Close to exact, but there are plenty of rival NPCs. I was originally going to add them into the opening post, but figured it would've been too much information.

COuld always make a post in the Characters Tab called something like, NPCs:, or something. Where you stuff all the important non-players into categories or hiders or somethin'.

Unless of course you want to introduce them all through the IC and force people to remember those characters on their own after meeting them.
