I understand needing some solid continuity and basis for actions taking place, but all that matters is what @Agent 47 says happens or does not happen. Their input should solve the issue without incident. I hope. I will wait until they respond to finish my post.

The 911 call was in fact made, yes. But the information given in that call is pretty far from the truth.

Little to no police. A few might show up but if it was a real gang shootout it's not likely they would be able to do anything until the bullets stoped flying.

As for why you don't want to let said shootout run its course. It's an apartment building. People live there. Bare minimum some of them will have their families in the building. To say nothing of rounds leaving the building and possibly hitting people outside.

The Saints may not be able to avoid killing the same way as the Justice League does. But they can can still try to save as many lives as possible while making sure justice is served.

@Silvan HavenFrom what Enalais wrote, it seemed like the gang owned the apartment and that no innocents lived there. That apartment was the base of operations for that one gang.

This time, he sat outside a bloc apartment. He had been watching the comings and goings pretty intently, this place was a safe haven for members of his cartel. Death row was a shitty place yeah, but it was helluva place to run a gang. The man who had formerly been dubbed the black cat, decided now was his time to get in, get some of his shit, and get out.

So unless the mission is to snuff out a gang, which makes more sense, then yeah. But I was only trying to highlight how "innocents" weren't ever mentioned being involved. Therefore, they aren't really rescuing anyone just involving themselves in thug politics.

I think the point of preventing gang shootings is not to save gang member lives, but to stop the gang from spreading. Better a bunch of tiny weak gangs then one that controls an entire area. And if there are innocents, then they can be saved.

@Aphelion Well, I have a few ideas for abilities, and a couple characters ready for those abilities to be slapped onto. I was planning on applying for two characters if allowed. I'd sent 47 a pm about it earlier, and I guess they didn't have time to get back to me when they got on again a bit ago.
