Just a quick rundown for those who didn't see it in the Discord;

Pandora is separated into 13 Hierarchical Realms. These are basically states. The Realms are ranked basically in level of relevance to the Librarium. As you can imagine the 11th to 13th Realms are the ones suffering the most from poverty, demon attacks and Rogue Pirate pillaging.

Each Realm is controlled by a Bishop, except for the 1st Hierarchical Realm of Judea. The Capital City-State is run by the Archbishop, who also oversees the other Realm's bishops.

Each Realm is separated into different provinces, each run by an Archdeacon. Then in each Province there are townships and settlements run by Deacons and Vicars.

So if the header was confusing to anyone I hope this explains it. It's just telling you where we are.

@pkkenI'm no GM, but I doubt that the Librarium would know every single pirate. It's usually only the loud of the skilled that make a name for themselves, and even then it'd probably be an alias. Lazulin, for instance, likely isn't recognizable by sight, but given how few devilslayers there are, and how he's likely the only mage in the world with hellfire, the moment he starts slinging fireballs, he'd be pretty easy to recognize.

@Leslie Hall What do you think? Who amongst the Chasers, besides the obvious like S-classes and the Guildmaster, would be well known and targeted by the Librarium.

@Raijinslayer @pkken It may not make a whole lot of sense, but for the sake of not starting out the roleplay with a whole big song and dance of ":O I recognise you from this conveniently placed wanted poster!" the way we're starting is that big-shots like Ambrose are known by name, but not face.

Even the Guild Mark isn't well known, though you'd still probably be better off hiding it.
