Mierno: this substance just appwared like 20 minutes ago. I was hanging out with some friends when a strange man appeared. He turned into this, and it kidnapped one of my friends. With me being affiliated with the EDB, i did my best to study it. But without proper tools, well... you know. Thats why I said it was an EDB related issue. Standard protocol before revealing any details.
