My post sets up our first mini-event for Worlds Collide, which will be based in Marvel's favorite city

For those who want a read-ahead:

Brief Synopsis [+]

Fire Trolls attack New York, coming out of the sea in pursuit of young Arthur Curry. Heroes of every level will be required to take on the threat posed by the Fire Trolls themselves, as well as the collateral damage they cause that endangers ordinary New Yorkers (fires, collapsing buildings, etc). And obviously Arthur's in the role of our damsel in distress.

The event will kick off with the next Middle School Monday (Oct. 20th).

Interested participants, just tag me to let me know if you'd like to participate so I can start to formulate a plan around the size of the group we have. I tagged Cyrania and MB because we've discussed this in the OOC previously, but its open to anyone.

@Bounce, I'm fine with the Mutant Registration Act being introduced. I did have plans with the Friends of Humanity, if you don't mind me getting involved. To add, I had in mind Stryker leading the Purifiers after the attempt on his life til it was dissolved in the '90s. Nowadays, he's involved more politically with his political organization (learning towards lobbying but still up in the air tbh).

But right after he turned 14, his mom died and his nearest living relative was Dr. Ichabod Crane of Gotham University. So he found himself shipped over to the strange city to an uncle that really didn't want to deal with a kid while he did his research. Robert though proved that he was worth keeping around by helping convince rich old ladies to give his uncle research money and so he stays, being allowed a fairly free-ranged life as long as he keeps raking in the dough for his uncle. The young Rob has no idea what his uncle is researching, just knows that it has something to do with psychology. But when it is revealed, what will he need to do? P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) ________________________________________________________________________________________ Colonel Robert Hogan from Hogan's Heroes has been a character that for a while now, I've felt would work great as a Robin especially given how he acts within the show. He comes up with a lot of elaborate schemes and devices yet also can't seem to not hesitate anytime he might need to kill someone face to face. Of course, usually my idea would be to put him in as a Robin between Dick and Jason, one that Dick actually willingly passed on the Robin mantle to only for Rob to decide to run away and volunteer to fight as a fighter pilot in WW2 after butting heads with Bruce about the issue. Of course, this roleplay isn't happening even that particular timeframe and doesn't even have Dick yet. But I could still explore some aspects of what I have in mind, such as the pre-Robin to Robin era of him. I'd imagine that I'd start with him getting into Gotham, getting use to life with his uncle while Scarecrow slowly becomes Scarecrow, and maybe gathering teen iterations of his crew among the other kids around him. (Don't worry. Only one, Newkirk, and his sister Mavis would be at all susceptible for adoption). Then Scarecrow would come into his own and reveal his true colors to Robert, Robert would try to go against him, end up with a fear toxin specially tailored for him as Crane doesn't want to lose his cash cow, then gets rescued by Batman and ends up adopted. Which would then be where he transitions into becoming Robin. Whoever ends up playing Batman, I would be willing to work with for the exact details. Main thing I plan is for Robert to be one Batfam member that actually likes galas and socializing.

@Half Pint If it helps you, I plan on utilizing the League of Assassins heavily. So if you wanna chat about it, message me whenever.

Regarding Charles, @Stormyx @mickilennial @Terry Bogard, I envisioned him setting up the academy decades ago and still leading it to the present day, albeit humans still despise him and his X-Men. Other tidbits include that he was in a relationship with Amelia Voght and broke it off due to differences in opinion about mutantkind (she wanted them to hide while he didn't, standard stuff). Tho, how old do y'all think Charles is?

@Terry Bogard, I do wonder what you have planned regarding Krakoa. You can PM me if you don't wanna reveal too much on here.
