It seems like she's sort of in the swarm but they're distracted right now so she can kind of slip through a little bit. The rat king probably wouldn't be near the medic team because they'd be running away from it.

Well I mean, if he's impaled then we can sort of just slam him into the ground and hold him there. All he can do after that is telekinesis which is probably a lot now that I think about it.

Honestly, I have serious doubts about the Rat King surviving this, weak spot or not. I'm also pretty sure I know where the weak spot is, but since Magus is off stopping a bank robbery in another part of town, there's nothing I can really do about that.
