What does concentrated rain do to an otherwise unprotected camera? If it's not good, someone might have to carry Zeke out of there.

If his body shielded the camera from the worst of the water, it'll probably be alright. If not.... Then the camera is toast.

@Old Amsterdam I think he would have had it held close to his body as a reference for the drawing he was working on. Since it was described as heavy rain, perhaps the camera's alright. I don't want to have broken Zeke this early in the RPG.

@Zelosse, after a little research, I'm just going to assume that Zeke's parents bought him a weatherproof outdoor camera; waterproof to 15m, freezeproof to -10°C, shockproof to 2.1m. That's apparently a fairly standard level of toughness.
