would have looked something akin to a fortress of sorts, with a lot more sterile environments inside and spread out over a larger area. Why do you ask?
