He's a washed up celeb making his way back to the top, who also obtained esxtensive political, business, and military knowledge throughout his days. The man has a singing voice from heaven, and a body so hot, you'd think he just came from hell. He currently is a general in the EDB, as well as a full-time Singer for the post-pop/punk band Hijacked Hijinks.

You can develop it through interactions. If you're busy, it doesn't help us knowing if you're not there at all. It's really all the same amount of time.
