The best word to use to describe Jessica's appearance would be eyecatching. She simply looks like an adventurer. It's in her eyes, her face, her attire, and the way she carries herself. She just looks like someone who's ready to jump up and start having some fun. She kinda has the look of a tomboy, but still has plenty of features that show her feminine side. She has short hair, muscles, and usually has a bruise or some dirt/grease on her face. All coming from her upbringing out in the mid-western parts of the US. Features on her such as scars and very bruised knuckles suggest that she gets into fights a lot. Jessica has a muscular and lean physique that comes from her powers. She does work out in attempts to get even stronger. That's not to say that she has massive bulging muscles. If she were to show some skin, people would get impressed with her build. She has six-pack abs, hardened through physical exercise. She has mighty long limbs, lengthy arms and legs. With large hands and feet. Other than her muscles, she has plenty to flaunt. Long legs with thick thighs and calves, impressively large c-cup breasts (Pushed up with her bra to look bigger), a well toned rump. She certainly looks feminine with these features. Her height isn't that much taller than other girls, she stands at the average female height.

Jessica is a redhead, and it's easily one of her most striking features. She has a face splattered with freckles, along with some on her upper body - and speaking of her skin, it's rough and calloused, giving people the impression that she is the type who's on the move constantly. It's a beige color, and splattered with some freckles, along with some scars. There's a scar on her cheek, right under her eyeball, that goes to the lower part of her jaw. It's red, fleshy, and ugly. More importantly, fresh - it's obviously a recently dealt wound. She also has several other scars on her body, but fortunately no where near her face.

She is quite obviously Caucasian. A little blend of Irish, Scottish, and Russian. Which gifted her with bright-orange hair, cut short, and very wavy and wild. It's styled like a cropped pixie-cut, with the sides of her head shaved. It's maintained to the best of her ability - which she has a bit of trouble doing herself. So she usually gets a friend to help her style it. Aside from her hair, Jessica has rugged facial features, and lean her on the tomboy side. She has a, thin, diamond shaped face, with sharp features. Most notable part of her face is that she has large rosey cheeks, that are covered in freckles. She has a very sharp jawline, with a round chin that blends very well with it. Jessica has big, round, eyes, with green irises. Her eyebrows are thick, and her eyelashes are quite thin. She has a large, upturned nose, that is fairly round, and has a very thick nose bridge, and two wide nostrils. Jessica's ears are somewhat large, aren't disproportionate to the rest of her face. They stick out somewhat. Lips are medium size, and far from pronounced. They have a healthy size and thickness. However, Jessica's appearance has a touch of the beast. A small touch. She has two, white, horns on her forehead that curve upwards. This has given her appearance a touch of the beast.

This is totally sterotypical, but Jessica has a cowgirl style. This is mostly because of the wide-brimmed cowboy hat that she's always seen wearing. Usually she would wear a matching T-shirt, polo-shirt, or button-up. The usual pattern is plaid and checkered shirts, along with jeans that are almost always blue. She usually gets the one that's a few sizes too large for her, because she finds that a bit more comfortable. She's almost never seen without a pair of boots - sometimes cowgirl boots. Jess is certainly a fan of vintage jackets, too. She dresses like a 80's highschool jock, stemming from a fascination with those old 80's highschool movies. She constantly wears a 80's Varsity Letterman Jacket, of various colors. She usually gets the one that's a few sizes too large for her. Her favorite jacket is a red and navy blue jacket.

Powers
Enhanced Strength & Durability.

Jess here is the Female Hercules! In case you haven't gotten it from her history section, Jessica's power is that she has unrivaled (So far) strength. Because she has a higher muscle mass, her muscles are capable of easily exerting supernatural amounts of force, and are extremely durable. She has enough strength to throw cars with ease, send someone flying with a kick, and punch through concrete. Jessica can lift around six-thousand and two-hundred pounds at most. Which is enough to lift up two cars, and make sure that anyone who takes a direct blow from her isn't going to get up for awhile. Because of her strength, the muscles in her legs are also capable of carrying her further. She can run faster, and jump higher. Of course, Jessica needs a power to work in the background of this incredible strength. She is insanely tough to boot. Her skeleton has been reinforced in order to support the weight, her tendons and ligaments can't be torn easily, and her skin is rough, and hard to pierce. She's capable of easily shrugging off a weak ass baseball bat, basic blows, or a knife, like it's nothing. Though, bullets (Especially high caliber) would still pierce through her normally. To supplement these abilities even further, she also has a higher stamina.

Enhanced Smell.

Comparable to a dog, Jess' smell has been increased by at least a hundred times. She can smell in great detail, and easily track scents using her nose alone! That's pretty much it.

Limits/Weaknesses.

Unless she throws something, Jessica will be restricted to close ranged combat. While she's strong, she's still limited by her stamina. Excessively lifting objects places a strain onto Jessica. Like average humans, her muscles will tire out after doing it a lot. It's rather for her to overexert herself, and feel burnt out. Fighting at full strength isn't exactly ideal. While Jessica is tough as nails, she still feels pain. A punch can't hurt her normally. Her durability mostly prevents physical attacks from hurting her, elemental (Specifically Energy) attacks are effective against her. Getting set on fire isn't pleasant (Her blood might boil!), electricity would knock her out, and etc. And, you know, she still needs air.

The first trade off comes when you realize that she doesn't exactly know her own strength. While this might not be a huge problem in a fight, it certainly makes the mundane tasks harder to preform. She can easily break her items if she isn't careful, or accidentally hurt someone. This doesn't normally come into play since she has a grasp over her strength, but if angry or not paying attention, that's when she has the problems. The next weakness she has is that she's much, much, stronger than she is tough. If you realize what that means, then is very possible for her to break her hand with a full force punch, or break her joints by lifting up something that's too heavy. When Jess uses her strength, then she has the likelihood of tearing up her bodily tissues. Which would cause some problems. It would also cause plenty of joint pain, and impair her healing. Jess also doesn't have the best balance. Throwing a roundhouse kick is just as likely to knock herself over. Finally, muscle is pretty heavy, and it adds onto her weight. It makes her heavier than most people.

Skills

Jessica has a talent for all out brawls. She was taught by her father how to box, and how to fight dirty. Skills that were honed in various street fights, to perfection. In combination with her strength, she's one kick ass fighter. She boasts she has an ability to knock someone out in one punch. Earlier in her life, Jessica is pretty good at Soccer. She's a big Soccer nut. This won't come into play, but Jessica knows horseback riding, and how to tend to farm animals. Finally, Jess worked for her father as a assistant car-mechanic for a few years. She won't be pulling any miracles, but she knows her way around a car. Jessica has always been one that's been fiddling with a guitar. She knows hows to play a bass guitar. Though, it's a even greater talent how she learned to stop breaking them.

Personality

Cheerful, playful, and very laid back, is what she comes across to her peers. She's far from the super aggressive Amazon that most people assume her to be. She tries her best to be the big fun people that everyone should be around. The one that tries to keep herself and everyone around her chippy as possible. People get the feeling that she acts nice, dorky at times too. It's rare to see her get angry at all, she casually brushes off any asshole that approaches her, and very rarely takes them seriously. Though, if she does get angry, she's very hard to calm down. She's a terrifying berserker. It stems from her arrogance, that they are no problem, only background noise. Speaking of her arrogance also causes her to drastically underestimate her threats. Because of her strength, she feels that she can take everything out in one punch. If she does get into a fight, she tends to drag things out and show off her strength. Like it's a show. To Jessica, she sees things as a competition, or a game, and she views herself as the champion of them all. Which is why she's so willing to fight anybody - but mostly the strongest. Because, to her, she's the grand champion that can take anyone. In casual situations, this attitude isn't so pronounced, but people may be quick to note how she looks down on them, and speaks as if she's better than they are.

However, she takes loses surprisingly well. She just uses it as motivation to get better, and tells herself that she'll win next time. But, Jessica is the kind of person who'd accept all challenges - fights or not. She's quite optimistic, to the point of idealism. Which paves way to a bit of naivety. She doesn't think too hard about things, and takes things at face value. If someone knows enough about her, she can be pretty easy to manipulate. However, she can be a bit of a problem to order around.

Despite these traits, Jessica takes time to have plenty of fun outside of brawling other Metas. She'll go out for a drink with you, go bowling, or just chat. Jessica is nice and playful to everyone she meets - very laid back and warm. She has social skills down pretty well. She tends to crack playful jokes at people, whether it's at their expense or not. In return, she has surprisingly thick skin. She doesn't sweat things, and just keeps it moving. Jessica is openly bisexual - or more accurately pansexual. She doesn't care who she gets with - but she never forms any long term or meaningful relationships. They're all just quick bangs. When sitting down with friends, Jessica always has some sort of wild story to tell - whether or not they're true. She's surprisingly open with her friends - especially about her past. She affirms that she has nothing to hide, and it wouldn't her if they knew a little bit more about her.

Jess is incredibly adventurous, and is always willing to go on some sort of journey at the drop of the hat. This also leads into her trying more adventurous and risky acts with other people. Though, Jessica has trouble keeping secrets. She may accidentally drop a crucial piece of information at the drop of a hat. Jessica is a well-intentioned person. She's definitely the kind of person who'd go out of their way to help someone (Though, if it's a fight). She'll never (intentionally) harm an innocent - and if she does, she will feel like shit for awhile. She affirms that she has a sense of justice that'd drive her to help whoever needs it. But, in terms of criminals, and the people she fights, it's all fair game. Jessica has zero problem beating down a room full of armed thugs, where she would never even consider rushing into someone's dining room to beat the living daylights out of them. To her, they're criminals who deserved it, or asked for it, so it doesn't matter what happens to them. Though, she has a strict rule to never kill any under any circumstance.

Bio

Before I start with Jessica's origins, I should begin with her father's, Hagan Rosefey. Back in his heyday, Hagan was the mafia legbreaker and body-guard known as the "Ox King". A man who claimed to be invincible, and immensely strong. With his strength, he defended the Crime Boss of the Noctis Family. Magic-themed villains who owned a chunk of Las Vegas back in the day. He was their most feared employee, since there were few who could counter him. The heroes didn't have the advanced technology and techniques that they did today other than punching. Being the best employee meant he was their most paid. He accumulated a wealth by saving it all up. However, the criminal life wasn't for him, he already got as much money as he needed. There was only a matter of time before he gets killed or arrested. One night, he just up and left. Leaving nothing in his apartment behind. He settled down far away from Highroller Heights and ended up in Houston, Texas, as an auto-mechanic. In the process, he met a woman in a bar named Jessica (Not this Jessica, her mother). Eventually, they married and had a kid, that kid turned out to be the Redhaired Headache, Jessica Sharon Rosefey (Jr)!

Jessica, right from the start, was a hard-headed little git with a knack for starting trouble. She pulled pranks on people, and got into fights... Which she lost because she couldn't pull hair like the other girls. The girl was a limitless pile of energy, and they got her invested in many activities. Mostly the little farm the Rosefeys had. She was an excellent farmhand, and loved animals. However, her father, realizing the danger of the world, decided to teach Jessica how to fight. He was an experienced boxer from his days as a legbreaker. Under his teachings, Jessica, too, became pretty good at boxing. Of course this meant that the git went out and started trouble even more. However, while she inherited his fighting skills, she also inherited superpowers from him. One day, horns grew from Jessica's forehead, and she started exerting a little more strength than a thirteen-year-old girl should. She was tested, and it was discovered that she's a Metahuman with strength and durability buffs. Her father decided to keep a tighter leash around her because, with her power and boxing skills, she could kill someone if she isn't careful. Jessica was trained by her father, and taught how to control her own strength, until it turned out that she could responsibly use it.

Shortly after she received a change. Her mother became pregnant with with twins, and nine months later, she gave birth to the children who will become Warren and Billy Rosefey. A happy child. Jessica accepted her brothers with open arms, and was excited to get to know her brothers. The next few years was going swimmingly. In high school, Jessica met a boy named Andreas on the Soccer Team, and they became the best of friends. They had similar interests in music, fashion, and sports. They got along fine, so Jessica thought about going steady with the boy. This was the best time of her life, the two of them were inseparable. Everyone supported the relationship, and months in, it seemed like they would be together forever. It seemed that way, especially on July 4th. Andreas took Jessica out to see the fireworks on the hill, and they were beautiful. The night was perfect, the mood was just right... It was sudden, but hormones and passion got the best of them. They choose then and there that they were going to take it to the next level. It was going great, but it quickly went oh so horribly wrong. Let's just say that Andreas didn't walk straight ever again.

This was when she was contacted by the River City Academy. Jessica, pushed by her father to be the next big hero. Which she gladly accepted as she went to the academy for the first time.

Zaiden’s suit is crafted from a highly durable liquid armour, which solidifies upon command, bestowing him with immense ballistic protection. The suit is highly maneuverable, and its hyper-advanced head set grants Zaiden superior night vision, and an on-board communicator.

Powers: Genius Intellect.

Skills: Zaiden is a highly trained marksman, with an expert understanding of multiple firearms. His body is in peak physical condition, and he is an apt swordsman.

Personality: Witty and charming, Zaiden has quite the air of sophistication about him. Beneath his smiley exterior, he is cold and ruthless, with a sadistic side which knows no limits. His primary motivator is a combination of intellectual curiosity, and his own massive ego.

Bio: Zaiden Moore was born to William Moore, the CEO of Eden International; the largest Private Military contractors in the world. By age 6, Zaiden had earned a grade 8 commendation for his mastery of the piano. He graduated high school at age 9, and by 13 he had graduated from Columbia University with a major in English Literature.

Zaiden was hired for a paid internship at Eden International, before being promoted to Chief Technology Officer within a matter of months.The young boy’s intellect was unmatched, and the innovative weapons and armours which he helped developed sold for billions.

Zaiden was 17 when super (or ‘meta) humans became known to the public, and was quick to establish his own subsidiary company of Eden, specialising in anti-Meta Human warfare. The soldiers that the young genius supplied were specially trained in how to apprehend superhuman threats, and were equipped with state-of-the-art technology which allowed them to go toe-to-toe with uniquely gifted individuals.

Whilst Zaiden’s public image was one of abhorrence towards superhumans, he was secretly fascinated with them, and used hidden underground labs to conduct twisted experiments on the superhumans that he captured; trying to figure out what separated them from non-powered humans on a scientific level.

One of the workers in Zaiden’s lab leaked classified files to the public domain, and the young man was quickly arrested amidst a wave of public outrage. His father disowned him, and Zaiden was thrown into a maximum security facility.

It was whilst he was behind bars that Zaiden met Benat Hernandez; leader of the infamous Blood Gulf Cartel. The two orchestrated a mass prison riot together, and assumed control of the facility. From there, Benant led Zaiden back to mexico, where he made him a lieutenant inside the organization. The young man spent his time pulling off massively elaborate schemes, and making huge amounts of cash for the cartel, whilst destroying their competition in the process. Ziaden eventually usurped Bernat, and had him dismembered and hung from a bridge.

Zaiden used his vast wealth to construct several front companies, before establishing Brightwater Technologies, under the alias of ‘John Brightwater’.

Brightwater Technologies became one of the world’s leading manufacturers of domestic, leisurely, and military devices; with a mass of factories sweeping across the globe. Zaiden was quick to buy up Eden International, and begin developing his own private army.

With access to limitless wealth, and a vast horde of trained killers, it was then that Zaiden assumed the identity of Evening Star, and set his mind on a single goal…

World Domination.

The so called “Cracked Halo” terrorist cell committed countless atrocities under Evening Star’s command, until they were eventually overwhelmed by graduates of River City Academy.

In an act of spite, Zaiden established Blackwood School and has set about rebuilding his dark army.

The Winter Siblings

Civilian looks:
William stands at a tall 6 foot 3 and has a fit physique with only light muscle that betrays his true strength when channelling the sun. His skin is neither pale nor is it tanned, which brings out his piercing blue eyes somewhat. His hair is black and curly, albeit covered by a cap at most times.

Costume:
William's 'costume' is rather casual. He will often not change the lower half of his clothing, and the top consists of his grandfathers old costume. This is essentially a green sailor's uniform straight from World War 2. It comes complete with a striped cap, another homage to his grandfather.

Powers:
William has, but two notable powers, his control of sunlight and his very slight control of water.

William's control of sunlight isn't in the conventional way that you'd think it to be. He does not fully know how to control or use it and as a result can only channel it through his body.

His control of water ties into this control of sunlight, and he uses it in a variety of ways, most involving bubbles. He mostly always uses bubbles for the sole reason that they are easier to make than say a stream of water or a wave. All he needs is the condensation from the air and a small amount of sunlight and boom, he has what is essentially either a battering ram or a bomb depending on how much sunlight he puts into it.

He is also able to spin the bubbles at increasingly high speed, giving them the ability to cut objects or people if he so chooses to do so. Along with this, he can use the bubbles as a sort of lens for sunlight. In the same way that a magnifying glass will concentrate the heat of the sun into a burning effect, his bubbles would do the same. He could also theoretically connect up the bubbles in a sort of domino effect to further concentrate the sunlight.

William can also use the sunlight itself to buff his own powers. While channelling sunlight William's strength, speed and durability are increased exponentially, to the point of being comparable to that of some superheroes. He is also able to nullify small amounts of pain because of this buff, for example, he could relax and dislocate his arm in order to send a far reaching punch towards his enemies.

A limitation of William's sun based powers is his breathing. He must maintain a constant flow of breathing in a pattern taught to him as a child. Any variation to this pattern for an extended period of time will result in his powers deactivating and leaving him to fend off attackers with his water based powers.

Weakness wise, William is essentially only human without his sunlight. Even with the enhanced durability, a punch from a super strong person will still hurt like hell and may stagger or even send William flying depending on how strong the person is.

Skills:
William is a skilled boxer and was considering attempting to become professional before he became a hero. Along with this, he is quite skilled in out-doorsy things like gutting fish and starting fires as a result of his time camping with his father in his youth. He also learned to sew at a young age, in order to help his sister with her dress making and whatnot.

Personality:
Optimistic and kind, William is not the type to get mad very easily. In fact, he is about as patient as it gets and annoying him takes more than what you'd expect, just ask his sister who has tried on numerous occasions to get a reaction out of him that wasn't ambivalence or laughter.

If there was a word above loyalty it would be used to describe him. He is loyal to his family, friends and especially his morals. He's the type of guy who'd put his life on the line to save a stranger.

There is one thing that is sure to immediately anger him though. Insulting or doing anything harmful to his sister. His anger is far different from most people's though, it more stoic and serious than it is rage filled and emotional. Rather than sprinting over in a rage filled flurry of punches and kicks, William is a lot more deliberate with his movements. Instead walking slowly and calculating every possible thing he could do in the situation.

Charly stands at 5 foot 8 and has a slim physique. Her skin is rather pale, and matches well with her pale blonde hair and her hazel eyes. Her hair is tied into several ponytails with spherical hair clips.

Powers:
Charly possesses the power of life manipulation and creation. Don't worry it's not nearly as overpowered as it sounds. The most use of this object comes from Charly's ability to turn inorganic objects into organic ones. Namely small animals and plants. For example, she could turn a pen into a garden snake or a gun into a frog. If someone were to attack one of these small animals, the amount of damage they would have inflicted onto the animal would be inflicted back onto them. Along with this, she can heal small wounds such as cuts and gashes if she so pleases.

She is also able to speed up the ageing of various things based on their consciousness, sapience and sentience. For example, she is nowhere near powerful enough to age a human past a few seconds. And even then, doing that would wear her out to the point of needing immediate rest. The thing she finds easiest to speed the ageing of are plants and trees. She can make a tree go from the prime of its life to death within a matter of seconds. For this reason, she often carries seeds and whatnot around with her.

While it would take her a great amount of effort to age a human fully, she is able to damage any humanoid with something she calls the 'Life-Shot'. Essentially she channels a great deal of life into the tip of her finger and fires it at her opponent. Wherever it lands ages rapidly before de-aging back to its original state and causing an amount of damage that differs depending on where it hits. For example, if she hit someone in the heart or the head it would do much more damage than it would to a person's arm. This could also potentially be used to blind people if she is accurate enough.

Charly's main weakness is her humanity. Other than her life based powers she is just a human, and will die to anything a regular human will die to. Along with this, her Life-Shot slowly drains her of energy to the point where she could be put into a coma if she uses it too much.

Skills:
Charly possesses very few attack based skills other than her skill with a bow and her accuracy as a result of this. She is quite a good rider of horses and is good at sewing and making clothing and whatnot, but other than that she has very few skills that could help her out in the field.

Personality:
Charly is a timid, if a bit inquisitive young woman. She is quite kind to strangers, and would risk life and limb for her family, but earning her friendship is a bit more difficult than you'd expect. She is rather untrustful of most people and will often turn to her brother for his opinion on the person before she becomes proper friends with them.

Bio:
The Winter siblings were born on an ironically sunny summer day in Hamburg, Germany. Their father, a butcher, was the son of a retired superhero by the name of 'Befreier' or 'Liberator'. The story behind their grandfather was that he fought during World War 2. Of course, being German he fought on the Axis' side of the war, until he developed his power. His power was rather unconventional in the fact that it was two large wings that sprouted from his back. He defected to the British side of the front after saving a paratrooper whose parachute had failed to deploy.

Funnily enough, he was placed in the British navy, but for good reason. He would be ordered to fly onto Axis ships before lifting or killing as many soldiers as he could on the boat. He gained the nickname 'The Angel of Death', a name that stuck with him throughout his heroing life.

He met a British girl and they married rather soon after meeting. After the war had ended, they moved back to Germany, where he gained a reputation as a superhero. He retired a few decades later, after his son was born. His son, a non meta-human, aspired to be a big hollywood writer, but ended up becoming a butcher before marrying a girl from his hometown of Hamburg who later gave birth to both William and Charly.

William, born in June, grew up knowing a life of action and adventure. As a young boy, his grandfather would often take him out camping to teach him various skills needed to survive in the wild. At the same time, his father enrolled him in boxing lessons, where he excelled to the point of almost becoming professional before he joined the hero academy.

Charley, born in July had a far different life than William during this period. She spent most of her time learning from her mother and grandmother. She loved arts and crafts and her grandmother was a great teacher of sewing and clothes making.

Their powers both developed at around the same time, and their grandfather was great at helping them control their powers, especially with all of his superhero connections. Things got a lot easier when they were informed about River City Academy around the time when William was 15 and Charly was 14. They have attended the academy since then.

Dominik stands at 5 foot 10 and has a thin physique. His eyes are a piercing blue, contrasting with the paleness of his skin. His hair is a dark black and is kept at a messy medium length. He always wears a necklace, holding a locket with a picture of his sister in it.

Dominik's 'costume' is actually more of a transformation than anything. The clothes he is wearing at the time stay on him, but his body drastically changes. His skin and hair changes to an azure blue. His fingers grow into claws more or less and retractable 'blades' appear within his forearms.

Powers:
When transformed, Dominik changes from a regular human boy into a super strong, super fast and super durable alien-like figure. His most noticeable power are the two large blades that sprout from his arms whilst transforming. Along with this, Dominik is able to secret corrosive enzymes from the palms of his hands, enough to melt metal. He is able to transform at will, but in times of high stress or anger he will transform against his will. He is also able to store, and release electrical energy in the form of a sort of barrier around his body for a few seconds. Note, he cannot generate his own electricity and storing it is painful to him, albeit to a much lesser degree than it is to a regular person.

Weakness wise, Dominik is completely human when not transformed, and will die to anything a regular human will die to. His main weakness while transformed is alcohol. Anything containing alcohol will burn his skin to the same effect as dry ice on a human. He is also very hard to get back into his human form after transforming if his necklace is taken away.

Personality:
Dominik is what you'd call an anti-hero forced to be a villain. Because of his denial to River City Academy, and subsequent acceptance at Blackwood School, he in turn became more evil than he really ever wished himself to be. He still displays moments of heroics and generally feels sick to his stomach about doing 'evil' things, but forces himself to in order to keep his transformed side in check. When transformed, Dominik turns into a very different person. A red mist descends upon him and he only sees things as allies and enemies, making him a lethal opponent especially since his time at Blackwood School has done nothing to control this side and has instead only aggravated it.

The one thing that keeps him from turning constantly and becoming some sort of serial killing monster is his younger sister. She is still under the belief that he is actually at the hero academy, and Dominik uses this knowledge to calm himself when transformed.

Bio:
Dominik's life is one of torment and mystery. He was originally born in Warsaw, Poland and lived there until he was about 5. This was when he was kidnapped. His father, a compulsive gambler, got in debt to the wrong people. Namely, a shadow corporation who worked as both a pharmaceutical company and a shady experimental company. They would carry out experiments on live humans for the highest bidder, kidnapping and taking people whenever they wanted.

Dominik wasn't so much as taken as he was sold. His father had the choice between slowly sliding into poverty before dying a gruesome death at the hands of the corporation, or donating his son to their cause and having the debt wiped clean. You see, Dominik was special from birth in the sense that he has the rare blood type AB, one able to receive blood from any other blood type.

He was taken to a facility, and was experimented on using space-based chemicals picked up by rovers and satellites and found in meteorites. For years it did nothing but cause detriment to his health. It was lucky that he survived as long as he did, otherwise he would have never met his 'sister'. His sister was a girl of just 4 years old, stolen from her family and forced to be experimented on. He was just 11 when he met her, but he let his brotherly instincts wash over him and they soon became inseparable.

Unfortunately, the experiments began seeing results. Dominik would wake up screaming in the night, his form changed to that of some sort of demon. Soon enough, the demon became something he could turn on and turn off at will, with the help of his sister. He devised an escape plan and managed to break their way out of the facility using his new found powers.

They travelled the world after that, until they were about 14 when Dominik discovered River City Academy. He begged to be let in, but his power was just too uncontrollable and they were forced to turn him down. He was forced to turn to Blackwood School, who payed the fee to put his sister into foster care while he was tutored at the school.

Powers: Poisonous Touch - so far, the toxins she emits are not powerful enough to kill anyone but their strength will increase. She must make skin to skin contact. The longer the contact, the more concentrated the dose of poison. Just a brush of her skin wouldn’t even be enough poison for anyone to notice.

Personality: KC is a rebel to the very core of her being. She distrusts any sort of authority or overseeing embodiment. She is stubborn, focused, dogmatic, and witty. She has no problems speaking her mind and being honest. She gets bored easily except when it comes to focusing on her computer. She is untrusting of others but is incredibly loyal to those she deems worthy. She is fiercely independent and has a good sense of humor. She’s generally laid back and can get along with most any type of personality - as long as they don’t try to dominate her in any way.

Bio: Kallista was born to a wealthy family who had made their fortune through her father’s connection to the mafia. He spent his days running their double set of books, making sure to keep the government off their trail. KC had an older sister who was the apple of her parents’ eyes. Kallista did anything she could to keep her parents attention. She would skip school, stay out late, experiment with drugs, and anything else she could find to get them to notice her. One day, she even learned how to hack into her school’s database, changing the grades of all of her peers and learning the private information of all her teachers.

She found out she had quite the knack for computers, and was exceptionally good at infiltrating blocked information. It quickly became an obsession for her. She took it as far as discovering the double set of books her father was managing. As a prank, she changed all the information they held, making it appear as though all the money they had disappeared. When her father found out, he begged his boss to not hurt KC. Instead, the boss recommended her skills to The Blackwood School, thinking she must have special abilities. Little did he know, her superpowers were yet to be discovered.

-Speed: move, think, and react at high speeds (moves at 250 mph) as well as having superhuman endurance that allows him to run incredible distances. can vibrate so fast that he can pass through walls in a process called quantum tunneling. Has an invisible aura around his body that prevents himself and his clothes from being affected by air friction as he moves at high speed. Has the ability to speed-read at incredible rates and in doing so, process vast amounts of information. Ability to think fast also allows him some immunity to telepathy, as his thoughts operate at a rate too rapid for telepaths. He also has an increased healing factor.
Limitations:
-If he gets too excited his talking speed increases to the point where it can become just noise
-In order to keep up with his energy his metabolism is extremely high. Meaning that much like a hummingbird, he has to consume a lot of food
-He can be tripped
-While he has increased healing, if a wound is fatal enough he will still die (for example gun shot wound or a knife wound in a fatal location)

Skills: Talented with anything scientific, finding that he is adept for forensics and other scientific endeavors.

Bio:
Calvin was born on a stormy night to a teenage mother with no significant other. Finding herself alone on a mattress in some abandoned house, she decided to give him up and try to make herself better. She abandoned him on the steps of a foster home. All that he has from her is a dog tag with his name and birthday. (He has since updated it to more military style with his blood type) The foster home took him in and raised him, hoping that he would be adopted. Unfortunately, he was never adopted...rather he ended up staying with his foster family. He did extremely well in school getting straight A's and finding science easy for him. His ease with school allowed him to graduate from high school early and get his forensics degree at 17.
When he turned 13 he realized that besides his brain he was different. That he was able to run faster. Figuring this out, he began pushing himself, realizing that he could move at light speeds with ease. Well....not exactly ease, he often would trip when he first started running. As he continued on, he got better at it. He applied his speed in secret, until now when he found out about the academy. He has a forensics degree to his name and the will to do great things.

Allows her to gain mobility needed for her style. Her belt holds three books that she uses as a catalyst for her abilities.

Powers: Kaite is able to recite tales that shes been told and bring forth parts of it to the real world. This is limited to pieces that have a particularly strong impact on her. Separated in three books for memories which are tales for past events, fears that are tales that caused her pain or terror and dreams which are things she thought herself, she can have creatures or objects from the stories help her.

Weakness is this can only work so long as she is sound in mind. If someone plays on her fears and it works than the creatures would turn on her in an instant, only way to stop them is to close the book she has open. So far she can only bring forth things that resemble what is here in the real world and are often simple outlines due to her inability to see.

Skills: Due to her family she is an amazing horse back rider, her hearing is stronger than normal and has an amazing memory.

Personality: A calming personality, Kaite is a soft spoken woman that usually speaks in riddles. Is almost never seen angry and hardly ever raises her voice. Shes someone who can almost always keep a level head but because of her strange appearance accompanied by her voice many tend to give her a wide girth. Though those that know her will say everything changes when shes riding.

Bio:
Kaite was born into the business of horses. Her father a trick rider and her mother a cross country racer the two were a power house in the horse world. Before she was even born they were getting her ready with what style and what horse she would ride only for their dreams to be crushed when they saw her for the first time. A tiny albino who's retinas never even developed leaving her blind.

yet that did not stop the Siree from living up to her family's potential. Every night her mother would read her a story, and feeling through her family’s barn she would speak to the animals inside and tell them the tales in a vivid imagination that she alone could see. It gave her a connection with them. At age 4 she was already riding, and at age six she was competing in not only trick riding, but cross country and dressage.
Staying obsessed with telling her companions the tales that were told to her she began to create her own, her parents staying up for hours to write down the girl's vivid imagination in Braille so that she could go back and read it herself. Her dreams, her memories, her nightmares, everything that happened that left a impact would go down in Braille in one of her many books.

At age 13 she was already on the fast track to compete in the Olympics, her book open she listened to the nickering of her stallion. Her words echoing through the stall, a tale of a black fox that could never be caught, only to hear the cry of one such creature. Her horse spooking at the strange sight of a shadow of a fox, the animal ended up kicking her, her team thinking that she broke her leg ended up pulling her out of the show.
Yet the damage had been done, people saw what had happened and her family done all they could to keep it a secret, paying others to forget what happened, putting them down as a strange lighting affect, the stallion itself, anything to keep Kaite in the circuit as a rider and away from the ideas of hero's and villains.
What happened only once in a while began to happen all to frequently, every story she told would show before her. Creatures of fire, of land and sea, of summer and winter, objects of what people would call magic, of horror. It was getting to be too much, Kaite could not even sleep without something appearing, could not even day dream without the sound of some beast to greet her along with the screams of a worker.
And so with a heavy heart, the Siree family gave up its most known rider. Their chance of getting to the Olympics again, and their own child in hopes that she could gain more control of her abilities.

Okay, when you take your first look at Stephanie, you'd assume that she's this weak, unassuming, teenager. She's short, she's quite nerdy looking with those eyes of hers behind a pair of glasses. Which is what brings her piss to a boil. Since she wants to be intimidating... while looking nothing like it. Now, Stephanie is a short (At five-one), and very skinny. Like, she doesn't have fat, but she doesn't have muscles either. If she gets caught naked, then that person's gonna see skin and bones. She's been trying (and failing) to gain some muscle tone by hitting the gyms, but she's not making any real progress. At least she has the grace of not being overweight due to that aforementioned training (and actually eating right). In terms of feminine graces, she doesn't have too much to look at either. She has a flat chest, and a flat behind. One of Stephanie's feminine saving graces is the fact that she wears her brown hair out long. Speaking of which, her hair is a very wavy, texture, and she doesn't particularly style it. She keeps it. Stephanie's Caucasian (Genetically, she has bits of Russian, Polish, German, and French, in her blood), and she doesn't have that many graces either. Her skin is slightly pale due to the fact she doesn't get a whole lot of sunlight. Her body is absolutely coated in freckles. Mostly her face (nose/cheek regions), but she has freckles on her upper body, and plenty running down her back. Stephanie has plenty of scars - mostly from her little trinkets backfiring on her. None on her face... but her hands and arms are absolutely covered in former injuries. Stephanie's facial features are very angular, starting with her diamond shaped head. She has a strong jawline, and an oddly large, square, chin. Her eyes are large and crescent moon shaped, and hidden behind her hair. Her nose is small, but button-shaped - there's a little scar on her right nostril going up it. Stephanie's lips are small, and aren't particularly pronounced. A little dry at times. Finally, Stephanie's eyes are almond shaped, and have a blue color.

Costume

The costume that Stephanie would love is this big badass looking gold armor, with a cape, and a metal mask that doesn't even show her face. One that'd make her look like an evil overlord. Unfortunately, she hasn't been able to make her badass costume due to a lack of resources, and because those assholes at Blackwood wouldn't let her make it. Stephanie has no choice but to compensate by simply ordering a white cape, and throwing that over her existing outfit.

Powers

Stephanie has a form of Technopathy that specializes in AI, Drones, Weaponry, and Robotics, and a major boost to her intelligence. To elaborate, Stephanie has the power to create specific and unique pieces of technology to suit her purposes. She can create complex machinery that are centuries ahead of current times. Mostly in the way of creating a fleet drones that are armed to the teeth, and controlling them with her mind. To elaborate, Stephanie creates drones that look much like RC vehicles (Specifically helicopters, and regular old RC cars), but they have weaponry such as stun guns, rudimentary fire arms, robotic limbs, and binders and containment. They can also be outfitted with thrusters, cameras, and etc. I should probably mention that Stephanie's drones are capable of producing shields, and transforming/combining to form a different drone. And Stephanie has a lot of them. Because of the way her power works, they are cheap and easy to replace. This is what she uses in a fight, instead of fighting directly, she can just order her army around. However, she has found a way to attach the drones to herself to act as a direct weapon. Such as putting drones on her back to form a jet-pack, or attaching them to her arm to form a cannon. She can do quite a lot with this power, and has a lot of potential.

Now, I should explain how her power works in the background. It's not all her building stuff (Some of this is impossible even with available materials). Stephanie has the unconscious ability to alter matter itself. Now, before you start bitching, it's not used the way you'd think. She mostly uses this ability to build objects, and machinery, or, get the parts to build them. Such as making guns. Give her some metal, and an RC car, and she'd be able to turn that into a death machine in a few seconds! That's the only usage of this ability, to help her build. Stephanie does have the usual form of technopathy that operates by usage of electromagnetism, and whatnot. Stephanie can control electronics that are within fifteen feet of herself - however, if it's one of the drones that she built, she can control it from a lot further away.

Personality

Someone may say that Stephanie is absolutely bonkers. She certainly takes her super villain persona very seriously. Not in the way you'd expect... Stephanie acts like a cartoon villain at times. Going off on hammy rants, perfecting evil laughter, and coming up with the zaniest schemes ever. Most of her villainy is harmless (But would leave behind one hell of a mess, and nobody wants to do with that). However, she leaves it ambiguous whether or not this is just her blowing off steam, deceiving opponents, or if she's being serious. She seems to be quite intelligent, in fact. She's a very cunning and savvy opponent - despite the fact that she acts quite hammy. She puts out a goal, and follows it with efficiency and skill unlike no other. However, she isn't unnecessarily cruel, or villainous, despite her persona. She won't commit any acts of evils just because. One thing's for certain, she does have a bit of insecurity, and a lust for power. For most of her life, she's been on the receiving end of things. Now that she has power, she wants to turn the tables... to mixed results.

Bio

Born in River City, Stephanie had a rather unassuming life with two parents, and a little brother. Growing up through school, Stephanie was bullied by pretty much everyone for being so into comicbooks, and entertainment. They laughed her all the way through school! However, that changed once her little gift developed, and she became a genius! She could build whatever she wants - including a fleet of death machines to release on the world. She thought that she could use her power to help the world. Then she tossed that out the window when she thought of REVENGE, and sent her drones to harass her bullies at their parties, and tear them a new one with her drones. Like the proper villain, she let them know she was behind it. Unfortunately, they went for help, and a superhero came in and kicked her royal ass up and down the street. She ended up in a jail for super villains, for the amount of ten minutes before a prison break occurred, where bigger and cooler villains got away. She managed to get someone to help her get away - but realizing she was a rookie, she was sent to Blackwood where she were to be a proper villain. From there, Stephanie launched many attacks on River City, such as painting houses ugly colors, and defacing statues. Then came the super school conflict. Stephanie made a name for herself on both sides - on the heroes because her drones are a pain in the ass to death, and on her fellow villains for being so utterly batshit.

Veronica is a girl that stands out due to two things; her eyes, and her hair. Her eyes are a bright-green color, and round almond-shaped. Quite large, too. Easily the most pronounced part of her face. As for her hair, it's standout because of it's wavy (Almost curly) hair texture, and how it goes straight to her back. Which creates a sharp contrast with her white, ivory skin. Which means she fits the raven hair, ivory skin trope! Speaking of her skin, it lacks scars due to her life-style which didn't involve too much action. She does have a few scars on her skin from childhood falls, and blunders while playing Tennis. Veronica is obviously Caucasian, and is a pot of various European backgrounds. Hailing from Quebec, Veronica is part French, Icelandic, and Welsh. Which shows in her striking and pronounced facial features. Her face is oval shaped, and her facial features are quite sharp, and blend into each other quite well. Starting with her full, pointy-lips, which are barely disproportionate to her medium-sized button nose that is round and compact. Her ears are a crescent shape, and are larger than she'd like them to be. In fear of being called dumbo, she keeps them hidden behind her hair. I've already gone over her eyes. Veronica's build was enhanced by her genes somewhat. She's a skinny girl that stays fit due to a large amount of exercise, and her metabolism working in her favor. Veronica doesn't have a lot of body fat on her, and a faint muscle tone. The girl has a bit of height to her, standing at five-foot-nine. Standing tall as the guys! Not something that she is particularly proud of, however. Veronica has a bust that would ample on a shorter girl, being C-cup, but her behind more than makes up for it. Being gigantic for a girl her height.

Powers
Electro-Magnetism.

Veronica possesses the mighty ability to control the electromagnetic phenomena. This ability manifests itself as control over electricity, and magnetism. Each in their own ways. First, and foremost, Veronica can control magnetic and electromagnetic fields. However, Veronica has the ability to emit her own electromagnetic field that she can perceive, and manipulate as she pleases. This field manifests as a dome that goes out twenty feet in all directions. This gives her a wide variety of abilities, the most notable being her ability to move any ferrous material, whether it be metal (Iron, steel, etc), or otherwise - assisted by a background ability. She's capable of manipulating these materials much like any other bender-type. However, another ability she has deals with attraction and repulsion of these metals. Yes, she can attract anything ferrous to herself, and repulse it. However, she can magnetize metals such as steel by touching it and "passing" the ability onto another source. She can't control it like she normally could - it automatically attracting all metals around herself. Another technique she's capable of by creating these fields is a "shield". In effect, it's essentially a shield that stops any metals, and holds them within the field until she disperses it. The mechanics, however, is that Veronica is setting her field into "automatic" mode, where it automatically catches any metal, and this method takes quite a bit of concentration.

The other half of her ability is minor-electrokinesis - nothing that'd make her Thor, however. Electricity and Magnetism is very closely connected, and thus, she has a limited control over the energy. Just to address the obvious, yes, Veronica is capable of controlling electricity in the direct way. Such as controlling how it flows, or producing electricity that she can directly shoot at a person. It isn't like a bolt of lightning, more like a continuous stream. At it's extreme, it's no more powerful than a, say, stun gun. Though, make no mistake, any amount of electricity can stop a man's heart. Veronica is capable of distributing larger amounts of powerful electricity on touch, which is powerful enough to fry someone if she holds on for long enough. Veronica is also capable of dispersing electricity - low amounts of it, however. She can't possibly shut down a dedicated electrokinetic. Veronica can control electrostatic forces, and cling to objects. Veronica's own abilities also give her a flight ability. She can't fly high like Superman, but she can levitate ten feet off the ground at a pace comparable to herself walking.

Whenever Veronica starts using her power, her eyes start glowing green, with green electrical arcs appearing from her eyes. Interestingly enough, all metals she controls will be surrounded with a green electricity, any electricity she produces will also be glowing green.

Limits/Weaknesses

Had to mix limits in here so she's not too OP. These powers have a large amount of limits which restrain her from becoming Magneto. Starting with her level of skill, she's very new to her new superpowers. She's not exactly a master, and is prone to losing control, and accidental usages of her power. Which can be... quite messy. Veronica's power is dependent on whether or not she currently has a magnetic field up. Up until she does, she's powerless. Veronica is only capable of control metals within the bounds of her own field, which extends twenty feet in all directions. Anything outside of it is out of her hands. Veronica's fields have a limited "charge", shall we say. Over time, the electromagnetic field will eventually decay, and become unstable. When it becomes unstable, obviously, her control within the field will deteriorate. Up until it finally gives up, and she's powerless. This happens after using her fields for a large period of time... takes around fifteen minutes of sustained use for the field to start getting wonky. Once it runs out, Veronica will have to haul ass and absorb electricity, or another Magnetic field, in order for her powers to start working again.

Obviously, anything that isn't metal or electricity is a completely different ball-park. Someone can beat the fuck out of her if they pull out a wooden plank or sex toy! Veronica's electricity powers aren't as strong as a electrokinetic mutant's ability. She can't produce a powerplant's worth of electricity, but what she can produce can be a pain in the ass for someone without an insulator of some sort. Now, electricity has a range before it starts to disperse. The further it goes out from Veronica, the less powerful it'll be. For balance, let's just say that Veronica's Electromagnetic fields hold the electricity together, and it'll disperse the second it leaves the field.

Veronica's magnetic field can be destroyed by high amounts of heat. In fact, if a metal is too hot, she can't control it. And metal is a very good heat conductor. She won't be able to even get her magnetic field up in the first place if it's too hot. Which means that heat-based Metahumans are her bane. Veronica's power is electrically based, and very charge/current based. Water is what disrupts those currents. If someone throws water on her, say a cup, then her power will be interfered with as the currents will go into the water. If she's the slightest bit wet, all electricity will go into the water no matter what she does (Though, the water will evaporate eventually). Getting submerged/soaked in water will cause Veronica's charge to disappear, and she'll be powerless up until she's dry, and finds electricity or a magnetic field to restart her power. Now, Veronica's power is connected to her own bio-electricity. This works against her in two ways. Using her powers will begin to disrupt the electrical signals in her body. Which can potentially cause violent twitching, or she'll lose the ability to properly control her body parts. Which can be a pain in the ass. The other way it's a weakness is that it's a steady, careful, balance. In case another electricity comes into the mix, it can screw up her power. Now, while Veronica can control electricity, she has to be on guard, prepared, etc.

A domineering and calculated girl. Growing up, she's gotten the impression that you need to be ruthless to get to the places you need to be in life. Which is why she carries herself with utmost confidence, and strength. She will rise to any challenge just to show everyone that she's the greatest. However, this turns into her flaw, because she tends to go to idiotic lengths in this pursuit. To other people, she can come off as snobbish, callous, and at times, aloof. She tends to associate herself with a select few people - the rich, the strong, the powerful, etc, and ignore the rest. Merely because she has zero time for losers.

Bio

Hailing from Quebec, Veronica is the daughter of a CEO of a clothings company. Veronica lived the privileged life, baby! However, unlike most people, she didn't really have mommy and daddy around. Due to the fact that the circumstances of her birth weren't ideal for either party. Her mother was a young, impressionable, model who was looking for fame, and her father took advantage of that. Getting the model to sleep with him in order to get herself a name. She agreed - and Veronica was the result of that relationship. Now, her father was too busy running his company, and didn't care too much about her, and her relationship with her mother was shaky at best (Being ashamed of her daughter). So, Veronica was left in her father's mansion, and in the care of a team of maids and butlers. Which meant that it was up to them to raise her... and the results weren't pretty.

Growing up, Veronica didn't exactly develop a kind heart. Taking what little interactions that she had with her parents to heart, she developed the idea that she had to be great to get to the best places in life. Better than other people - and that she could step on them as she saw fit. This trait manifested and became pronounced during her time in school. Going through school, Veronica did everything in her power to become the best. The best looking, having the most friends, and excelling in school - due to her father's influence, she could go to wealthy, high-class, schools. Even if she didn't legitimately accomplish it, she did a few backdoor deals in order to accomplish it. She became the epitome of hubris, and she had plenty to back it up. Due to her ruthless pursuit, she gathered a lot of friends in school.

Veronica's main claim to fame was Tennis. She drove herself to become a Tennis star, boasting that she would become a professional, and laugh at everyone underneath her. However, after gym, her power had manifested in the locker room. Lockers were torn off the wall, and sent flying, and Veronica had no idea that she was doing it... until she willed it all to stop. Veronica, scared out of her mind, went home and experimented, and realized that she had this amazing power. She quickly vowed to learn it, realizing that it was just proof that she was superior to other people, and took pride in her ability. All in private. Whenever she was alone in her room, she'd bring some dinnerware, and play around. Despite practicing, she could never quite get it down. However, she learned that she had the ability to control electricity, and immediately went to work learning about this ability until the epiphany dawned on her that she could affect Electromagnetism.

Veronica became the Prom Queen, and a few years after that, she graduated from school. Getting ready to reach the next stage in her life. However, someone else manifested their power - the second contender for Prom queen - and tried to attack her. Veronica, using her ability to it's best, defended herself. Causing a huge scene... as well as outing herself as a mutant. Terrified, she ran back to her mansion - fearing that they would reject her - and grabbed everything she could and ran. Her first objective was to find more people like herself. Using her electromagnetic abilities to break into houses and squat, she found herself a place to stay up until the police chased her out. When she got a little bold, breaking into a house that has someone in it, she came across a computer, and logged into her own account to see what's going on. She received an email sent to her email address about her power - a school for people like her.

Veronica, interested in the idea of going to this school, sent an email back, and arranged a meeting so she could head straight to the school.... and this school turned out to be perfect for her.

Costume: Mio does not have a traditional costume, but he tends to wear a simple red and black hoodie when he is not being a civilian.

Powers: As his ability is incredibly confusing at first glance, for simplicity sakes, Mio refers to his ability as "Time Erasure". From Mio's point of view, while the ability is active, it renders everything in his vision as a nightmarish shade of red or black, before he decides on the amount of time to erase, (his limit ranges from any fraction of a second to five seconds.) Erasing any amount of time, does not result in the erasure of the actions within the removed time, the actions still continue onwards, albeit with a small gap in the timeline. From the point of view of other people, the time erasure causes a gap in their memory - equivalent to the length of the time removed - that they simply cannot recall, no matter how hard they try. It is possible for people to realise that something has happened if they were in the middle of a task, as it would appear they were suddenly propelled forward in time.

This Time Erasure ability is primary used for mobility, such as finding a suitable position from which to attack, creating opportunities for sneak attacks, and what is essentially "teleporting" from others' point of view. Secondly, Mio's Time Erasure ability has a more important defence purpose, for example, Mio can use his ability to erase the moment in which attacks impact, the attack continuing on as if he was not even there.

Mio's Time Erasure has three major weaknesses, the first is that the erasing is more noticeable if he was fighting a group of people, in these situation Mio resorts to using sneak attacks and guerilla tactics.
The second weakness is that the strength of the Time Erasure is completely dependent on Mio's stamina, as a tired state would result in a minor usage of the ability.
Finally, Mio has to wait a complete ten seconds before he can erase time again, no matter how short the Time Erasure was.
Mio also cannot see the future and has to judge where his opponents are going.

- Mio has impeccable stealth skills, he usually practices this by sneaking up on people.

Personality: Due to his apathetic nature and bored voice, most people could not be blamed for thinking him to be a scary and angry person. In reality, Mio's true personality is actually that of a good-natured and humorous person. One major aspect of Mio's personality is that he enjoys confusing the hell out of a person, this is typically by attempting to explain or use his powers, which usually results in raised eyebrows and perplexed faces. Mio, for some reason, prefers to go by his surname, rather than his given name. Mio does not enjoy bringing up his pickpocketing past and would usually prefer to avoid doing so.

Bio: Mio Peralta was born in River City, California to a pair of Spanish immigrants, named Enrico and Rosa. Unfortunately, their family could not grasp the so-called 'American Dream' and were extremely poor as a result. Despite his lack of funds, Mio would often loiter outside of places such as cinemas, theatres and restaurants. Eventually Mio resorted to pickpocketing items off of the customers, a watch here, a wallet there, nothing too major that would attract attention to the areas he frequented.

Eventually, at age fifteen, despite all the precautions Mio took to not be caught, the local police caught up to him and arrested him. As they put him in the police car, everything flashed red and black for a brief second before his vision returned to normal.

As this was Mio's first and only crime, his petty theft was considered a misdemeanour and was only charged with a $250 fine. Despite the fact he got off lucky, the fine set his parent's funds back immensely, spiralling them further into debt. During this time, the red and black flashes returned, this time getting longer and more intense. He also noticed that people around him would appear to have gaps in their memory right after these flashes. A few months later, Mio was almost run over by a car after a deadly traffic accident, but before the car hit him, everything once again flashed red. Mio then realised that the car had not hit him, it was almost as if the car had 'skipped' past him, the driver didn't even remember him being there in front of them. This was the first instance that Mio had used his Time Erasure ability.

Mio realized he was more than human, positively superhuman in fact. He began training his power, hoping to be a tool for good rather than just submitting to a life of crime. He would spend days practising his power, erasing time here and there and gradually doing more and more risk taking things as time went on. It got to the point where he was leaping out in front of cars just to test his ability. Ultimately Mio entered a career in vigilantism, usually his ability to take down small-time robbers and villains. Any amount of money he earned during this he simply gave to his parents, which accounts for his lack of costume or equipment. A year later, when he turned sixteen, he found out about the local River City Academy and joined in an attempt to solidify his position as a hero, and stay away from the path he was headed on before he gained his powers.

Hero or villain: A very uncommitted villain.

This, with a thick pair of glasses. Alan is a rather lean individual, who looks stretched out and lanky. He has an honest face that is prone to frowning, and almost always looks pre-occupied. He does not care much about his attire, wearing jeans and a hoodie on most days, with a pair of non-descript sneakers.

Costume: On the rare occasions Alan does need a costume, he puts very little into it, throwing on a cheap mask (of which he has plenty) and pulling up his hood.

Powers: Alan has the ability to phase through objects. He can make himself intangible, going through objects or letting things pass through him. When active, this power also makes him invisible. Despite its defensive applications, his ability leaves much to be desired when on the offensive.

Alan’s power has many drawbacks. He uses it rarely, as it makes him feel slightly noxious when he puts his head through anything solid, as he must hold his breath. Furthermore, should Alan ever stop phasing while in solid matter, he will most certainly die, or the very best, lose a limb, depending on the circumstances. Fear of this has led Alan to rarely use his power, so he is inexperienced, though his reflexes are good enough that he will instinctively activate his power should he ever be in danger.

Skills: Alan has a basic knowledge of firearms, though he’s never fired one at another person. He also plays bass guitar and sings.
Personality: Alan is a cynical, introverted teenager, and even his power does little to change this. He is immensely self-deprecating, and not proud of his time spent as a criminal. He has a small ego, though he is witty and biting, a trait that makes him fit right in at Blackwood. Despite this, Alan is a hopeful person, and does often see the good in everyone. He also deeply appreciates all that comes with living, as his own life would have been cut short had he not been gifted with his power.

Bio: Alan lived with his father in New York for most of his youth. His father, a kind man and an enormous optimist, took great care of the budding child. Alan would often ask about his mother, but his Father would pointedly ignore the questions, moving onto other subjects with a smile on his face. Alan went to school, made friends, and generally led a normal life until he turned fifteen. At that point, Alan’s father lost his job, and Alan, trying to ease the burden for both of them, took to the streets with his older friends to get money any way he knew how. His father had taken him out hunting a few times, and although this was poor training, he would borrow his father’s handgun when he went out with his group.
The group were no strangers to this sort of thing, though with the introduction of Alan, things began changing. While they started hitting only a couple of small places a week and occasionally mugging individuals, Alan had grander plans, and ran them on a tight schedule that was well-know across all of the city. Still, Alan remained anonymous, as he and his group always made sure to cover their faces before attempting anything illegal.
As time passed, the group grew and turned into a sort of gang, with Alan playing a large role in its leadership. He personally began to lead groups, but even this grew boring. Alan had no need for the money anymore, he was earning plenty, but he had become addicted to the thrill of crime, and would never have turned away had his final heist gone the way he had planned.
On a warm summer’s day, Alan and his gang executed their plan to rob a large department store. Although Alan thought he had it all planned out, things quickly went sour, with police sirens wailing. Alan immediately attempted to cut and bail, and ran out the front doors of the building with his pistol in hand. Police had always come late in the past, and the sudden shift frightened him more than anything. As he exited the building, police officers were already surrounding it. They had guns pointed at him, and, as if in slow-motion, he felt his arm raise the pistol, aiming directly at the nearest officer. He heard shouts, then a loud crack as an officer fired. He winced, prepared for the excruciating pain and probable death that came with a slug being fired into your chest. With eyes closed, Alan braced himself to hear the sound of his own screams.
Instead? Only the sound of the glass doors shattering behind him. Alan opened his eyes, and couldn’t see himself, or anything at all. He could see the police officers shouting, questioning where the masked youth has disappeared to, and questioned whether this was the afterlife. To this day, he still jokingly muses that going to Blackwood may be purgatory for his sins.
As Alan ran home, he renounced all his future plans of crime. He unphased after passing by the police and making sure no one was nearby, and threw the mask in a nearby garbage can, wanting only to go home and see his father.
When he arrived however, his father was no where to be found. As he searched the house franticly, slowly convincing himself that he was actually dead, he heard the sound of footsteps in his father’s bedroom. He entered the room, to see a strange woman dressed like a character from television, who turned, scowled, then hugged him. Alan, increasingly confused, pushed her away, asking where his father was. The woman was vague, stating that he had left NYC for good.
It was as this point that Alan’s mother finally introduced herself, and told him they were leaving immediately. She brought him to River City, and immediately had him enrolled in Blackwood, where he now studies. She was quick to head off, and he rarely receives correspondence from her, though her last package included the masks of all his friends who had been involved in the heist gone wrong.

Giselle L'hiver

Giselle is a girl of average height with a slim body, her hair is cut short into a bob that is often gathered back in a ponytail and her eyes are that of a dull blue. The girl's face could often be described as thin, small and heart shaped, however she has a severe case of 'resting bitch face' which negates and possibility of her being remotely attractive in the eyes of another.

Alias: Soft and Wet

Gender: Female

Age: About 18

Hero or villain: A wannabe hero, however with her attitude it would be a hard job.

Costume: She isn't normally one for such flashy things, so in this case she'd most likely wear casual clothing rather than 'power enhancing suits' or things of that nature. But to hide her identity for the sake of hiding it, Giselle would slip on a mask.

Powers: Acid Secretion/Acid Manipulation; In this case, Giselle secrets acid from her pores, often times in the form of sweat as well. Her DNA has been reconstructed so that acid is hidden within every liquid in her body including her own blood and saliva. This often becomes quite a problem seeing as how acid burns through most items, rendering them useless. So to avoid this, she tries to sweat as little as possible, refuses to spit, and tries to prevent cuts from allowing blood to flow. Aside from her bodily functions, Giselle is still freely able to manipulate acid to her will; Bending it, holding it, harnessing it, being able to change the corrosiveness of said acid, and become acid herself. There are weaknesses however, one namely being able to temporarily neutralize her powers with the use of 'bases', another being the skill of the user themselves; Precision is key with this form of manipulation, and acid being a lethal substance can lead to the burning of objects such as civilians and sadly, animals.

Skills:
- Giselle is a rather smart cookie believe it or not, her easiest subjects being chemistry and other math based sciences.
- She is also well equipped to kick ass and finds herself having the immense urge to beat up what she believes to be 'nerds'-And by nerds she simply finds what pisses her off the most-
- A sports freak, mostly things involving beating others into submission
- Another passtime is getting angry at small things, especially people. People piss her off the most and she finds herself quivering with rage.
- Petting cats.
- Budgeting money, since of course she likes to hold wads of cash and intends to keep it that way. Giselle is the ultimate coupon mom.

Personality: The girl is... A complicated character to describe, her negative emotions often overrule the positive thus making the ultimate 'stick in the mud'. In a few words she could be summed up as; Irritable, aggressive, distasteful, unladylike, and in most cases 'a total bitch'. She finds herself making more enemies than friends with her attitude of fight or die, and many personalities tend to negate her own. Giselle finds and extreme dislike for people, mostly ones with a positive outlook on life or those who are the analytical, cryptic types. She gets along well with others who have the same opinions as she; Everyone fucking sucks and everyone needs to shut up for more than three minutes, also responsibility is disgusting.
However she isn't 'that' much of an edgy greaser, and when alone she dwells in what little hobbies she has; Reading chemistry books and internally screaming, and she does have a lot of time to herself.
But there is one last thing that puts the icing on the cake; Giselle is incredibly greedy with money. Ah yes, there is nothing she loves more than feeling and smelling those green pieces of paper, and keeping it that way means that she will be the biggest cheapskate alive.

Bio: On a cold night in France, a little girl was born going by the name of Giselle. Her mother and father were two simple people, with mediocre jobs and a mediocre house, with a mediocre dog and mediocre children. Everything was nice for this average middle class family, and growing up didn't seem to be too hard either. Yet Giselle grew to be a problematic child, her influence first starting during elementary when a group of girls and herself all decided it would be fun to fill a classmate's bag with chocolate milk until it began to seep through the bottom. And thus, the mischievous imp inside her was set loose.

She got in trouble every single day of her life, each with different reasons and different academic discipline. First was to suspend her, but even then that didn't work. Next was to toss her into remedial classes, and even then Giselle found ways to make the teacher's experience their worst nightmares. Getting expelled didn't stop her from stepping onto campus to fight the principal himself. Obviously, this was not the smartest decision she could have made. After knocking the man's toupee off of his bald head, she was arrested by the security force, and put into the Delinquent Center, where she spent a few months doing community service. It was here, where she had to actually fight to protect herself, the children there were cruel beings with real reason; Drugs, alcohol, assault on their own parents. They were more of a problem than she herself. Once she got out, on faking good behavior, of course, she went right back to the boredom that was her life.

On a particular evening, after roughing up some 13 year old boys for money, she found herself sweating at the palms and upon wiping them on her shirt, it simply corroded away. That was the first she found her odd set of abilities. The second time she had encountered this problem was when she spat onto her floor after drinking spoiled milk, the carpet immediately burning away revealing a hole in the middle of her room. Perhaps she wasn't as mediocre as she had thought? Beginning to grow curious, she preformed test trials on herself; Cutting her finger, sweating, attempting to bend the liquid that seeped from her pores. With each trial a new discovery was found, and thus a 'hero' was born.

Unknown to her, there were people within the world that new exactly what she was doing. They took months to carefully observe her, to find if she was fit to join their academy, what with her previous delinquency. The more they observed, the more they realized that she had the potential to become a great hero. One day, a letter, with no return address, was sent to her home. As she read the letter, her eyes widened, and a grin began to form on her lips.

River City Academy, huh? She would be there.
