In Depth Appearance:Raven is quite short, as her father was. She stands at about 5' 3" and is only about a hundred or so pounds, mainly lean muscle that pads her body. Her hair has a natural wavy curl to it, but most of the time she will either straighten it or have it back in a ponytail, under a hat or some such thing to where no one sees it. Her eyes are a dark, dark blue and they always have a mischievous gleam to them that always makes everyone question what she is doing at the moment. here). She is naturally slim, all the way up to her fingertips, which are callused from playing the piano so much. She has slightly larger feet than what would be normal for her size and small ears. She has a birthmark on her collarbone of a caduceus, which is how she knows her heritage. She is fairly flat for the most part, but that actually helps with her being an athlete.
Clothing Style:Raven is a very uncaring person when it comes to her appearance. She mainly dresses in a dark hoodie and jeans, depending on the weather. She always wears a hat, whether it is a beanie or a baseball cap, and tends to revert to her beat up black Converse for a good pair of shoes to wear. Her shoelaces are a noticeable bright pink, but again, doesn't care that it doesn't match what she is wearing.

Raven is not a very nice person to begin with. Her time in the orphanage showed her the darker side of people and that darker side leaked into her and corrupted her soul to begin with. She is very outspoken and hard headed. She can be very arrogant at times and always full of herself. She is always distrusting of people and never lets anyone get close to her because everyone that has gotten close to her has left. She does not show a soft side, or at least, not while anyone has been around. She is kind of a show off, but rarely shows off her thieving skills. She considers herself to be a survivor, since she didn't exactly have the best childhood. She is very proud of herself and what she has overcome, but she won't rub it in your face. She stands up for what she believes in and makes sure that people know her opinion on certain situations. Because of all of this nature, she is quite lonely because she does not make friends very easily.
Background:Raven grew up with her human mother, who was a social worker. Her mother, never married or even dated anyone since Hermes, was so proud of her all the time and she always made sure that Raven knew it. Raven, back then, was a wonderfully kind child and did all that she could to make her mother love her and be proud of her. When her mother took on cancer, Raven was by her side, all the way until they pulled the plug, when Raven was only nine years old. They forced Raven to do it because her mother wanted to be killed by someone she trusted and not by strangers, and the entire time Raven was crying. Hermes had actually been in the room, invisible to all, standing in the corner as he watched her die, but he didn't say anything to Raven about it.
Raven was then placed in foster care and this was where her soul was tainted. The women of the home were horrible to her, calling her weird and strange as she began to show her abilities. They struck her whenever she claimed to see a ghost and told her not to lie. She was beaten and torn, and all of her mother drained out of her within only a few years and was replaced by a hard black shell. This was when she began thieving. She would steal from the women of the place, which would only get her beaten more. She no longer trusted anyone. She had thought her father had abandoned her and she had only a sliver of her mother left in side of her. Her father came to her, though, trying to make up for everything and that was the only time that Raven had actually placed her trust in someone she hardly knew. They have had a tense relationship ever since.
Raven ran away from the orphanage when she was sixteen and has been traveling around even since. She got wind of the Olympus Academy only a month ago and has showed up late, as it took her a long time to find it. She is now curious as to what she will learn and what she will find.

Relationship With Godly Parent:Raven has had a very tense relationship with Hermes, as he has not been around much, but she still tries to maintain a relationship with him after her mother left her. She wanted to keep at least one parent in her life, even if the one parent hadn't told her that he had been in the room to watch her mother die and not save her.
Godly Abilities:Entering Dreams: Raven has the ability to enter a person's dreams if she is looking at the person. She still has a state of consciousness to those around her, but she can communicate both with the person who is asleep and the person who is awake and next to her, if there is any.
Sleep Inducer: Raven has the ability to put any person with any form of human in them, even demi-gods, to sleep. She mainly does this, though, if asked to helped with insomnia. She tends to only use this when she is going on night heists.
Ghost Sight: As her father was an escort of the dead, Raven has the ability to see the ghosts of the dead before they enter the Underworld, which tends to be only for a few brief moments. She rarely sees a ghost for long than a few moments before they disappear toward the Underworld.
