Do you think the reason Jesus Christ doesn't rise again is because we keep putting up crosses and he gets flashbacks on how that went last time?

I will never show empathy for a bigot or a man who believed empathy is a made up term. Simple as that.

As Kai and Cielle were transported onto the winter-themed world’s surface, Kai couldn’t help but notice something about it that brought a sense of familiarity to him. Not exactly a deja vu feeling per se, but he just felt like he was at home when he saw the inner-workings of the world. The atmosphere was chilly, though on the surface there was a lot of greenery. Kai could only surmise that it was springtime. It seemed as though Jiminy was trying to find some warmth in Kai’s jacket. He obviously wasn't a fan of the brisk wind that passed through the air. Kai took in a deep breath, letting the natural, mountainous air fill him up with glee and wonder.

“This breeze feels good,” Kai said with a smile, giving Cielle something she probably hadn’t seen him do since he hugged her, thinking she was Aira: smile at her with a genuine joy.
@Ejected We love her. <3
Even as Cielle was telling Kai about the positives of having Jiminy around, Kai shot the little bug a wary glance. Yeah, it was true Kai didn’t notice him until now, but the fact remained that he was there and when he disappeared again, Kai would be on a constant alert wondering where he would be next. Would he pop on his shoulder? Will Kai find him in his pocket? The truth of it all was he didn’t know where the little cricket was going to be half the time and that didn’t sit well with the blond teen.

“Right..”

And as Kai shrugged to that bit of Cielle’s words to him, she would bring up another subject, which sounded like another lecture. He wanted to roll his eyes, but this was something that kind of made sense. Unlike Traverse Town, these other worlds that they were likely to head to probably, like Kai’s Twilight Town, weren’t even aware of such things existed.

“So, we just pretend we’re from their world then?”
I'm first.
First
One minute she was grilling him for his recklessness and how he endangered their well-being, and now she was apologizing to him for the exact reason she was laying it into him. Kai might’ve been young, but this was exactly why he chose to shut up when he did something wrong because he would never be able to figure out why he was in the wrong in the first place. Whichever the case, he listened to her. Kai didn’t want to make the same mistake like he did before. He learned now that he couldn’t act the same way around her simply because she looked like Aira. That wasn’t fair to Cielle.

After she was finished and had ended it with a statement that both could agree to, Kai gave her a simple nod, though it seemed like he did have just a tad more to say. “That’s at least one thing we both can agree on,” Kai said, giving her a warm smile. She might’ve not been Aira, but things kept up, Kai might form a bond with her sister. As things seemed to have settled between them, Kai looked ahead and saw the ice-colored world that he noticed they were a few clicks away before was now a lot closer to them. “So, this must be our next destination.”

“Right you are!”

Suddenly, Kai heard a voice. It wasn’t the voice from his dream nor the one from Twilight Town who he was supposed to meet. So, who was it? “Did you hear that, Ci?” Kai asked, frantic.

“Down here, Master Kai!”

He looked down and, at first he thought he was seeing things. But nope! Kai’s eyes weren’t deceiving him. There on the dashboard holding an enormously thick and large book was a cricket wearing a half-tuxedo and a top hat. And in his hand was a parcel. “So, who are you? Johnny Grasshopper?”

“Close. I am Jiminy Cricket, sent here by The King to aid you in your travels.”

“The King?” Kai repeated to himself, remembering Cielle mentioned something about a king. He wondered if that was the same person, “okay, so Jimmy--

“Jiminy. Jiminy Cricket!” He corrected Kai enthusiastically.

“Right, Jimminy, what exactly will you do to help us?”

“I will catalog your adventures and provide information should you need it.”

Kai didn’t know how to process this, which prompted him to lean over to Cielle, “you buying any of this?” He asked quietly, looking over at Jiminy, who was smiling blissfully.
It’s because you have a ship. Duh.

Or at least that’s what Kai wanted to say to her, but he decided against it. She seemed to be angry with him as it was. If he were to give her yet another reason to berate and act as if he was completely in the wrong, then Kai wouldn’t get away with anything or be able to have any fun. He didn’t really understand what crawled up her butt, though. What was her problem with how Kai was? Aira never had any problem with it. She actually encouraged it instead of judging and trying to change him. Granted, there weren’t any life or death circumstances when they had grown up in Twilight Town, but there were still some things that could’ve gotten them into some trouble, but Aira never once berated Kai.

It was safe to say that Kai wasn’t exactly in the best of moods. He wasn’t about to let her ruin his good vibe, but he also found himself curious about certain things. He didn’t do much. The only thing that he did was push a button and make the ship experience some serious speed. Was it uncomfortable for them? Yeah, it was, but Kai found it exhilarating. The uncertainty of not making it really made him feel alive. Better to live fast than not to live at all. But perhaps Kai was thinking too much about what he wanted and not enough about what Cielle was feeling. Truth be told, he didn’t know her that well. The only thing he knew was that she was looked after by Leon and the others in Traverse Town. Anything else was a mystery to him.

So, finally, after about a solid minute or two of not talking or even looking Cielle’s way, Kai would do just that, though this time he had the facial expression of someone confused and who felt guilty. “I guess we really don’t know each other that well. I keep thinking that, because you resemble Aira, that you would be okay with what I’m used to. I guess I need to remind myself that you two aren’t the same.” In a rare moment, Kai had admitted that he was wrong in assuming something about Cielle. “So, perhaps you can explain that to me and explain what your point of view is.”
When Kai had asked all of those questions, he wasn't sure what to expect from Cielle. He wasn't certain if she was going to respond to every question or feel lost in the quantity he had asked. Frankly, it was amazing that she had answered just about every single one he had asked her. And it was interesting to him knowing some of the information and fun facts that she told him. The most interesting answers she told him, at least from where Kai was sitting, was about The Darkness and that Despa person. She let it slip that they were two of four Keybladers, as it were. Kai's first thought was to inquire further about that.

"I'm not so sure what that means, but it sounds to me we need to find some traveling companions," Kai told her, nodding to himself. He gave her a curious glance. And as Kai did look at her, he thought about something. "So, if your Keyblade is called Star Seeker, is that why you're so touchy about me being touchy with these buttons?"
When the brief silence was broken by Cielle, Kai, who still had a feeling of anxiety from her previous outburst that was caused by his own actions. His hands were on his thighs and he was sitting in a perfect, ninety-degree angle. What Cielle had said previously stuck to him, or rather, it was the way she said it that made an impression him. If anything, Kai had the feeling of tyranny grilled into him. He was her guest and this was her ship. Regardless of anything, Kai had to respect the way she had everything from the buttons to the way the seats were aligned to an artform. She couldn’t have some newcomer ruining it.

As Kai returned her gaze, carefully might one add, he thought about it. Did he have any questions? Okay, that was a dumb thing to ask himself. He had a lot of questions, but where to start?

Kai was once again silent for almost a full minute until he wasn’t. “These things called Gummi, what are they? And how exactly are these ships different than others? Are there more out there? What world did you come from? Why is that Despa girl after you? Oh and do you know if there are any worlds out there that sell Berry Jelly Dogs? Oh! And what about that Leon guy? Does he not have any emotions? Or is he just always stoic like that? What’s a Keyhole? What do you call your Keyblade?” Kai asked without pause.
